Safety information
• Paiolo is designed for household use only.
• Do not use outdoors.
• Do not use near explosive or flammable materials.
• Do not use Paiolo with extension cords or adaptors.
• Children under 8 should be supervised to ensure they do not play with Paiolo.
• Please read all instructions before use. The safe operation of Paiolo depends on you following
the guidelines and instructions in this user guide.
• Paiolo is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced mental,
physical, sensory capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the Paiolo by a person responsible for their
safety.
• No serviceable parts. In the event of a problem with Paiolo, please return to place of purchase.

• Extreme caution must be used when moving the appliance.
•Use food safe bags which are approved for sous vide cooking.
•Do not position Paiolo directly beneath Uno.
•Do not immerse the cord, plug or Paiolo in water.
•Do not use Paiolo for anything other than its intended purpose.
•Take care when removing the lid of Paiolo when hot.
•Do not leave water in Paiolo after use. Wait for the water to cool and dispose of accordingly.
•Unplug Paiolo when not in use and during cleaning.
•If Paiolo is dropped or damaged in any way, stop using it immediately.
•After each use, remove the inner cooking pot, wash in warm soapy water and dry. Repeat process
with lid. Wipe the body of Paiolo and the heating plate clean with a damp cloth.
•There are no user serviceable parts. Do not attempt to disassemble Paiolo. Doing so will invalidate
the warranty and could endanger your life.
•Return faulty units to Creative Cuisine for repair or replacement.

•Wash the removable inner pot and lid in soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
•Rinse the parts under clean running water and dry them thoroughly.
•Wipe the outer heated pot body clean with a damp cloth.
•Plug Uno into an earthed electrical outlet. The Uno will emit a sound once switched on.
•Plug Paiolo into the socket on the base of Uno.
•Fill Paiolo with water. For optimal heat transfer, fill 2/3 full with water. Do not over fill Paiolo as you
will need to leave room for the food to cook.
•Connect the temperature sensor to Uno by inserting the temperature sensor plug into the socket
provided (below the screen). Ensure the plug is fully in place.
•Place the Uno temperature sensor into the Paiolo, making sure it is fully submerged. Place the lid on
Paiolo ensuring there is some slack in the temperature sensor cable to avoid damage.
•Switch on Paiolo and set to high heat mode.
•Follow the instructions provided with the Uno controller to complete the sous vide cooking process.
•Turn Paiolo off by pressing the button and allow to cool prior before cleaning.
•Remove the inner cooking pot, wash in warm soapy water and dry. Repeat process with lid.
• Wipe the body of Paiolo and the heating plate clean with a damp cloth.
