•Wash the removable inner pot and lid in soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
•Rinse the parts under clean running water and dry them thoroughly.
•Wipe the outer heated pot body clean with a damp cloth.
•Plug Uno into an earthed electrical outlet. The Uno will emit a sound once switched on.
•Plug Paiolo into the socket on the base of Uno.
•Fill Paiolo with water. For optimal heat transfer, fill 2/3 full with water. Do not over fill Paiolo as you
will need to leave room for the food to cook.
•Connect the temperature sensor to Uno by inserting the temperature sensor plug into the socket
provided (below the screen). Ensure the plug is fully in place.
•Place the Uno temperature sensor into the Paiolo, making sure it is fully submerged. Place the lid on
Paiolo ensuring there is some slack in the temperature sensor cable to avoid damage.
•Switch on Paiolo and set to high heat mode.
•Follow the instructions provided with the Uno controller to complete the sous vide cooking process.
•Turn Paiolo off by pressing the button and allow to cool prior before cleaning.
•Remove the inner cooking pot, wash in warm soapy water and dry. Repeat process with lid.
• Wipe the body of Paiolo and the heating plate clean with a damp cloth.
