Die Sicherheitshinweise im Anhang dieser Montageanleitung beachten. Wenn der
Motoraufsatz an eine andere Person gegeben wird, die Montageanleitung zur Beachtung
weitergeben.

Die Montage des Motoraufsatzes
Den Motor mit 2 Stück Schrauben M 3x6 anschrauben. Die Zuführungskabel des
Drehzahlreglers durch den Pylon des Motoraufsatzes führen. Den korrekten Sitz des
Motors überprüfen. Nötigenfalls die Bohrungen im Motorspant korrigieren, das rotierende
Motorgehäuse darf den Motoraufsatz nicht berühren. Probelauf ohne Luftschraube
durchführen, Motordrehrichtung von vorne gesehen links (CCW) nötigenfalls
Motordrehrichtung ändern. Zwei Steckverbindungen der Motorzuleitungen vertauschen.
Die Luftauslassöffnung mit einem Bohrer Ø 3,2 mm und einer Rundfeile wie abgebildet
öffnen. Die vorbereitete Oberschale aufsetzen und mit den beiliegenden Graupner/SJ
HoTT Klebestreifen auf beiden Seiten fixieren. Die Luftschraube montieren, den Spinner
mit einem Stahlstift Ø 2 mm fest anziehen.

Drehzahlreglers finden Sie in der Betriebsanleitung zum Modell DANDY No. 9502.

Die Tragfläche und den Motoraufsatz mit 4 Stück Gummiringen Ø 50 x 6 x 1 mm auf dem
Modellrumpf befestigen, siehe Abbildung auf Seite 1 dieser Montageanleitung.

Sicherheitshinweise
Während der Inbetriebnahme ist darauf zu achten, dass sich keine Personen
oder Tiere unmittelbar vor oder seitlich der Luftschraubendrehebene aufhalten.
Durch unvorhersehbare Umstände ist es möglich, dass sich die Luftschraube
bzw. der Spinner von der Motorwelle löst oder dass sich Teile davon lösen und
explosionsartig wegfliegen.
Warnung: Dies kann zu schwersten Verletzungen führen.
Vor jeder Inbetriebnahme alle Befestigungselemente auf festen Sitz hin
überprüfen.
Die zulässige Betriebsspannung von 7,4 V keinesfalls überschreiten.
Testläufe mit aufmontierter Luftschraube ausschließlich mit fest eingebautem
Motoraufsatz nur im Freien durchführen.

Please observe the safety instructions in the appendix of this assembly manual. If the
motor mount is given to another person, please make sure to include this assembly
instruction as reference.

Assembling the motor mount
Install the motor with 2x M 3x6 screws. insert the connection cables of the speed
controller through the pylon of the motor mount. Check the correct position of the motor. If
necessary correct the holes on the motor firewall, so that the turning case of the motor
does not touch the motor mount. Perform a test without the propeller, the turning
direction has to be to the left, seen from the front (CCW) otherwise correct the motor
rotation direction. Invert two of the connection cables of the motor.
Open the air outlet opening with a Ø 3,2mm drill and refine it with a round file as shown.
Place the prepared upper shell and fix both sides with the Graupner / SJ HoTT adhesive
strips. Install the propeller, fasten the spinner with a Ø 2 mm steel pin.
Notices about the arrangement and installation of the LiPo battery so as for the speed
controller can be found in the user manual of the glider model DANDY No. 9502.

page 1 of this assembly instruction.

Safety notes
During commissioning, care must be taken that no persons or animals are
located directly in front of or on the sides of the propeller blades.
Due to unpredictable circumstances, it is possible that the propeller or the
spinner can detach from the motor shaft or that parts thereof are released and fly
off explosively.
Warning: this can cause serious injury.
Before every use verify the correct position and fixation of all the elements.
In no case the operational voltage of 7,4V should be exceeded.
Test runs with pre-assembled propeller can only be carried out outdoors with a
properly installed motor mount.

Montage du soutien du moteur
Fixer le moteur avec 2 vis M 3x6. Conduire les câbles d'alimentation du régulateur de
vitesse par le pylône du soutien du moteur. Contrôler le montage correct du moteur. Si
nécessaire, corriger les trous dans le pare-feu, le carter du moteur en rotation ne doit pas
toucher le soutien du moteur. Effectuer un essai de fonctionnement sans hélice, la
direction du moteur vu de l'avant est vers gauche (CCW), si nécessaire changement de
sens de rotation du moteur. Inverser deux connecteurs des câbles du moteur.
Percer l'ouverture de la prise d'air avec une pointe du foret de Ø 3,2 mm et une lime
ronde, comme indiqué. Placez la coque supérieure préparée et fixer sur les deux côtés
avec les adhésifs Graupner / SJ HoTT. Fixer l'hélice et serrer l'adaptateur de l'hélice avec
une tige en acier de Ø 2 mm.
Remarques sur l'assemblage et l'installation de la batterie LiPo et du régulateur de
vitesse dans le modèle peuvent être trouvés dans la notice du modèle DANDY No. 9502.

Fixer l'aile et le soutien du moteur avec 4 anneaux en caoutchouc Ø 50 x 6 x 1 mm sur la
coque du modèle, voir la figure à la page 1 de ces instructions de montage.
- vous souhaite beaucoup de beaux vols électriques avec votre nouveau
modèle DANDY.
Notes de sécurité
Pendant la mise en service, il faut veiller à ce qu'aucune personne ou des
animaux se trouve juste avant ou sur le côté du disque de rotation de l'hélice.
En raison de circonstances imprévues, il est possible que l'hélice et l'adaptateur
de l'hélice se détachent de l'arbre du moteur ou que des pièces se détachent et
volent d'une façon explosive.
Attention : cela peut causer des blessures graves.
Avant l'utilisation, vérifiez que tous les éléments de fixations soient serrés.
En aucun cas dépasser la tension de fonctionnement admissible de 7,4 V.
Effectuer les essais de fonctionnement avec l'hélice à l'extérieur seulement et
exclusivement avec le moteur bien fixé sur son soutien.
