Instructions for Installation and Use:

1- TOOL TRAY BASKET
2- MOUNTING BARS
2- 3/8” BOLTS
4- 3/8” FLAT WASHERS
4- 3/8” NYLON LOCKNUTS
1- ¼” X 1 ¾” BOLT
2- FLAT WASHERS
1- ¼” LOCKNUT

1) Insert mounting
bars into Tool Tray
cradle. (FIG. 1 & 2)
2) With someone’s help,
attach Tool Tray assembly to
roll bar of vehicle using 2-
3/8” U bolts, 4- 3/8” flat
washers, and 4- 3/8”
locknuts. (FIG. 3)
3.) Center Tool Tray between roll bars. (FIG.4). Drill ¼” hole through one
mounting bar. (FIG.5) Secure with 1- ¼” x 1 ¾” bolt. 2-flat washers and 1- ¼”
locknut. (This is to keep tray from sliding side to side.)

4.) To level Tool Tray, adjust
pre-installed ¼” screws and
nuts until basket is level.
Tighten nuts to jam them
against Tool Tray cradle.
