1 Wire Connection for the Lifting Panel
(1) Pull the grille to a certain distance with hand.
(2) Use screwdriver to open the electric box cover and the wire-pressing
board with wire-passing hole.
(3) Insert two wires packed in the accessories bag into the corresponding
terminals of main board, connect the wires of travel switch (black terminal)
to SS needle stand, connect the wires of synchronous motor (white
terminal) to the CN7 needle stand and then install the electric box cover.

(4) Pass these two terminals of synchronous motor wire on the panel through
the wire-passing hole of wire-pressing board, connect it with the terminals
of synchronous motor wire on the main board, put the wires in order and
then install the cover. Please note that the docking terminal must be put
into the wire-passing hole.

(5) Close the grille.
Please operate it strictly according to the instruction manual. Put the docking
terminal of synchronous motor into the wire-passing hole to avoid the electric safety
problem caused by the exposure of insulation layer of terminal.
(6) When the installation is completed, please check the lifting panel is normal
following the next chapter.
2 Cleaning of Return Air Grille of the Lifting Panel
and Air Filter Screen is as Follows
(1) Filter screen cleaning:
Under ON status, enter fan mode, adjust the set temperature to 20°C(68°F),
then adjust it according to the following parameters.
Set the temperature to 19°C(67°F) → 20°C(68°F) → 19°C(67°F) → 20°C(68°F),
then enter filter screen cleaning status, the nixie tube of the panel will blink.

(2) Descending of return air grille:
After entering the cleaning status of return air grille and filter screen, press ,
the return air grille will descend.
(3) Shut off in the descending process of return air grille:
During descending/ascending process of return air grille, press or , the
return air grille will stop descending/ascending. Press or again, the return
air grille will continue to descend/ascend. After ascending to designated location, the
return air grille will be stopped automatically. Maximum descending distance for the
return air grille is 3m.
(4) Cleaning:
After the return air grille is descending to designated location, take down the air
filter screen on the return air grille, clean the filter screen with dust catcher or water;
in case the filter screen is too dirty (with greasy dirt), clean it with warm water (below
45°C) which is soluble in neutral detergent, then dry it.
NOTE:
Don't clean it with hot water over 45°C to avoid deformation or color fading; don't dry
it on fire, the filter screen might be burnt or deformed.
(5) Reset of return air grille (ascending):
After installing the cleaned air filter screen, press the switch to reset the return
air frame and exit the clean mode or press to ascend the return air grille, after
resetting is complete, if no operation in 3min, clean mode will be exited automatically
and the unit will be shut down.

NOTICES:
(1) During the descending/ascending process of return air grille, there might
be slight abnormal sound, which is a normal phenomenon and will not
affect the function.
(2) When adjusting the descending/ascending location of the return air grille,
if pressing or consistently, it might adjust the temperature to the
limited value of 16°C(61°F) or 30°C(86°F). At this time, continue to press
or ,the adjustment of descending/ascending of return air grille will
be failed. If adjusting the temperature to the median of 20°C(68°F) again,
descending/ascending of return air grille can be re-adjusted according to
the initial operation.
(3) During the descending process of return air frame, no foreign obstruction
and compulsory stoppage, otherwise, descending/ascending might be
abnormal, or it might damage the internal parts of the panel.
(4) This function is not available for wired controller XK75.
(5) It is forbidden for the user to disassemble the grille. The user only needs
to remove the filter in the grille and clean it.
(6) Note: During the lifting process of the air return grille, the operator must
stay on site to ensure that the grill won’t touch objects or people during
the lifting process, so that the lifting rope is in a tight state, preventing the
rope from loosening and winding or knotting.

When the grille accidentally touches the object or the person and then causes
knot, the user needs to remove the entire panel to pull out the rope wrapped in the
turntable, and then turn the turntable clockwise to set the grille into the panel. After
that, it can resume the normal operation again.
(7) For safety, if the lifting panel is used for over 10 years or the lifting times
is over 500, the panel must be replaced.

3 Maintenance for the Motor of Lifting Panel
Step 1: Open the clasp of the turntable of lifting panel.
Step 2: Remove turntable, two screws, dust-proof cover and motor in turn.
Remove the motor on the other side according to the same disassembling method.
Replace the motor and then install the motor in the reverse order.
