Cleanly cut o damaged part o rod.

any ibreglass and/or residual glue

Glue the metal end onto the rod with
a good quality super glue.
All Rod measurements are nominal.

be damaged as a result o bending.

for 10M Rod Kits
DR10 & GR10 (Luminescent)
To maintain the integrity and lexibility
o this product it is essential to keep the
threaded parts ully mated. Failure to
do so may cause the threads to snap
and invalidate the warranty.
Keep threads ree o dust and debris.
Regularly clean them with a sti brush.
Do not lubricate the threads as this will
attract debris and/or allow rods to
easily unscrew.
I the rods get caught on an
obstruction do not orce them. Gently
ease the rods back and orth. I the
rods meet an obstruction e.g. a joist, try
‘ licking’ them to make the end
‘jump’ over.

PLEASE NOTE -
Fibreglass is a mild irritant to those
with sensitive skin. Wearing gloves is
recommended when using the rods.
I you have a reaction (redness or
mild itching) wash your hands
throughly. I the reaction persists or
longer than 48 hours consult a doctor.

Shorter rods will lex to the same bend
radius as above but greater care
must be taken because o the
increased sti ness caused by metal
end ittings.
WARNING -
DAMAGE CAN BE CAUSED B OVER
BENDING RODS
When drilling a hole through to a
restricted cavity, angle the hole in the
direction you want the rods to go. It
will reduce the bending load and
minimise the chance o the rod end
catching.
Always rotate connected rods
clockwise to avoid them unscrewing
in use.
Use the most appropriate cable
handling accessory.
A lexi lead should be employed to
help ease rods round corners.
The way in which you use your rods is
limited only by your imagination!
