Informatie over de handleiding
Deze handleiding bevat belangrijke informatie voor een reglementair
en veilig gebruik van het product. Lees de handleiding daarom
helemaal door voordat u het product gebruikt. Anders kunnen
gevaren voor personen en schade aan het product ontstaan. Bewaar
de handleiding goed. Als u het product aan derden doorgeeft, geef
dan ook de handleiding mee.
Voorschriften voor gebruik
Het product is uitsluitend bedoeld voor het aromatiseren van de lucht
in gesloten binnenruimtes. Het product is niet bedoeld voor
industrieel gebruik, maar uitsluitend voor thuisgebruik. Tot het
reglementair gebruik behoort de inachtneming van alle informatie in
deze handleiding. Elk verdergaand gebruik dan reglementair gebruik
of afwijkend gebruik geldt als verkeerd gebruik.
Onderdelen van de Green Select Aroma diffuser
Deze aroma diffuser gebruikt ultrasone golven om water en
essentiële oliën uit de tank te verdampen en een koele, geurende
mist te creëren. Hieronder een overzicht van alle onderdelen van de
aroma diffuser:

Waarschuwing
De bijgeleverde etherische olie bestaat uit pure
etherische olie afkomstig van planten. De stoffen die in
etherische olie zitten zijn erg geconcentreerd en
kunnen nadelige gevolgen hebben voor je gezondheid
wanneer ze niet goed gebruikt worden. Alle
bijgeleverde etherische olie dient alleen verdunt in
water gebruikt te worden in de Green Select aroma
diffuser. NIET VOOR INWENDIG GEBRUIK!
De etherische olie kan irriterend zijn voor de huid. Kan
overgevoeligheid veroorzaken bij contact met de huid.
Buiten bereik van kinderen bewaren. Draag geschikte
handschoenen. Bij inslikken niet het braken opwekken.
Raadpleeg direct een arts of bel het antigifcentrum
(België: [phone]) (Nederland: +31 (0) 30
274 8888). Bij contact met ogen: met veel water en
zeep uitspoelen. Kan dodelijk zijn als de pure stof bij
het inslikken in de luchtwegen terechtkomt. Zeer giftig
voor in het water levende organismen met langdurige
gevolgen.

Vul de aroma diffuser nooit voorbij de 500 ml maximum lijn.
Zet het apparaat niet aan wanneer de water tank leeg is.
Raak de ultrasone vibratie plaat niet aan. Hierdoor kan de plaat
beschadigd raken
Laat geen water achter in het water reservoir wanneer het
apparaat niet in gebruik is, dit kan resulteren in kalkafzettingen en
groei van bacteriën.
Maak regelmatig schoon zoals beschreven in de
'Schoonmaakinstructies' verderop in deze handleiding om
storingen te voorkomen.
Haal de stekker altijd uit het stopcontact voor het vullen of
legen van de waterreservoir en voor het schoonmaken.
Leeg het waterreservoir altijd via de waterafvoer van de tank. Het
legen van de water voorraad via de kant van de luchtuitlaat kan
het product beschadigen (Zie 'Bij morsen').
Plaats het apparaat niet op houten ondergronden of dichtbij
meubilair dat beschadigd kan worden door olie of het vocht.
Gebruik een maatbeker om water toe te voegen aan de tank. Vul
het apparaat niet direct onder de kraan.
Kantel of verplaats de aroma diffuser nooit wanneer die aanstaat.
Dit kan ervoor zorgen dat het water in de elektronische
onderdelen terecht komt en storingen veroorzaken.
Doe de aroma diffuser nooit aan zonder deksel.
Maximale gebruikstijd van het product is 6 uur. Wacht minimaal 60
minuten na de maximale gebruikstijd voor het opnieuw starten van
het apparaat om schade aan de ultrasone plaat te voorkomen.
Vul de aroma diffuser alleen met kraanwater of gedestilleerd
water. Gebruik geen andere vloeistoffen.
Gebruik de aroma diffuser niet in vochtige ruimtes, zoals
badkamers en sauna's.
Voorzorgsmaatregelen

Gebruik het apparaat nooit in ruimtes met open vuur (open haard,
gasfornuis, kaarsen etc.)
Dompel de aroma diffuser nooit onder water.
Maak nooit schoon met sterke schoonmaakmiddelen,
schoonmaakmiddelen met enzymen of zuren.
Stop nooit voorwerpen in de openingen van het product.
Plaats de aroma diffuser niet op tapijt, handdoeken, kleding, etc.
De luchtinlaat zit aan de onderkant. De luchtinlaat mag niet
verspert worden.
Plaats niet in direct zonlicht, of in de buurt van airconditioners of
ventilatoren.
Plaats het product niet in de buurt van andere elektronische
apparatuur.
Gebruik het apparaat alleen met een geschikte adapter.
Gebruik het apparaat nooit als de stroomkabel of plug
beschadigd is.
Repareer een defect product nooit zelf, maar neem contact op
met de Green Select klantenservice.
Pas de aroma diffuser op geen enkele manier aan.
Raak het apparaat niet aan met natte handen wanneer het aan
staat en ontkoppel het apparaat van netstroom met droge
handen om een elektrische schok of schade aan het product te
voorkomen.
Hou kinderen zonder supervisie weg bij de aroma diffuser.
Dit toestel kan niet worden gebruikt door kinderen of mensen met
een fysieke, sensorische of mentale beperking, of mensen met
gebrek aan kennis of ervaring, behalve als zij onder supervisie
staan of voldoende zijn geïnformeerd over het veilige gebruik van
het toestel en zij de daaruit voortvloeiende mogelijke gevaren
begrijpen.

Essentiële oliën kunnen giftig zijn voor huisdieren. Raadpleeg
voordat u de aroma diffuser in de buurt van huisdieren wilt
gebruiken eerst een dierenarts.
Ontkoppel direct van het netstroom als rook of een brandgeur
wordt waargenomen.
Gebruik alleen 100% natuurlijke essentiële oliën. Chemische
ingrediënten, geuren of onzuiverheden zouden schade kunnen
geven aan het product.
Gebruik de maatbeker om de
aroma diffuser met water te
vullen en druppel daarna een
paar druppels essentiële oliën in
de watertank. Vul niet met heet
water en vul niet over de
maximum lijn. Fig 3.
Plaats de deksel terug op de
basis.
Sluit de stroom adapter aan op
het netstroom.
Druk op de mistknop om de aroma
diffuser aan te zetten en mist te
creëren. Druk 1x op de mistknop
voor een timer van 1 uur, 2x voor
een timer van 3 uur, 3x voor een
timer van 6 uur, 4x voor continu en
5x om de aroma diffuser uit te
zetten.

Gebruiksaanwijzing
Hou de aroma diffuser rechtop en haal de deksel eraf. Fig. 1
Sluit de stroom adapter aan de adapter aansluiting aan de
onderkant van de aroma diffuser. Fig 2.

Opmerkingen
Maximale gebruikstijd is 6 uur achter elkaar.
De hoeveelheid mist en intensiteit van de mist kan variëren,
afhankelijk van de luchtvochtigheid, kamertemperatuur en
luchtstromen.
Schakelt zichzelf uit als het water op is.
Voor het toevoegen van een andere essentiële olie, volg de
schoonmaakvoorschriften in deze handleiding op om het mixen
van verschillende essentiële oliën te voorkomen.

Hou de mistknop 2 seconden lang ingedrukt om de mistinstelling
aan te passen. U hoort een enkele piep wanneer hoge mist stand
is ingeschakeld en een dubbele piep wanneer de lage mist stand
is ingeschakeld. Fig 5.
Druk op de lichtknop om het LED licht aan te zetten. Elke extra
keer op de lichtknop drukken zorgt voor een andere kleur of
lichtintensiteit. Door 2 seconden de lichtknop ingedrukt te
houden schakelt u het LED licht weer uit. Fig 6.
Leeg de aroma diffuser na elke sessie. Dep het water reservoir
droog.
Wanneer uw apparaat een tijd niet gaat gebruiken, leeg de
water tank en maak het apparaat schoon volgens de
schoonmaakvoorschriften verderop in deze handleiding.

Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact en de stroomplug uit de
aroma diffuser.
Leeg de watertank via de waterafvoer.
Dep het apparaat zachtjes droog met een doek en laat het
minimaal 24 uur drogen.
Volg de volgende stappen op wanneer het apparaat per ongeluk
wordt omgestoten om storingen in het apparaat te voorkomen:

Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact en de stroomplug uit de
aroma diffuser en haal daarna het deksel eraf.
Giet het water weg via de waterafvoer.
Vul de aroma diffuser met water en een mild schoonmaakmiddel,
gebruik geen azijn. Leeg de water tank en spoel af met koel en
schoon water. Gebruik altijd de waterafvoer om water uit de tank
te verwijderen. Dompel de aroma diffuser basis nooit onder in
water!
Maak viezigheid schoon met een wattenstaafje en droog zachtjes
met een doek.
Laat het apparaat aan de lucht drogen.
Laat de deksel eraf tot het volgend gebruik
Maak het apparaat na 5-6 keer gebruik op de volgende manier
schoon:

onderzijde zit, kan dit de mistproductie
beperken. Maak de luchtinlaat schoon.

Onder deze conditie kan de mist snel
condenseren in waterdruppels.

Information on these instructions
This manual contains important information for the proper and safe
use of the product. Therefore, read the entire manual before using
the product to avoid risks to people and damage to the product.
Keep the manual in a safe place. If you pass the product on to third
parties, please pass on the manual as well.
Intended usage
The product is used for giving aroma to the air in closed indoor rooms
only. The product is not intended for commercial use but rather only
domestic use. Intended use also includes compliance with all
information, specifications and precaution measures contained in
these operating instructions. Any use other than for its intended
purpose shall be deemed as misuse.
Introduction of the Green Select Aroma diffuser
This aroma diffuser uses ultrasonic waves to vaporize water and
essential oils in the tank, to produce a cool and fragrant mist.

Warning
The essential oil supplied consists of pure essential oil
from plants. The substances in essential oils are very
concentrated and can have adverse effects on your
health if not used properly. All essential oils supplied
should only be used diluted in water in the Green
Select aroma diffuser. NOT FOR INTERNAL USE!
The essential oil may be irritating to the skin. May
cause sensitisation by skin contact. Keep out of reach
of children. Wear suitable gloves. Do not induce
vomiting if swallowed. Consult a doctor immediately or
call the poison control centre. (Belgium: [phone]
245) (Netherlands: [phone]). In case of
contact with eyes: rinse with plenty of water and soap.
May be fatal if the pure substance enters the
respiratory tract on ingestion. Very toxic to aquatic life
with long lasting effects.

Do not fill over the 500 ml max line at any time.
Do not switch on power when the tank is empty.
Do not touch the ultrasonic vibration plate when in use, this can
cause damage to the unit or injury to the user.
Do not leave water in the water reservoir when unit is not in use as
it may result in the buildup of mineral deposits and bacterial
growth.
Clean regularly as described in the cleaning instructions section
below to avoid malfunction.
Always unplug from the power supply before filling or emptying
the water supply and before cleaning.
Only empty the water supply from the water drainage of the tank,
emptying water through the air outlet can damage the product
(see 'Accidental spilling').
Do not place on wooden surfaces or near furniture that can be
damaged by oils or too much moisture.
Only use the measuring cup to add water to the tank, do not fill
directly from the water tap.
Never tip, tilt or move the product during operations, this may
cause water to enter the mechanisms and cause malfunction.
Never run the diffuser without the cover.
Product maximum use time is 6 hours. After the maximum use time
wait 60 minutes before restart to avoid damage to the ultrasonic
plate.
Only ever fill the product with tap water or distilled water. Do not
use any other liquids.
Do not use the product in wet rooms, such as bathrooms or
saunas.
Do not use the product in rooms with open fire (fireplace, gas
cooker, candles etc.).
Precautions

Never immerse the aroma diffuser base in water.
Do not clean with strong detergents, enzyme detergents or acids
(like vinegar).
Do not insert any objects into the openings of the product.
Do not place on carpet or towels. The air intake is located on the
bottom of the base. The air intake must not be obstructed.
Keep away from direct sunlight, air conditioners or fans.
Do not place the product close to other electrical devices.
The device must only be used with the adapter supplied with the
product.
Never operate the diffuser with a damage cord or plug.
Do not try to repair a broken product yourself, contact Green
Select costumer service. Do not modify the product in any way.
Do not touch any part of the product with wet hands when it is
running and always unplug and plug the product with dry hands to
avoid electrical shock or damage to the product.
Keep children without supervision away from the aroma diffuser.
Appliance is not suitable for children or persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge of the product, unless they have been given
supervision or instructions concerning use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Certain essential oils can be toxic to pets, keep out of reach of
pets. If you want to use the aroma diffuser in the vicinity of pets,
please consult a veterinarian first.
If smoke or a burning smell is detected, unplug immediately.
Apply only 100% natural essential oils. Chemical ingredients,
flavors and impurities may cause damage to the product.

Add water using the measure cup
and drop a few drops of essential
oils into the water tank. Do not
add hot water and do not exceed
the max line. Fig 3.
Put back the cover of the main
body. Fig 4.
Connect the power adapter to
the mains power supply.
Press the mist button to turn the
aroma diffuser on and start
creating mist. Press the mist
button one time for a 1 hour timer,
a second time for a 3 hour timer,
a third time for a 6 hour timer, a
fourth time for continuous
operations and a fifth time to turn
it off. Hold down the mist button
for 2 seconds to adjust mist
settings. Single beep is high,
double beep is low. Fig 5.
Press the light button to turn on
the light. Every time you press the
light button you can select
another color or intensity. By
holding down the light button for
2 seconds you can turn off the
light again. Fig 6.

Connect the power adapter to the to the power connector on
the bottom of the aroma diffuser. Fig 2.

Comments
Maximum usage time is 6 hours consecutively.
The amount and intensity of the mist may vary, depending on the
humidity, room temperature and air current.
Auto powers off when water runs out.
Before adding a different essential oil, follow the cleaning
instructions part of this manual, to prevent mixing of different
essential oils.

Empty the aroma diffuser after every session. Pat the water
reservoir dry.
If you're not planning to use it for a while, drain the water from
the water tank and clean the aroma diffuser as described in the
cleaning instructions.

Unplug the adapter and remove the power plug from the aroma
diffuser.
Empty the water tank via the water outlet.
Wipe dry gently with a cloth and then let it air dry for at least 24
hours.
If the device is accidentally knocked over, follow the steps below to
avoid malfunctioning of the device:

Unplug the aroma diffuser from the power supply and remove
cover.
Pour out any remaining water using the water drainage.
Fill the water reservoir with some water and a mild kitchen
detergent, don't use vinegar. Empty the water and rinse
extensively with clean, cool water. Make sure to always drain
using the water drainage. Never immerse the diffuser base in
water!
Wipe clean gently with a cotton swab and dry lightly with a
cleaning cloth.
Allow all parts to air dry.
Leave cover off the base until ready for next use.

intake, the mist will be restricted. Just
