Thank you for your purchasing our products. This product has been designed and manufactured for full
commercial use, even though we go to great efforts to ensure the quality of each product, occasional
error, and/or omissions do occur. In any event should you find this product to be defective or missing
parts please contact us.
IMPORTANT: Read all instructions and warnings before assembly and operation.
Only one person at a time should use this equipment. If dizziness, nausea, chest pains, or any other
abnormal symptoms are experienced while using this elliptical, stop the workout at once.
Warning: incorrect/ excessive training can cause health injuries. Stop using the elliptical when
feeling uncomfortable.
Consult your physician before starting a workout or training program. Have your doctor review your
training and diet programs to advise you of a workout routine you should adopt.
Always use this upright bike on a clear and level surface. Do not use outdoors or near water.
Don't insert any object into any openings.
Before using this equipment to exercise, always do stretching exercises to properly warm up.
Replace defective components immediately and keep the equipment out of use until repair.
This product is designed for adults. Please ensure that children only use it under the supervision of
an adult.
Make sure that all bolts and nuts are tightened when equipment is in use. Periodic maintenance is
required on all exercise equipment to keep it in good condition.
Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near children,
invalids, or disabled persons.
Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachments,
not recommended by the manufacture.
Never operate the appliance with the air openings blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint, hair,
and the like.
Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
Do not use outdoors.
The appliance is intended for commercial use.

How often you exercise:
You should exercise three to four times a week to improve your cardiovascular and muscle fitness.

How hard you exercise:
Intensity of exercise is reflected in your heart rate. Exercise must be sufficiently rigorous to strengthen
your heart muscle and condition your cardiovascular system.
Only your doctor can prescribe the target training heart range for you. Before starting any exercise
program consult your physician.

How long you exercise:
Sustained exercise conditions your heart, lungs and muscles. The longer you are able to sustain
exercise within your target heart range, the greater the aerobic benefits. To begin maintain 2~3
minutes of steady, rhythmic exercise, then check your heart rate.

Unpack your recumbent bike where it will be used. Be careful not to damage parts. Place your
recumbent bike on a level flat surface. It is recommended that you place a protective covering on
your floor.
*Notice: Because of the overall weight of the machine, please assemble this recumbent bike using
two or more people.

Step 1: Assembly Front/Rear Stabilizer with main frame.
1) Using (2) M8x20mm screw and washer, fix front stabilizer with main frame.
2) Using (2) of M8x20mm screw and (2) of washer, fix rear stabilizer with main frame.

Step 2: Assembly upright tube cover, right / left with handle bar post
1) Using wrench, fixing pedal set with crank set.

Step 3: Assemble main frame and handle bar post.
1) Take the console wire, heart rate wire, AIR wire and CABLE wire through handle bar post.
2) Take front cover joint into handle bar post.
3) Place handle bar post into main frame and fasten with (1) M8x70mm screw, (1) M8x20mm screw, (2)
M8 spring washers, (2) M8 flat washers on the main frame, (4) M8x20mm screws and (4) M8 flat
washers on handle bar post.
4) Fasten front cover using (2) M4x15mm screws.

Step 4: Assembly console with handle bar post
1) Place the console into handle bar post, connect upper console wire with lower console wire.
2) Connect the lower cable wire.
3) Using (4) of M5x12mm screw, tighten all screws.

Step 5: Assembly handle bar set with console mast
1) Put handle bar into handle bar post, using (1) of M8x65mm screw, M8 s washer, M8 curve
washer and (1) of M8x15mm screw, M8 s washer, fixing handle bar with handle bar post.

Step 6: Assemble backrest frame and main frame.
1) Take out the backrest frame from carton box.
2) Set the backrest frame on main frame, then fasten backrest frame using (6) M10x25mm screws
and (6) M10 spring washers.

Step 7: Assemble lower hand pulse and backrest frame.
1) Take out lower hand pulse from carton box.
2) Take hand pulse wire through the hole and connect hand pulse wire on the main frame.
3) Place the lower hand pulse on the backrest frame fasten by (4) M8x15mm screws and (4) M8
spring washers.

Step 8: Assemble seat bottom and backrest.
1) Take out seat bottom from carton box.
2) Set seat bottom on the backrest frame and fasten using (4) M6x45mm screws and (4) M6 spring
washers.

Step 9: Assemble seat backrest and backrest frame.
1) Take out seat backrest from carton box.
2) Set seat backrest on backrest frame and fasten using (4) M6x45mm screws and (4) M6 spring
washers.

Step 10: Assemble water bottle holder and lower hand pulse.
1) Take out the left and right water bottle holder from carton box.
2) Place the left water bottle holder on the lower hand pulse and fasten using (2) M4x12mm screws.
3) Place the right water bottle holder on the lower hand pulse and fasten using (2) M4x12mm
screws.

1) Fasten front backrest cover using (2) M4x20mm screws on the seat.

1) Fasten left track cover using (2) M4x10mm screws on the seat set.
2) Fasten right track cover using (2) M4x10mm screws on the seat set.
