1.1 Safety Precautions
Read all instructions before operating
the device.
Keep this manual for future use.
The instructions for use must be
accessible to all users. All information
contained therein must be observed.
1.2 Warnings
Do not place the Biocheck-in in an
unstable location or with a very
uneven floor.
Do not expose the biocheck-in to rain
or to extreme weather conditions.
We recommend placing the device
away from direct sunlight.
Place the Biocheck-in on a levelled
surface, without irregularities under
the base.
Educate users and maintenance
about the dangers arising from
non-compliance with procedures.
In the event that the device is
used for purposes other than those
specified, it leaves to ensure its
correct operation!
1.3 Handling
Do not pull or push the Biocheck-in.
Do not attempt to open the door
without the key.
Do not touch the front panel with
sharp objects, you may scratch
and/or damage visibility.
Do not cause a strong impact or
pressure on the device body, you
may cause internal damages.
This object is not designed to be
used by children without supervision.
Avoid having direct contact with the
sensors. If there is a need to clean,
perform cleaning only at the alcohol
gel outlet.
1.4 Power and Plug
Unplug the device from the wall
outlet under the following conditions:
If the product will not be used for
a long period of time.
If the power cord, plug, socket
or battery is damaged.
If the product is damaged by a drop
or impact.
If the battery is placed with a power
source.

1.6 Cleaning and maintenance
Clean the Biocheck-in with a soft dry
cloth.
To avoid damages, do not apply
any type of force or wet the buttons
inside the compartment, where
the sensors are placed.
Do not use products with chemical
composition, it may damage the
surface finish.
Do not apply any force or pour any
liquid into the compartment,
it damages the electronics in
the device.

1.8 Components
The “Menu” and “Select” buttons
located inside the compartment allow
you to calibrate the Biocheck-in.
However, for simplified use,
www.biocheckin.pt
Button A “Menu” activates the
navigation options on the screen.
Button B ”Select” allows to select
the options.

1.9 Settings
Once the Button A “Menu “is selected,
the following options will appear on the
screen:
1. G, GEL. Dosage of alcohol gel.
Select from:
0.5 seconds (Aqueous gel)
1.0 seconds (Normal gel)
2.0 seconds (Viscous gel)
2. P, PUMP. It allows to prime
the pump.
Select from:
1, pump on.
0, pump off.
Menu button (option transition
also turns off the bomb).
3. B, BRIGHTNESS.
Screen brightness. Allows you to
adjust the brightness between 10%
(minimum) and 100% (maximum)
brightness, in 10% increments.
Note: Pressing the menu button
after the last option exits Menu
mode, and returns to normal
Biocheck-in operation.
Each option acts in real time, or
immediately demonstrates the effect:
The gel, dispenses a dose according
to the time selected on the screen.
The pump turns on and off.
The brightness is represented on
the screen, with the exception of 0%,
which takes effect as exiting the menu.

1. Download the Biocheck-in App
from www.biocheckin.pt
2. Turn on your mobile device’s
Bluetooth. Get closer to Biocheck-in.
3. Pair your device with Biocheck-in.

1.11 Bluetooth Pairing
During pairing of the device with
the smartphone will appear on the
screen of the Biocheck-in a Bluetooth
icon. This icon indicates that at that
moment the application of Biocheck-in
becomes active in the device closest
to you.
Once the Bluetooth of the smartphone
to which it was paired is turned off the
Biocheck-in screen will display this
symbol.
The maximum range of the Bluetooth
in open spaces is 50 meters, so the
connection can be broken if the area
has many obstacles or by leaving this
virtual boundary.

Attention!
1. Before starting the assembly, make
sure you have the correct tools.
2. Two people are required for
transportation and assembly.
3. During assembly, place items
on a mat or protected surface,
never on the floor.
4. In case of doubt during assembly,
contact Greenapple.

1. Place the stainless steel base
and foot in a horizontal plane.
2. Align the foot holes with the base.
3. Place the iron base aligned
with the same holes.

4. Tighten the washer screw, joining
the base to the foot.
5. Place the mdf base aligned with
the holes.
6. Tighten the screws to the base.

7. Align the levelers with the holes.
8. Tighten the levelers with the screws.
9. Check the stability of the assembled
piece.

10. Place the piece vertically.
11. Align the holes in the back plate
with the ones in the foot.
12. Tighten the washer screw, joining
the back plate to the foot.

assembled piece.
14. Place the hinges of the chassis in
line with the respective grooves on the
back plate.
15. Overlap the two elements and
perform a pressure movement on the
tip of the hinge.

point A and apply pressure on point
B until it clicks into place.

19. Connect the USB cable in the
compartment to the respective power
bank socket.
20. Unscrew the tank cap.
21. Remove the tank from inside
the compartment. Do not fill the tank
while it is in the compartment. You may
damage the electronic components
if it leaks.

you will find the 1500ml marking that
indicates the maximum capacity
of the tank.
23. Place the tank inside the
compartment.
24. Screw on the tank cap correctly,
so that there is no gel leaks.
Check if the alcohol tube is not
touching the bottom or sides of the
tank. The tube must be suspended
5 mm from the bottom of the tank.
If the tube is touching the bottom,
it will stick to it and in certain situations
this will not allow for the correct flow
of the gel.
