
For best results use tap water. If you are in a very hard water area, you can use part rainwater.
Assembly Instructions for Hydropod Propagator
1. Place the reservoir on a level surface. Using the suckers,
push the optional heater to the bottom of the reservoir
nearest the corner that has the groove to feed the power
cable through. For operational heater instructions,
please see the additional manual supplied with the heater.
2. Push the bottom of the stand onto the pump and
attach the three suckers. Push the sponge filter onto
the end of the pump.Insert the adaptor on the spray
assembly onto the pump outlet. This is a tight fit to
improve stability when operational.
3. Rest the spray assembly on the grooves in either end
of the reservoir and push the pump to the bottom of
the reservoir using the suckers provided.
4. Fill the reservoir with water to the level of the spray
assembly. Briefly test by plugging the pump in. Either
use luke warm water or cold water from the tap which
has been left to reach room temperature.
5. Place the support trays in position.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY FIRST
1. Ensure that your electricity supply incorporates an RCCB protection devise,
or alternatively use a socket mounted RCCB power breaker unit.
2. Ensure pump and heater if employed, are connected in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions.
3. Always switch off electricity supply before making contact with nutrient solution in reservoir.
