1.1 Allgemeine Hinweise zu Installation und Betrieb
Sehr geehrte Kundin, sehr geehrter Kunde,
ir bedanken uns das Sie sich für unser Produkt entschieden haben und dem entgegengebrachten
Vertrauen an uns.
Bei der Warenannahme sollten Sie das Produkt auf eventuelle Transportschäden prüfen.
Sollte die Verpackung Beschädigungen auf eisen, ist das Produkt im Beisein des Lieferanten auszupacken
und zu prüfen.
Ist eine Beschädigung vorhanden, so muss diese schriftlich beim Frachtführer angezeigt erden.
Dieses Gerät entspricht den einschlägigen Sicherheitsbestimmungen für Elektrogeräte.
Reparaturen an Elektrogeräten sind nur von Fachkräften durchzuführen. Durch unsachgemäße Eingriffe
können erhebliche Schäden für den Benutzer entstehen.
Tritt eine Störung auf, prüfen Sie bitte aufgrund der Hin eise, die im letzten Kapitel aufgeführt sind, ob Sie
die Störung selbst beheben können. Bei Störungen die dort nicht aufgeführt sind, suchen Sie den Rat eines
Fachmannes oder schicken das Gerät zur Reparatur ein.
Schützen Sie das Gerät vor Feuchtigkeit. Das Gerät soll nicht im Freien aufgestellt erden.

1.2 Anwendungsgebiet:
Der Überfüllmelder ist für den Einsatz in Ab assersammelgruben gedacht. Er arnt mit akustischem und
optischem Signal vor überlaufen der Ab assersammelgrube.

2.1 Sicherheit bei Installation, Betrieb und Wartung
Folgende Hin eise und Erläuterungen vor der Montage und Inbetriebnahme genau lesen und befolgen!
• Das Gerät ist über einen FI-Schutzschalter zu betreiben.
• Das Gerät ist in einem trockenen Raum vor Wasser geschützt zu installieren.
• Vor Öffnen des Gerätes muss der Netzstecker gezogen und vor unge olltem ieder einstecken
gesichert erden.
• Die Installation in Nasszellen (Bad, etc.) ist unzulässig!
• Kabel dürfen nicht ohne Schutz im Erdreich verlegt erden!
2.2 Unsere Empfehlung:
Verlegen Sie ein DN100 KG-Rohr mit Steigung vom Behälter bis zum Haus.
Darin können Sie sämtliche Leitungen z.B. Kabel, etc. verlegen.
• Das Leerrohr ist luftdicht zu verschließen, so dass keine Gerüche und Dämpfe aus der Zisterne
ent eichen können!
• Zum Freischalten vom Netz ist der Netzstecker zu ziehen!
• Der Netzstecker muss frei zugänglich sein!
• Der Netzstecker darf nicht verdeckt sein!
• Den Netzstecker erst nach
ordnungsgemäßer Befestigung sämtlicher Teile,
vollständiger Installation einstecken.
Nichtbeachtung der Anleitung können keinerlei Gewährleistungsansprüche geltend gemacht
werden!

4.1 Befestigung des Anschlusskastens (Abb. 1)
• an einem trockenen Ort (Keller, etc.)
• Gerät auf ebener Wand montieren
(zur Verhinderung von Spannungen)
• oberhalb des maximalen Wasserstandes
der Zisternen montieren
• zum anzeichnen der Bohrlöcher müssen Sie das Gerät öffnen
• bohren Sie entsprechend der im Lieferumfang
befindlichen Dübel und Schrauben.
• montieren Sie das Gerät aagerecht an der Wand.
4.2 Schwimmerschalter (Abb. 2)
Achten sie auf Spannungsfreiheit ,,Stecker ziehen“!

4.3 Kabelverbindung (Abb. 3)
Kabel vom Gehäuse entfernen. Seitlich am Stecker,
Schlitzschrauben lösen und Kabel rausziehen.
Die Kabel sind am Stecker nummeriert.:

5.1 Kabeldurchführung (Abb. 1)
Bringen sie die Kabeldurchführung an einer geeigneten Stelle an ihrer
Zisterne an ( Siehe Montageübersicht Punkt 4). Bohren sie ein Loch in
den Schacht ihrer Zisterne (16 mm Bohrer). Verlegen sie das Kabel bis
zum Anschlusskasten mit Signalleuchte. Ggf. müssen sie das Kabel auf
ge ünschte länge kürzen (Kabellänge ca. 20 m). Bevor sie die
Verschraubung festziehen müssen sie die Höhe des Sch immers
bestimmen ie im nächsten Schritt beschrieben.
5.2 Schwimmerschalter (Abb.2)
Das Sch immerschalterkabel ist im Dom in der Zisterne so zu
befestigen, dass bei aufsch immen des Schalters über das Ge icht, die
Zisterne noch nicht zu 100% gefüllt ist (Befestigungsmaterial Abb.1,2,3).
Sie also einen Puffer haben bis die Zisterne abgepumpt ird.
Zur groben Orientierung sollte das Ge icht im oberen Drittel der
Zisterne hängen und der Schalter im mittleren Drittel darunter. Je nach
Behälter kann dies Variieren und muss überprüft und ggf. korrigiert
erden.
Das Gewicht und der Schwimmerschalter müssen unterhalb der
Zulaufleitung liegen! (Siehe Montageübersicht)
Der Sch immerschalter ist so an dem Ge icht zu befestigen, dass er
vom sch immenden bis zum hängenden Zustand einen
Höhenunterschied von 20 cm über indet.Achten Sie darauf, dass der
Sch immerschalter gegen keine Hindernisse, z.B. Behälter and stößt!
Das kann dazu führen, dass der Sch immerschalter funktionslos ird
und kein Signal zur Signalleuchte geben kann.

I = AN (grüne LED leuchtet, zusätzlich gibt das Gerät bei hochkommen des Sch immer-
schalters das Signal aus) Hier ist ichtig, dass der Sch immerschalter im Erdtank in der
Höhe richtig eingestellt ist.

Dear Customer,
We ould like to thank you for choosing our product and the trust you have placed in us.
When you receive the goods, you should check the product for possible transport damage.
If the packaging sho s signs of damage, the product must be unpacked and tested in the presence of the
supplier.
If a damage is present, this must be indicated in riting to the freight carrier.
This device complies ith the relevant safety regulations for electrical appliances.
Repairs to electrical appliances must only be carried out by qualified personnel. Incorrect handling can result
in serious damage to the user.
If a fault occurs, please check hether the fault can be rectified by the instructions given in the last chapter.
In the case of faults hich are not listed there, seek the advice of a specialist or send the device for repair.
Protect the device from moisture. The unit should not be placed outdoors.

The overfill alarm is designed for use in se age and rain ater tanks. It arns ith an acoustic and optical
signal before the se age collection pit.

2.1 Safety during installation, operation and maintenance
Carefully read and observe the follo ing notes and explanations before installation and commissioning!
• The device must be operated via a residual current circuit breaker.
• The device is to be installed in a dry space protected from ater.
• Before unplugging the appliance, unplug the mains plug and plug it in again before unintentionally
be secured.
• Installation in et cells (bath, etc.) is not permitted!
• Cables must not be laid in the ground ithout protection!
2.2 Our recommendation
Route a DN 100 KG pipe ith a slope from the tank to the house.
You can put in the pipe alls lines, cables, etc.
• The empty pipe has to be air-tight closed, so no odors and vapors form the tank can „escape“.
• to disconnect from the mains – pull the mains plug!
• The po er plug must be freely accessible!
• The po er plug must not be hidden!
• Connect the mains plus al ays after

4.1 Mounting of the connection box (pic. 1)

5.1 Cable feedthrough (pic. 1)
Place the cable gland at a suitable location on its tank (see assembly
overvie , point 4). Drill a hole in the ell of your cistern (16 mm drill).
Route the cable to the terminal box ith signal light. Possibly. You must
shorten the cable to the desired length (cable length approx. 20 m).
Before tightening the scre connection, you must determine the height
of the float as described in the next step.
5.2 floating switch (pic.2)
The float s itch cable must be fastened in the dome in the cistern so
that hen the s itch is floated above the eight, the cistern has not yet
been completely filled (fastening material pic. 1, 2, 3).
So you have a buffer until the cistern is pumped out.
For rough orientation, the eight should be in the upper third of the
cistern and the s itch in the middle third belo . Depending on the
container, this can vary and must be checked and, if necessary,
corrected.
The weight and the float switch must be below the inlet line! (See
assembly overvie )
The float s itch must be attached to the eight so that it overcomes a
height difference of 20 cm from the floating to the suspended state.
Ensure that the float s itch is not protected against obstructions, e.g.
Container all bumps! This can cause the float s itch to become
inoperative and can not give a signal to the signal light.

I = ON (green LED is illuminated, the unit outputs the signal hen the float s itch is high). It
is important that the float s itch in the earth tank is correctly adjusted in height.
0 = OFF (the device does not give a signal)
II = TEST (The unit immediately outputs a signal, only for checking the flashing light and the
acoustic signal)
