Blade Guard

In order to work properly, the spreader or

riving knife cannot be bent or misaligned with

the blade. If either of these gets accidentally

bent, take the time to straighten or replace

it. Using a bent or misaligned spreader will

increase the risk of kickback! Refer to Page

7 to check/adjust alignment if necessary.

away from the blade guard assembly to prevent

the pawl from catching in the table insert.

We do not recommend removing the pawls

during normal operations unless absolutely

necessary. In most situations, removing the

pawls will increase your risk of serious per-

sonal injury in the event of kickback.

 
