Turn on inverter and check the connection status
After installing the ShineWiFi-X2 module, turn on the inverter, then the red LED
flashing indicates the inverter and ShineWiFi-X2 communication is normal for
the first time installation.

Step1. Download the ShinePhone APP
Step2.
Scan the QR code below to download ShinePhone, also you
can search ShinePhone in Apple Store or Google Play to
download the APP
1.Make sure you download the latest version.
2.For further information please visit http://server.growatt.com.
Registration
1.First connect the phone to a router with a wireless net-work;
2.Run the Shinephone APP and enter the registration page;
3.Fill in the registration information and click to register;

2.Scan the serial number or manually enter serial number and verification code

1.Use the Standard Mode to take the configuration

2.Use the Bluetooth Mode to take the configuration

Step 01:Press the datalogger button to enter the Bluetooth Mode
Step 02:Check the blue LED of datalogger is always on or not
Step 03:Connect the mobile phone to the bluetooth which has the same name with the SN of datalogger
Step 04:Enter the settings page take the local network configuration
Connect with the bluetooth which named with the SN of
datalogger and take the configuration of network

Step7. Check the status of datalogger
1.Log in your account, enter the my plant page, click the "+"to check the datalogger list
2.Edit, configure or delete the datalogger
Configure successfully, return to the plant page

1.Indicator Troubleshooting
Button operation
Description
When the ShineWiFi-X2 is working normally, click the
button on the ShineWiFi-X2 (The blue LED of ShineWiFi-
X2 will be always ON)
Enter the Bluetooth Mode;The Bluetooth Mode is
a debugging mode, non-professional people are
not suggested to use
When the ShineWiFi-X2 is in the Bluetooth Mode, click
the button on the ShineWiFi-X2(The blue LED of
ShineWiFi-X2 will quit the always ON state)
Quit Bluetooth Mode
Press and hold for 6s until white light is on, then release
Reset the datalogger, restore factory settings

2.ShineWiFi-X2 Button Description
Reset the datalogger? A
Router change or the
password of router
change?
AFor the ShineWiFi-X2 that has been configured, when the router or
routerpassword is changed, the ShineWiFi-X2 needs to be reset before
configuration. Hold down the button on the datalogger for more than 6
seconds until the white LED light comes on. Then release the button
immediately. Start to reconfigure the network until the red light flashes
slowly.

number(0-9), letter(A-Z/a-z), and English punctuation

ŸRouter name and password can not have space symbol.
Go back to the application to the plant and find the datalogger list;
Click on the corresponding datalogger and configure it again;
If you can't find the datalogger, please contact with Growatt.
The indicator of WiFi- X2
shows it has been
disconnected
AQ Check the status of the indicator of the datalogger, and deal with it according to
the following corresponding status The indicator lights out:
ŸCheck if the inverter is on;
ŸTry to unplug the power;
ŸThe indicator flashes green,indicating that the router has been connected,
not connected to the Internet;
ŸPlease check your router settings or configure again;
ŸThe indicator is green and always on, indicating that the router is not
connected / the signal is not good. Check whether the router is on or the
datalogger is far from the router;
ŸIndicator flashes red: please follow the manual to take the datalogger
configuration;
ŸIndicator is normally red, please contact the Growatt;
ŸIndicator is normally blue, indicating that the datalogger in the Bluetooth
Mode, try to press the button to switch to Standard Mode.
Supported router bands? AShineWiFi-X2 only supports 2.4 GHz band WiFi signal, not 5GHz; please
check if the router's current band contains 2.4 GHz
