2. Selecttherighthandlesettingfor
light,moderateorhighviscosityoils.
Attachtheleverhandletoconnecting
leverusingthepivotpinandretainer
clip.
3. Pulltheplungerrodofpistonsub
assemblyup.Attachthetopoflever
handletothepistonrodusingthe
piivotpinandretainerclip.
4. NowthepumpisreadyforPriming.
Startthepumpbymovingthelever
handle.Primingisaprocessofgetting
thepumpstartedbyoperatingthe
pumpafewtimes.

ASSEMBLY & OPERATION
NOTE:-
• If there is any difficulty in Priming, put some oil in the pump outlet and keep operating the lever handle until the discharge begins.
• There is a machine screw and a hex nut in the flange assembly to hold the pump tube assembly firmly in place.
Do not over tighten the screw and nut.
