1. Key Features
- Supports Pelco Coaxitron
- OSD Control (Menu: On or ENTER, UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT)
- Focus & Zoom motorised lens control (TELE, WIDE, NEAR, FAR - for cameras with
motorised varifocal lens)
- Auto Focus option (for cameras with a micro controller inside that supports the Auto
Focus function)
- Enhanced Battery life (Battery life threshold: 2.38 V, Battery life: approx. 5 hours on
power when using ENERGIZER CR2025)
- Sleep mode: After 45 Seconds or when Coax is unplugged
2. Important Safety Instructions
Do not use this product in a location subject to high temperature (over 50°C), low
temperature (below -10°C), or high humidity. Doing so may cause fire or electric shock.
Keep out of direct sunlight and heat radiation sources. This may cause fire.
Do not use the unit in humid, dusty or sooty locations. Doing so may cause fire or
electric shock.
Do not place conductive objects (e.g. screwdrivers, coins or any metal items) or
containers filled with water on top of the product. Doing so may cause personal injury
due to fire, electric shock, or falling objects.
If any unusual smells or smoke comes out of the unit, stop using the product. In this
case, immediately disconnect the unit and contact the service center. Continued use in
such a condition may cause fire or electric shock.
If this product fails to operate normally, contact the nearest service center. Never
disassemble or modify this product in any way. (GRUNDIG is not liable for problems
caused by unauthorised modifications or attempted repair.)
To prevent fire or electric shock, do not expose the inside of this device to rain or
moisture.

Warning:
1. In case of changing the built-in lithium battery, it should be replaced with the same or
a kindred one to prevent danger of explosion. Since old batteries could be a factor of
environment contamination, be cautious how you treat them.
2. Do not throw the batteries into fire or other heat. Short circuit or disassembly is
prohibited.
3. Do not charge the batteries provided with the remote control.
3. Control Keys
- POWER: Press the POWER button to turn on the remote. The LED should turn on.
When the LED blinks, replace the battery. The POWER button may be used to open the
MENU in some camera models.
- TELE: Zoom In
- WIDE: Zoom Out
- NEAR: Focus Near
- FAR: Focus Far
- A.FOCUS: Auto Focus
- Direction buttons (> <, /\ \/): Moving in the OSD menu and changing the settings
- ↵: Accesses the menu mode or confirms the setting (functions like the SET or SET UP
button on the rear panel of the camera).
- EXIT: Leaving the OSD menu
4. Using the Remote Controller
Press the POWER button to turn on the remote.
OSD Control:
Press the '↵
' button to turn on the OSD menu. Use the arrow buttons to move in the
menu.
Calibration:
Only needed when the lens motors are moved by an external force. Press EXIT, FAR
and A.FOCUS buttons in this order to calibrate the lens. After calibration, the zoom
motor will be moved to the Wide end.
Motorised Focus and Zoom:
When zooming in and out, the focus motor will track the zoom motor. Please adjust the
focus accordingly. Please note that the zoom motor will not track the focus motor.
