1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 General Features
HT E11 Ethernet communication terminal is developed to monitor the electronic
electric meters remotely. It provides communication with the electric meters via
optical, RS-232 (3-wired) or RS-485 (2-wired) communication ports.
HT E12 Ethernet communication terminal is developed to monitor remotely
devices such as compensation relays and energy analyzers that support Modbus
protocol. The communication with these devices is generally provided via RS-
485.
In order for the communication terminal to establish an internet connection, it
must be connected to the network of the enterprise with an Ethernet cable. If
cable distance gets over 70 meters, a CAT-6 cable must be preferred.
If the network distributes dynamic IP with DHCP, the device will automatically
try to access the internet by receiving IP. If the DHCP is not available, the
device must be connected to a computer via USB port and the suitable static IP
settings must be applied.
The necessary configuration program can be downloaded from the software
section in our website at www.gruparge.com. HT E11/E12 communication
terminals query the data of the device which they are connected and send the
data to Grup Arge servers via the network of the enterprise.
You can access to the data of all your devices by visiting our website located at
www.enerjitakibi.com with the user account that is provided to you.
The main reports on the web interface are as follows:
• Active consumption reports
• Reactive ratio reports
• Instant electrical parameters such as current, voltage
• Step values (for only compensation relays)
Moreover, in the case of specific alerts, the system notifies the situation to
related persons via e-mail and SMS alerts.
