TENSION STRAP OPTION FOR THE DUOSTRAP™
HOW TO USE:
The Tension Strap consists of a long leather piece with multiple holes and a shorter
piece connected together with a flat plastic buckle:
Installation instructions:
1) Attach the longer piece to the top strap pin of your instrument with the smooth side
facing up.
2) Attach the other end to the bottom pin of your instrument.
3) While holding the buckle down, pull on the webbing until the entire strap is tight.
4) Install your strap lock hardware (highly recommended) onto your DuoStrap, then
attach to both strap pins as normal.
5) Attach the right shoulder strap onto the Tension Strap by looping up and secure
through the loop and pin. Adjust the lengths to suit your ideal comfort and balance.
Alternatively, you may do the following optional method:
a) Line up the holes on the 2nd shoulder strap to one of the holes along the Tension
Strap, keeping the 2nd shoulder strap behind. Insert the included screw with the
flat side facing the instrument body as shown.
NOTE: To prevent scratching of your instrument finish, use a cloth tape or
similar padded tape to cover the screw head.
