Important Safeguards
When using this electrical appliance,
the following basic safety precautions
should always be followed:
For Your Safety
Read all instructions carefully, even if you are
familiar with the appliance.
• To protect against the risk of electric shock, DO
NOT IMMERSE power cord or plug in water or any
other liquid.
• Do not throw the charger into fire and do not
expose it to extreme heat. The charger could
explode or burst.
• Charge the battery only with the original 240V
charging unit
• A damaged 240 V charging unit can lead to
a Electrical Safety Hazard. Do not use this
product if it appears to be damaged.
• This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory and mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance.
• Always unplug the unit when not in use.
• Do not operate unit with a damaged power cord
or plug, or after a malfunction, has been
dropped or is damaged in any manner. Cease
using the appliance to avoid electrical safety
hazard.
• This unit is not intended for use in bathrooms,
laundry areas or similar moist indoor locations.
Never locate the unit where it may fall into a
bathtub or other water containers.
• Do not run the power cord under carpeting or
cover the power cord with throw rugs, runners
or the like. Arrange the power cord awayfrom
trafficareasandwhereitwillnot be tripped
over.
• Do not place the power cord over any part of
the unit.
• Do not plug this unit into an extension lead,
double adapter or power board.
• To disconnect the unit set main switch to OFF
then remove the plug from the power outlet.
• This unit has hot electrical parts inside. DO
NOT use it in areas where gasoline, paint or
flammableliquidsareusedorstored.
• Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter
air outlets or inlets, this may result in a
mechanical, electrical safety hazard or may
irreparably damage appliance.
• Use the unit only as described in this booklet
Any other use not recommended by the
manufacturermaycausean electrical
hazard, fire or personal injuries.
• Fully remove the power cord from the power
cord tidy before use. Always uncoil the power
cord before applying power.
• This product must always be used AND
STORED in the upright position.
• Do not use this unit with a programmer, timer
or any other device that switches the unit on
automatically,sinceafireriskexistsiftheunitis
covered or positioned incorrectly.
• Do not touch the power supply or power cord
with wet hands.
• Unplug appliance when cleaning,removing/
replacingfilter, or moving the appliance.
• Use indoor only.
• Do not move the appliance when it is in use.
• Do not obstruct air inlet or air outlet.
• Place the appliance on a dry, flat and stable
surface
• Unplugtheappliancewhen cleaning
or replacing filter.
• Clean regularly as per Maintenance
instructions to avoid malfunction.
• Always unplug from power supply before
maintenance.
• Do not position appliance in areas exposed to
direct sunlight or near air conditioner, fan or
heater.
• Always position appliance on a flat and stable
surface, Do not place on carpets, rugs or similar
surfaces .
• CAUTION: DO NOT COVER the appliance in
any way in order to avoid overheating and
potential fire hazard.

If the supply power cord is damaged, the power
cord must be replaced by the manufacturer,

order to avoid a hazard.

8 Plug power supply cord set into nearest
domestic power outlet
7 Reposition the air inlet grille
Align tabs with corresponding slots on
appliance, tilt toward appliance and push to
clip grille cover in position to secure.
Assembly Instructions
Disassembly/Assembly
1 Remove the air inlet grille
2 Take out Pre-Filter
Press down locking tabs with your two thumbs to
unlock, tilt forward and lift to remove the Pre-Filter
3 Remove the HEPA Filter
Tilt filter forward and with hand on each
side lift up and remove HEPA filter.
Remove the protective film enveloping the
HEPA Fliter.

5 Reposition the HEPA Filter 6 Reposition the Pre-Filter
Align the Pre-Filter location tabs at the bottom of the filter with
the corresponding slots on the appliance.
Tilt filter towards the appliance and push until locking tabs lock
into place.
Note: Before first use you must remove the
protective film that envelopes the HEPA filter.

When the room is dark the brightness of the display screen will dim to
a level where it is not disturbing to the person(s) sleeping in the room
and increases in brightness when light condition is normal.

First Time Operation
Attention
•Incorporated within this appliance is a disabling protection, the appliance cannot be operated
unless air inlet/outlet grilles are fitted correctly.
•With uninterrupted power supply you can only engage Standby by first selecting an operation mode or
each time the appliance itself is switched ON.
•In the event of an interrupted power supply (When appliance is operating) or when appliance is
unplugged from the power outlet whilst operating, the built in memory feature will restore the operating
mode when power supply is restored.

Start Up
Press ON/STANDBY Button
Display screen flashes for 1 sec. after which
display screen turns OFF. the appliance is in
Standby Mode.
2 Press ON/STANDBY button to turn
appliance ON

3 Warm Up
Warm Up state takes 10 seconds, during this
time the numerical display shows "---"
Operational
When unit has warmed up it enters Automatic
Mode.
You can change operation modes after this to
suit your specific needs.

Appliance cleaning
Air outlet grille
Remove the air outlet grille, clean any dust deposits with soft brush and vacuum cleaner. Do
not wipe any of the internal surfaces of the grille or filter compartment with a damp cloth.
Reposition air outlet grille and secure into place.
Attention
When conducting any maintenance or cleaning activities on the appliance you must
disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
Host
Wipe the external surfaces of the appliance down with a damp soft towel, do
not use abrasive, chemical cleaning detergents, mild detergent is fine

Remove air inlet grille and clean internal surface of both grille and filter compartment with soft brush,
vacuum cleaner and soft dry cloth only.
Reposition the air inlet grille and secure into place.
Cleaning and Maintenance

Cleaning of the Pre-Filter
It is recommended that the Pre-Filter gets cleaned regularly, once every two
weeks. It may require for this to be conducted earlier where it is evident that dust
deposits on the Pre-Filter obstruct the airflow, so please check regularly and clean
if needed to ensure optimum performance.
1 Unplug the appliance from
the power supply and
remove Pre-filter to clean it.
2 Remove dust from the filter with vacuum
cleaner, Soft brush or cloth.
3 Stubborn deposits can be removed by
soaking Pre-filter for approximately 10
minutes in water and mild detergent, then
rinse with clean water.
Soaking time is
about 10min.
4 Dry the the Pre-Filter and ensure it is
completely dry before installing.
5 Reposition the Pre-Filter to the appliance 6 Plug appliance back into the power
supply and restart.

Replacement of the filter components

3 Remove old filter and
replace it with a new one.
4 Press and hold the Timer Button for 3 seconds to
reset the filter replacement indicator light to stop it from
illuminating.
Press and Hold for 3s
2 When the filter replacement indicator light
illuminates, it reminds the user that the HEPA Filter
should be replaced.
If filter is not replaced, the indicator light will
continue to illuminate each time you start up the
appliance.

Any claim under this warranty must be made within 12 months of the
date of purchase of the product. To make a claim under the warranty
in Australia, take the product (with proof of purchase) back to where
the product was purchased.

claiming under the warranty in Australia. You may submit details and
proof to a Bunnings store for consideration or contact our Consumer
Service Support Hot line below.
This warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies you
may have under law: our goods come with guarantees which cannot
be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (if purchased in
Australia) or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (if purchased in New
Zealand). You are entitled to replacement or refund for a major failure
and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the
goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount
to a major failure.
The warranty excludes damage resulting from product misuse or
product neglect. The warranty covers domestic use only and does not
apply to commercial applications.
