Heat indicator
When the nut/bolt has a visible dark red colour, it has reached a temperature of
approximately 550° C. The bolt may already be loose after 10-20 seconds, before it starts
to turn red. If the nut/bolt is heated too long it will first turn orange and eventually
almost white. This will lead to unnecessary heating of surrounding materials and the
nut/bolt will be deformed when loosened.

Problem Trouble shooting
The induction heater does not start when
pressing the on/off button. The indication
light is not on, the cooling fan is not working,
and there is no heating of the object.
1. Check if the device is plugged in and that the power switch
is turned on.
2. Make sure that the cord and the plug is not damaged.
The indication light is on, the cooling fan is
working, but the heating process is slow.
1. Make sure that the induction coil diameter is not too large.
2. Make sure that the induction coil is not damaged.
3. Check if the induction coil is placed correctly over the nut/
bolt.
The induction heater shuts down after less
than a minute.
1. Make sure that the induction coil is not damaged.
2. If the nut/bolt is surrounded by metal objects it can
overload the device. Clean the surroundings if possible or
focus the power on the nut/bolt.
3. Give the induction heater time to cool down and try again.
