Induktionsvärmare 230 V 50Hz. Värmeeffekt 1,5 kW
Portable Inductor induktionsvärmare är avsedd för att värma upp fastrostade bultar och
muttrar från maskiner och bilar mm. Induktionsvärmaren verkar endast på järn och stål.
Den rekommenderas inte för användning på andra metaller som t.ex. aluminium, koppar
och mässing.
Säkerhetsföreskrifter
Endast för professionell användning.
Personer med pacemaker bör ej använda induktionsvärmare.
Undvik att bära smycken, klockor eller andra metallföremål under
användning då de kan bli varma och förorsaka brännskador.
Det uppvärmda ämnet kan avge skadliga ångor. Använd lämplig
skyddsutrustning.
Enheten ansluts till 230V och får inte bli blöt/fuktig. Risk för stöt.
Se till att inga brandfarliga eller explosiva material finns i närheten vid
användning.
Använd skyddsutrustning, handskar etc.

Placera värmespiralen så centrerat runt muttern/bulten som det är möjligt men undvik
att den kommer i kontakt med det bakomliggande materialet.
Induktionsvärmaren är utrustad med ett överhettningsskydd som slår ifrån då värmaren
blir överhettad. Denna slår automatiskt tillbaka igen när värmaren är avkyld.
Använd inte induktionsvärmaren längre än fem minuter. Även om värmaren är utrustad
med överhettningsskyddet så är det inte lämpligt att använda den så mycket att
säkringen slår ifrån hela tiden. Det förkortar dessutom induktionsvärmarens livslängd.
Ersätt alltid defekta värmetrådar! När värmetrådens isolering är defekt kan den
kortsluta och man kommer inte uppnå det önskade uppvärmningsresultatet.
Försäkra dig om att ventilationshålen på induktionsvärmaren inte är igensatta eller
övertäckta.
Induktionsvärmaren får absolut inte kylas genom att doppas i vatten eller placeras i
ett kylskåp. Det kan innebära att fukt kommer in i maskinen som därmed kan orsaka
livsfarlig stöt.
Användning
1. Lossa de två fästskruvarna på sidorna.
2. Välj passande storlek på värmespiral, för in de två ändarna i hållarna och fäst sedan
skruvarna ordentligt.
3. Anslut kontakten, slå på strömbrytaren och placera bulten/muttern som ska värmas
centralt i värmespiralen.
4. Tryck in den röda start-/stoppknappen. Värmaren startar inom 2-3 sekunder.
Håll knappen inne tills materialet uppnått rätt temperatur, dock max 5 minuter.

OBS! Värmetrådens diameter ska vara minst 10 mm större än muttern/bulten.

Värmeindikation
När bulten är uppvärmd till en mörkröd färg kommer bulten ha en temperatur på ca
550°C. Bulten kan dock vara lös redan efter 10-20 sekunder då den ännu inte börjat
bli röd. Värms bulten för länge kommer färgen på bulten skiftas till orange och senare
över mot mer vitaktig. Detta kommer endast att leda till den omgivande metallen
upphettasöverdrivet mycket och muttern kommer att deformeras av nyckeln.

Värmaren kör inte när den röda start-/
stoppknappen trycks in. Indikatorlampan
lyser inte, fläkten startar inte och ämnet blir
inte varmt.
1. Kontrollera att det är ström i kontakten och att
strömbrytaren är påslagen.
2. Kontrollera att strömsladden och kontakten är intakta.
Indikatorlampan lyser och värmefläkten är på
men värmeutvecklingen är långsam.
1. Se till att du inte använder en värmespiral med för stor
diameter.
2. Kontrollera att värmespiralen inte är skadad.
3. Se till att värmespiralen är placerad korrekt över muttern/
bulten.
Induktionsvärmaren stängs av efter mindre
än en minut.
1. Kontrollera att värmespiralen inte är skadad.
2. Om muttern/bulten är omgiven av metallobjekt kan
induktionsvärmaren bli överbelastad. Rensa upp om möjligt
eller koncentrera kraften på muttern/bulten.
3. Ge induktionsvärmaren tid att kylas av och försök igen.

Induction heater 230 V 50Hz. Rated power 1,5 kW
Portable Inductor induction heater is intended for heating rusted bolts and nuts from
machines, cars, etc for fast and easy removal. The induction heater is only functional on
iron and steel. Not recommended for use on other metals such as aluminium, copper or
brass.
Safety precautions
For professional use only.
People with pacemaker should not operate induction heaters.
Avoid wearing jewellery, watches, or other metal objects when operating the
induction heater. They may get heated and cause burns.
The heated object may release toxic fumes. Use appropriate safety equipment.
The induction heater is connected to 230V and must not get wet/damp. Risk of
electric shock.
Make sure there are no flammable or explosive materials in the working area
when using the device.
Use safety equipment, protective gloves, etc.

Place the induction coil as centered around the nut/bolt as possible but avoid contact
with the underlying material.
The induction heater is equipped with heat protection and will shut itself off to prevent
damage from overheating. Let the device cool down and then you can use it again.
Do not use the induction heater for longer than five minutes even though equipped with
heat protection. It is not optimal to let the fuse turn off to often and it will shorten the
life span of the device.
Always replace damaged coils! When the insulation of the induction coil is damaged, it
can cause short circuit and you will not reach the desired heating result.
Make sure that the cooling fan on the device is not clogged or covered.
Do not try to cool down the induction heater by putting it in water or in fridge. Water or
condensed water inside of the device can cause dangerous electric shock.
Operation
1. Release the two fixing screws on the sides.
2. Select correct size of coil, insert the two ends in the holder and tighten the screws
properly.
3. Connect the plug, turn on the switch, and place the nut/bolt centered in the induction
coil.
4. Press and hold the red on/off switch. The inductor will start within 2-3 seconds.
Release when the material has reached the right temperature. Use for maximum 5
minutes.

Attention! The diameter of the induction coil must be at least 10 mm larger than the nut/bolt.
Heating capacity reference: 10 bolts from 25°C to 300°C

Heat indicator
When the nut/bolt has a visible dark red colour, it has reached a temperature of
approximately 550° C. The bolt may already be loose after 10-20 seconds, before it starts
to turn red. If the nut/bolt is heated too long it will first turn orange and eventually
almost white. This will lead to unnecessary heating of surrounding materials and the
nut/bolt will be deformed when loosened.

Problem Trouble shooting
The induction heater does not start when
pressing the on/off button. The indication
light is not on, the cooling fan is not working,
and there is no heating of the object.
1. Check if the device is plugged in and that the power switch
is turned on.
2. Make sure that the cord and the plug is not damaged.
The indication light is on, the cooling fan is
working, but the heating process is slow.
1. Make sure that the induction coil diameter is not too large.
2. Make sure that the induction coil is not damaged.
3. Check if the induction coil is placed correctly over the nut/
bolt.
The induction heater shuts down after less
than a minute.
1. Make sure that the induction coil is not damaged.
2. If the nut/bolt is surrounded by metal objects it can
overload the device. Clean the surroundings if possible or
focus the power on the nut/bolt.
3. Give the induction heater time to cool down and try again.
