We recommend that time is taken to read the instructions before starting assembly, then follow the

Please check off all parts against the parts list and report any missing parts prior to assembly
Keep all small parts and plastic bags away from children at all times
Assembly of damaged parts may be deemed as acceptance and therefore may affect any subsequent
claims. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The instruction sheet is intended as a guide to the assembly. Some items may not be shown to scale.
Never attempt to carry out the assembly in high winds.Always Wear Protective Gloves, Eyewear
and follow any safety recommendations appropriate to working at Height or with Tools
Always pre-drill timber to avoid splitting
Your new timber product has been pressure treated to ensure long lasting protection against rot –
The pressure treatment process may leave colour variations on the surface of the wood, these
should even out as the moisture content stabilises.
Wood is a natural material and therefore will shrink and swell due to varying moisture content at
different times
If the item is not constructed in accordance with the assembly guide or is altered in any way prior,
during, or after assembly the manufacturer will not be held responsible for any resulting damage
Contents may vary but timber treatments can include:
Ammoniumpropionate, Propiconazole, Permethrin (or other pyrethroid based insecticides)
Tebuconazole, broic acid, Benzalkonium chloride,. Basic Copper Carbonate (Copper(II) Carbonate –
Copper (II) Hydroxide (1:1), Copper HDO, Cupric Oxide, Copper hydroxide carbonate, oxyethyl.
This product should be assembled by no less than two people.
