Your new timber product has been pressure treated toensure long lasting protection against rot –
The pressure treatment process may leave colour variations or residue on the surface of the
wood, these should even out as the moisture content stabilises.
Wood is a natural material and therefore will shrink and swell due to varying moisture content at
different times
Keep all small parts and plastic bags away from children at all times
If the item is not constructed in accordance with the assembly guide or is altered in any way prior,
during, or after assembly the manufacturer will not be held responsible for any resulting damage

This product should be assembled by no less than two people
Always pre-drill screw holes to avoud splitting the timber
The wood used in the construction of this item contains biocidal products to give it protection
against wood boring insects and rot. Always wear gloves when handling freshly treated wood,
avoid breating in dust when cutting, drilling or working with wood and always dispose of off-cuts
responsibly - do not burn as a method of disposal
Contents may vary but timber treatments can include:
Ammoniumpropionate, Propiconazole, Permethrin (or other Pyrethroid based
Insecticides)Tebuconazole, Boric acid, Benzalkonium chloride. Basic copper carbonate (Copper
(II) carbonate – Copper (II) hydroxide (1:1), Copper HDO,Cupric oxide, Copper hydroxide
carbonate, oxyethyl.

Mark Posts with Trellis (Part 1) 480mm from base of posts to show height of seat
supports.
Pre-drill supports for seat (Part 4) so they are flush with the edge of one post (back of
the seat) and slightly short of the other which will be the front. Screw in to place with
screws ‘A’ 5x60mm.
Rest support (Part 5), follow angle of timber to position, pre-drill and screw in with
screws ‘A’ 5x60mm.
Bench, (Parts 6) – Place one in the sit down position make sure flush with edge of
posts and screw in to place with screws ‘B’ 4x40mm. Place second into position flush
with top of Rest support (Part 5), screw in to place with screws ‘B’ 4x40mm.
Pre-drill 2 holes in each end of seat front board (Part 9) as shown in the diagram, and
one hole in the middle of the board to the top to locate with the support underneath
the seat. and screw in to place with screws ‘B’ 4x40mm.
Position long riders (Part 3) in to slots on top of posts make sure same overhang on
each side, pre-drill and screw in to place with screw ‘A’ 5x60mm. Position short
riders (Part 2) on long riders above posts and space remaining 2 equally in between,
pre-drill and screw in place with screws ‘A’ 5x60mm.
Pre-drill Trellis support (Part 10) and place under long rider (part 3), screw to post
with screws ‘A’ 5x60mm.
Pre-drill Triangular Trellis (Part 7) and place against the support (part 10) overlap
rider and screw in place with screws ‘B’ 4x40mm.
Pre-drill Strut (Part 8) and screw in place as shown in the diagram using screws ‘C’
5x90mm.
