Remove the spring cassette or motor from the tube.
Motor oder Federkassette herausnehmen.
Retirer la cassette moteur ou ressort du tube.
Insert the fabric into the groove of the tube with 5
or 6mm rod.
Tuch in die Nut schieben (5 oder 6 mm Keder).
Insérer la toile dans la gorge du tube
(jonc 5 ou 6 mm).
The fabric should have a 15mm pocket both ends.
Tuch mit 2 Nähten von 15 mm.
La toile comporte 2 coutures de 15 mm.
System Preparation / Vorbereitung / Pré montage
Insert the fabric into the groove of the hem bar with
5 or 6 mm rod.
Fallstab auf das Tuch gleiten (5 oder 6 mm Keder).
Glisser la barre de charge sur la toile
(jonc 5 ou 6 mm).
200mm Wind the fabric onto the roller.
Important – standard system – motor on the left as
shown.
Das Tuch auf die Welle einrollen.

Enrouler la toile sur le tube.

Fit the tube between the mounting brackets.
Welle befestigen.

Pull the cable through both return pulleys and back
to the cable drums.
Seil durch Umlenkrollen bis zu den Seiltrommeln
führen.
Passer le câble par les poulies de renvoie pour arriver
aux tambours.

Pull the cable through the hem bar. Fit hem bar end
caps.
Seil durch den Fallstab ziehen. Kappen befestigen.
Passer le câble par la barre de charge. Fixer les
embouts.

 1. Wind 2 turns on to the drum.
2. Insert the cable into the drum and through locking
devise.
3. Check the cable will not pull out.
4. Insert the cable in the drum at the opposite side and
leave about 500mm slack.
 1. Seil 2 mal auf die Trommel aufrollen.
2. Seil in den Trommel schlitz einhacken.
3. Die korrekte Stelle des Seils auf der Tommel prüfen.
4. Seil in die andere Trommel einhacken. Zirka
500 mm Spiel lassen.
 1. Enrouler 2 tours de câble sur le tambour.
2. Insérer le cable dans le dispositif d’ancrage du tambour.
3. Controller la bonne position du câble sur le tambour.
4. Insérer le câble dans l’autre tambour. Laisser environ
500 mm de jeu.
Fix the guide wire support bracket. Pass the end of
the guide wire through the upper mounting bracket
hole.
Die Führungskabel Montagewinkel befestigen. Das
Kabelende durch das obere Loch führen.
Fixer les équerres d’accrochage du câble de guidage.
Passer l’extrémité du câble par le trou supérieur.
 Pass the guide wire through the hem-bar end cap.
Das Tragseil durch die Fallstabkappe führen.

Cut off excess cable and apply a light tension.
Restliches Seil abschneiden und mit dem
Spannungswerkzeug leicht spannen.
Couper le câble restant et tendre légèrement avec
l’outil.

 Cut the wire to length and attach to the return pulley
bracket, them tension the guide wire. (Refer to the wire
manufacturers instructions enclosed).
Das Führungskabel and die gebrauchte Länge
schneiden und an dem Umlenkrollenlager
befestigen. Dann Führungskabel spannen. (bitte
Kabelhersteller Anleitungen beachten).
Couper le câble de guidage à la longueur désirée et
le fixer à l’équerre de la poulie de renvoie. Puis
tendre le câble (se référer aux instructions du
fabricant).
Set the limit positions (refer to motor manufacturers
instructions enclosed).

Connect each motor to a supply 230 V AC 1,2 A. Motor may be connected in parallel. Refer to motor
manufacturers installations for setting the limits and coding the transmitters.
Jeder Motor muss an einer 230 V 1,2A Wechselstromversorgung angeschlossen sein. Er kann parallel geschaltet
sein. Bitte Bedienungsanleitungen vom Motorhersteller für Endschaltereinstellung und Sendercodierung lesen.
Chaque moteur doit être connecté à une source 230 V 1,2 A. Les moteurs peuvent être branchés en parallèle.

Maintenance
The tension system contains no serviceable parts. Where required, replacement components should be sought
from the supplier of the equipment.
A regular 6 monthly inspection of the blind system is recommended.
• Visual inspection – Check for fabric damage, foreign objects that would impede the operation of
the blind, tension cable wear or damage and free running of all pulleys within tension system.
• Fixings – Ensure all fixings are tight.
• Operate blind via test switch – Ensure correct fabric tracking and stopping position of fabric.
Adjust as necessary.
• Electrics – Check all wiring for loose connectors or damaged cabling. Where fitted, check operation of any
automatic devices such as wind over-ride.
The above is meant as an indication of the maintenance requirements of the Tess system.

Diese Gegenzuganlage besitzt Originalteile die bei Wartung nur von dem Systemhersteller zu besorgen sind.
Trotz hochwertiger Komponenten, ist es empfohlen, das System alle 6 Monate zu prüfen:
• Sichtkontrolle: Tuch, Seil, Rollen, Fremdobjekte die das System stören können.
• Befestigung: Schrauben.
• Bewegung: Tuchlauf und Endstoppositionen prüfen.
• Elektroanschluss: Kabel und automatische Steuerungen prüfen.

Methoden zu beachten. Falls noch Fragen offen sind: bitte an den Hersteller wenden.
Ce système de tension de toile comporte des pièces originales qui, lors d’entretien, sont à commander
uniquement chez le constructeur.
Malgré l’utilisation de composants fiables, il est recommandé de vérifier le système tous les 6 mois :
• Contrôle visuel: toile, câble, poulies, objets étrangers pouvant perturber la bonne marche du système.
• Fixations: vis.
• Mouvement: enroulement de la toile et position des fins de course.
• Branchements: vérifier les câbles d’alimentation électrique ainsi que les bons branchements des
automatismes.
Ces indications ne sont qu’indicatives. Dans tous les cas vos propres méthodes de contrôle sont à employer. Si
malgré cela des questions subsistent, veuillez vous adresser au fournisseur du système.

 A Quick Guide to programming Motors with Integrated
Radio (Hz system)
IMPORTANT
•Only power up one motor at a time.
•Have the transmitter within 3m of the motor during setting.
•For UP and DOWN read also retract and deploy for horizontal systems.
•Motors acknowledge by running briefly in both directions.
•Motors only move in deadman until a transmitter is added to memory.
1) To reset an already programmed motor
•Turn the power to the motor OFF 2secs > ON 7secs > OFF 2 secs then ON.
•Press the program button of an already programmed transmitter for 2 to 3secs the motor will run for 5secs then
stop. Memory is now erased.
2) To program a motor from start-up
•Wake the motor up by pressing UP and DOWN simultaneously on a transmitter > motor acknowledges.
•Check the sense of rotation, if wrong press STOP for 2 secs > motor acknowledges.
3) Set the limits - screw limits
•Use the Up and DOWN buttons to control the movement. Turn the screws (+) or (-) to adjust the travel. The
arrow refers to the direction of rotation of the barrel.
4) Set the limits – electronic limits
•Use the UP and DOWN buttons to move to the DOWN position. Press UP AND STOP simultaneously > motor runs
in the UP direction. Press STOP.
•Use the UP and DOWN buttons to move to the UP position. Press UP AND STOP simultaneously > motor runs in
the DOWN direction. Press STOP for 2secs to confirm the setting.
•To change a setting, go to the limit position, press UP AND DOWN simultaneously. Move to the new limit
position. Press STOP for 2secs to confirm > motor acknowledges.
5) Add the transmitter
•Select the required channel.
•Press the program button briefly, motor acknowledges.
•Motor will now run in impulse (press to run) control.
6) Add another transmitter or add to another group
•Take an already programmed transmitter, press the program key for 3secs > motor acknowledges.
•Take the new transmitter or new channel, press program key briefly > motor acknowledges.

WICHTIG
•Die motoren nacheinander unter Strom stellen.
•Während der Programmierung, Handsender innerhalb 3m vom Motor legen.
•Für AUF und AB sind auch AUS und EIN für waagerechte Systeme zu verstehen.
•Motor Empfangsbestätigung bei kurz Ab- und Auffahrt.
•Motor fährt nur manuell bis ein Sender programmiert ist.
1) Um einen schon programmierten Motor neu zu programmieren:
•Spannung 2 Sek. ausschalten, dann 7 Sek. einschalten, dann 2 Sek. ausschalten danach eingeschaltet lassen.
•Programm-Taste von schon programmiertem Handsender 2 bis 3 Sek. drücken. Der Motor wird 5 Sek. lang
fahren dann stoppt er. Speicher ist jetzt gelöscht.
2) Um einen Motor zu Anfang zu programmieren:
•die AUF-und die AB-Taste kurz gleichzeitig drücken. Motor bestätigt den Empfang.
•Drehrichtung prüfen. Wenn falsch, die STOP- Taste 2 Sek. lang drücken. Motor bestätigt den Empfang.
3) Schaltposition einstellen, mechanischer Endschalter:
•Die AUF- und AB- Tasten benutzen, um den Motor fahren zu lassen. Die Schrauben (+) oder (-) drehen um die
gewünschte Position zu erhalten. Der Pfeil bezieht sich auf die Wellendrehrichtung.
4) Schaltposition einstellen, elektronischer Endschalter:
•Die AUF- und AB- Tasten benutzen um den Motor bis zum Endpunkt AB zu fahren. Die AUF-und die AB-Taste
kurz gleichzeitig drücken, Motor fährt nach AUF-Richtung. STOP- Taste drücken.
•Die AUF- und AB- Tasten benutzen um den Motor bis zum Endpunkt AUF zu fahren. Die AUF-und die AB-Taste
kurz gleichzeitig drücken, Motor fährt nach AB-Richtung. STOP- Taste 2 Sek. drücken um die Programmierung zu
bestätigen.
•Um eine Schaltposition zu ändern, den Motor bis zur aktuellen Position fahren. Die AUF-und die AB-Taste kurz
gleichzeitig drücken, den Motor bis zur neuen Position fahren. STOP- Taste 2 Sek. drücken um die
Programmierung zu bestätigen. Motor bestätigt den Empfang.
5) Sender speichern:
•den gewünschten Kanal wählen.
•Die Programm-Taste des Senders kurz drücken. Motor bestätigt den Empfang.
•Der Motor wird jetzt durch Impulse gefahren.
6) Weitere Sender anlernen:
•Die Programm-Taste des 1. Senders 3 Sek. lang drücken. Motor bestätigt den Empfang.
•Jetzt die Programm-Taste des neuen Senders drücken, Motor bestätigt den Empfang und fährt kurz auf und ab.

 Guide rapide de programmation des moteurs à radio embarquée
(Simu Hz.)
IMPORTANT
N’alimenter qu’un moteur à la fois.
Placer l’émetteur dans un rayon maximum de 3 m autour du moteur pendant la programmation.
Pour MONTEE et DESCENTE lire également rentrer et sortir le store pour systèmes horizontaux.
Le moteur confirme la programmation en tournant brièvement dans chaque direction.
Le moteur tourne uniquement en « homme mort » jusqu’à l’ajout d’un émetteur en mémoire.
1) Pour reprogrammer un moteur:
• couper l’alimentation du moteur pendant 2 secondes, réalimenter pendant 7 secondes puis couper pendant 2
secondes et enfin laisser alimenté.
•presser la touche de programmation d’un émetteur déjà programmé pendant 2 à 3 secondes. Le moteur
tournera environ 5 secondes et s’arrêtera. La mémoire est alors effacée.
2) Pour programmer un moteur depuis le début:
• initialiser le moteur en pressant simultanément sur les touches MONTEE et DESCENTE de l’émetteur, le moteur
accuse réception.
•vérifier le sens de rotation. S’il est erroné, presser la touche stop pendant 2 secondes, le moteur accuse
réception.
3) Ajustement des fins de course mécaniques:
•utiliser les touches MONTEE et DESCENTE pour contrôler le mouvement. Tourner les vis (+) ou (-) pour ajuster la
course. Les flèches indiquent le sens de rotation du tube d’enroulement.
4) Ajustement des fins de course électroniques:
•utiliser les touches MONTEE et DESCENTE pour mettre le moteur en position DESCENTE. Presser simultanément
les touches MONTEE et DESCENTE. Le moteur tourne en direction MONTEE. Appuyer sur STOP
•utiliser les touches MONTEE et DESCENTE pour mettre le moteur en position MONTEE. Presser simultanément les
touches MONTEE et DESCENTE. Le moteur tourne en direction DESCENTE. Appuyer sur STOP pendant 2
secondes pour confirmer la programmation.
•pour modifier un réglage, aller à la position à changer , presser simultanément les touches DESCENTE et
MONTEE. Aller à la nouvelle position d’arrêt. Appuyer sur STOP pendant 2 secondes pour confirmer la
programmation; le moteur accuse réception.
5) Ajouter l’émetteur:
•sélectionner le canal désiré.
•presser brièvement sur la touche programmation; le moteur accuse réception.
•Le moteur sera commandé par une impulsion.
6) Ajouter un nouvel émetteur ou programmer un nouveau groupe:
•prendre un émetteur déjà programmé, presser la touche de programmation pendant 3 secondes ; le moteur
accuse réception.
•prendre le nouvel émetteur ou le nouveau canal, presser brièvement la touche programmation ; le moteur
accuse réception.
