Operating Procedure

Connet input p ower to the DC input so ket

Red Power-On LED should b e illuminated
•
Adjust harge rate knob (2) to desired urrent rate
◦
To determine the orret knob p osition, selet battery apaity in mAh on
the graph and read o the knob p osition from the graph line (See graph on
the following page)
◦
eg, for harging a 450mA lipo, we would selet a dial p osition of between 3
and 3.5 (it's ideal to harge lip os at less than 1C, preferably at ~0.8C as this
improves their life).
◦
For batteries with a apaity over 1000mAh the harge seletion knob dial
an b e set to maximum (10).

Connet balaning plug of battery to the orret harger output terminal (3 pin
for 2S or 4 pin for 3S).
◦
After approximately 5 seonds the Blue harge LED should illuminate to
indiate that harging has ommened
◦
When the ell voltages have reahed approximately 4.17V the Blue harge
LED will start to blink
◦
When the ell voltages have reahed 4.20V the Blue harge LED will be
ompletely turned o
◦
Remove the battery balaning plug from the C3-LP harger
