INSTALLATION & OPERATION
A. INSTALLATION
1. Take out the beer cooler from its package. Place the beer cooler on a steady and horizontal
surface, and make sure the beer cooler is at least 10 cm away from other appliances or walls,
on each side so as to allow correct ventilation on the appliances to get better performance.
2. Install the tap handle connect the tap, make sure both ends fit together perfectly (As shown in
figure1).
3. Set the water drip tray into the notch provided (As shown in figure 2).

FIGURE 1 FIGURE 2
4. Check whether the infrared detection LED (As shown in Figure 3), on the left and right upper
part of the inner side of the device's refrigeration barrel, is dirty or damaged. If the beer keg is
not put into the refrigeration barrel or removed, the machine can not work normally, and the
display panel displays the "OP" code.
5. Remove the protective cover and beer tube of the beer keg.
6. Align the beer outlet valve device vertically with the connecting part of the beer keg in the
middle of the top surface of the beer keg, and immediately press it into the beer keg. When you
hear a click, it indicates that the wine outlet device has been correctly fixed on the beer keg (as
shown in Figure 5 below). After installing the valve device, put the beer keg into the refrigeration
barrel of the machine.
FOR A 5L KEG: The connector that comes with your beer cooler can work with all Heineken (or
any pressurized) 5-liter kegs. However, you must use a flat head screwdriver to remove the
green base from the keg in order to install the new connector, provided with the beer cooler
(Figure 4).

7. FOR A 5L KEG : Replace the beer tube with the adapter (New Heineken connector) to the
device’s faucet. Then, connect the adapter to the beer connector of tape (Figure 5).
When installing the new connector to the Heineken keg, you must firstly install the clear beer
tube one end to the connector : one end to the tap mechanism, then install the connector to
the Heineken keg (Figure 6).
Figure 5 (For 5L keg only)
FIGURE 6 (For 5L keg only)
8. After installing the valve device, keep the intake beer pipe towards the middle position of the
middle groove of the two handles of the keg.
9. Keep the bottom of the refrigeration barrel and beer keg free of dirt and sundries, otherwise the
refrigeration effect will be affected.

FIGURE 7
10. Insert the quick air inlet connector at the end of the beer pipe on the beer valve device into
the quick air inlet socket, and you can hear a slight click to indicate that it has been connected
(as shown in Figure 8).
FIGURE 8
11. Insert the beer outlet quick connector assembly at the end
of the beer pipe on the tap assembly facing the metal socket
hole in the center of the wine valve assembly and rotate it
clockwise to fit into the socket (as shown in Figure 9).
12. Cover the top cover (see the label on the top cover for
details). Set the power switch to "-" to start the power supply of
the beer machine, and the beer machine starts to work (set the
power switch to o to turn off the power supply) (as shown in
Figure10).
FIGURE 9

Make sure your hands are dry before turning on the power switch.
FIGURE 10
13. It will take 19-23 hours to cool the beer to 3-4℃at 22-24 ℃ambient temperature. And it
can keep the temperature. We do, however, suggest that you initially cool your beer keg for at
least 12 hours in your refrigerator before placing it into the beer cooler, especially when the
ambient temperature is higher than 25℃.
14. Display panel function (as shown in Figure 11)
14.1 Retain freshness days: When you put a new keg of beer into the machine, the fresh-
keeping days begin to record the number of days the beer is stored in the machine. This number
is 30-0 countdown. When the number is 0, it means that the beer needs to be replaced. Pay
attention to record the days of beer preservation. When you want to put a bottle of beer that
has been opened again, you can increase the days setting by long pressing "+" for 3 seconds,
or decrease the days setting by long pressing "-" for 3 seconds.
14.2 In the process of preservation, please make sure that the machine is on (If you plan
to shut down the machine during the shelf life, please remove the beer keg and put it in the
refrigerator for refrigeration treatment).
14.3 Temperature adjustment: The temperature of the refrigerator is the previous set
temperature. The refrigeration temperature can be adjusted by pressing the "+" or "-" button
on the control panel. The temperature increases by one degree every time the "+" button is
pressed, each time you press the "+" " - " button, the temperature drops to one degree. The
display screen displays the actual temperature of the beer in the keg. Press any button to
display the set temperature and return to the actual temperature after 3 seconds. At the same
time, press the" +" "-" button to switch between Fahrenheit and Centigrade, the cooling
temperature of the beer cooler is adjustable between 3 ~ 12 ℃(37 ~ 54 ℉).
The beer cooler has the power-off memory function. Press any button to check the set
temperature before power-off (factory setting is 37 ℉).

14.4 When the faucet handle is closed in the vertical state (as shown in the "CLOSE"
position in Figure 12), pull the handle forward 45 degrees to press out the beer (as shown in
the "OPEN" position in Figure 12).
Before drinking beer, please rinse the glass with cold water. If the temperature of the glass is
very high, it will cause many bubbles. If the temperature of the beer is too high, it will cause a
lot of bubbles.
FIGURE 12
15. When you press beer, please tilt the cup to the outlet of the faucet, then slowly make the
bottom of the cup and the wine outlet vertical, and quickly open the handle of the faucet. If the
handle is not completely opened, it will cause a lot of bubbles. It is best to press half a glass of
beer first and then pause for a while before pressing again.
The outlet of the beer cannot be soaked in the glass filled with beer, otherwise it will cause a
lot of bubbles. If you finish the operation, please turn off the tap handle.
16. It is normal to have more bubbles when pouring the first 3 beers.
17. This is normal that when the beer in the beer keg is used up, there will be a short jet from
the mouth of the tap. Release the handle of the tap and turn off the tap.
Note : All functions from display panel will work properly, except for the remaining volume of
beer which will be fixed when using a 5L beer keg (red circled part as figure below):

HOW TO CHANGE A KEG
When the beer in the keg runs out, before changing a new beer keg (Note: when changing keg,
make sure it is in the startup state, otherwise it cannot enter the initial state).
1. Open the top cover of the beer cooler.
2. Press down the quick connector assembly at the end of the beer pipe on the tap assembly, at
the same time turn the connector anticlockwise out of the engagement position of the wine
valve device, and then pull out the connector (as shown in figure 13).
3. Press and hold the white button of the air inlet quick socket (as shown in Figure 14), and pull
out the quick air inlet connector at the end of the beer pipe on the wine valve device from the
air inlet quick socket (as shown in Figure 15).
4. Take the empty beer keg with the beer valve out of the machine.
5. Press the left and right buttons on the beer valve device to pull the beer valve device out of
the empty beer barrel (as shown in Figure 16).

When using for the first time or for a long time (it is
recommended to clean once a week), clean the whole
machine with a dry cloth, and clean the wine outlet pipe
assembly from the tap and the wine valve assembly from
the barrel with warm water. For the liquor outlet pipe
assembly, take out the liquor outlet pipe from the tap
according to the following steps:
1. Press and hold the button under the back of the tap,
and the beer tube assembly and the detachable top
cover of the tap will pop open automatically together (as
