Overview 简介
•The PSR180-12A-F and PSR180-12A-B are AC-input and DC-output
power supplies. The PSR180-12D-B is DC-input and DC-output power
supply. These power supplies provide an output voltage of 12 V and a
maximum output of 180 W. PSR180-12A-F、PSR180-12A-B 是交流输入、
直流输出的交流电源模块；PSR180-12D-B 是直流输入、直流输出的直流
电源模块。交流电源模块和直流电源模块都可以将输入的电压转换成受电
设备所需要的 12V 电压，且其最大输出功率可达 180W。
•The PSR180-12A-F and PSR180-12A-B AC power supplies are similar in
views except for their marks and airflow directions.The PSR180-12A-F
power supply draws air from the power supply panel while the
PSR180-12A-B and PSR180-12D-B power supplies exhausts air from
the power supply panel. The following figures show the PSR180-12A-B
and PSR180-12D-B power supplies. PSR180-12A-F、PSR180-12A-B 交
流电源模块外观相似，仅是丝印和风道风向不同。PSR180-12A-F 的风道
风向是电源面板侧进风；PSR180-12A-B 和PSR180-12D-B 的风道风向是
电源面板侧出风。下图分别展示 PSR180-12A-B 和PSR180-12D-B 的外
观。

After a power supply is locked, it cannot restore power supply automatically
after the issues are resolved. Follow this procedure to restore the power
supply operation:
当电源模块被锁死时，其不能自动恢复正常工作，可以采用以下步骤来使电
源模块恢复正常工作：
•Disconnect the power cord from the external power supply system.
首先断开电源线与外置电源系统的连接；
•Disconnect the power cord from the power supply and then reconnect it.
接着将电源线插头从电源模块上拔出，然后重新连接电源线至电源模块；
•Connect the power cord to the external power supply system .
最后连接电源线至外置电源系统。

Installing and removing the power supply 电源模块的安装
和拆卸
1. Safety precautions 安全注意事项
•Wear an ESD wrist strap and make sure the wrist strap makes good skin
contact.
在安装和拆卸电源模块时请注意佩戴防静电手腕，并确保防静电手腕与皮
肤良好接触。
•Before installing the power supply, make sure the operating voltage of the
external power supply system is as required by the power supply, and the
output voltage of the power supply is as required by the powered device.
在安装电源模块前，请确认外置供电系统的工作电压同电源模块所标电
压、电源模块输出电压同受电设备所需电压是否相符，避免对电源模块和
受电设备造成损坏。
•To avoid bodily injury, do not touch any bare wire or terminal.
不要接触露出的任何导线、端子部分，以免对人体造成伤害。
•Never place the power supply in a wet area and prevent fluid from flowing
into the power supply.
请不要将电源模块放置在潮湿的地方，也不要让液体进入电源模块。
•To avoid power supply damage, do not open the power supply. When the
internal circuits or components of the power supply fail, contact H3C
Support.
为了防止电源模块受损，请不要随意打开电源模块外壳，当电源模块内部
线路或元器件出现故障时，请移交维修人员进行检修。
•Before installing or removing the power supply, make sure no power cord
is connected to the power supply.
安装和拆卸电源模块时应确保电源模块上没有连接电源线。
2. Tools 工具准备
Prepare the following tools for installation and removal: a flat-head
screwdriver, a Phillips screwdriver, and an ESD wrist strap.
安装和拆卸电源模块和电源线过程中用到的工具（需要用户自行准备）包括：
一字螺丝刀、十字螺丝刀、防静电手腕。

3. Installing the power supply 电源模块的安装
•To prevent damage to the power supply or the connector on the
backplane of the powered device, insert the power supply gently.
为了避免损坏电源模块或受电设备背板的连接器端子，在电源模块插入过
程中动作要缓慢。
•If you insert the power supply upside down, you will encounter a hard
resistance because of the special structure designs of the slot and power
supply. You need to pull out the power supply, orient it correctly, and insert
it again.
如果上下倒置，安装过程将受插槽和电源模块特意设计的结构限制，不能
顺利进行，必须先拔出模块，然后重新插入。
•If the captive screw cannot be tightly fastened, examine the installation of
the power supply.
固定螺钉时，如果发现螺钉不能拧紧，很可能是因为电源模块没有正确安
装引起的，请仔细检查。
(1) Unpack the power supply and verify that the input mode of the power supply is
as required. 从电源模块包装盒中取出电源模块，确认电源模块的输入方式与所
需一致。
(2) Remove the filler panel, if any, from the target power supply slot. 选择安装电源
模块的电源插槽，如装有电源假面板，请先拆卸假面板。
(3) Correctly orient the power supply. Grasping the module handle with one hand
and supporting the module bottom with the other, insert the module slowly into
the slot along the guide rails. 保证电源模块上下方向正确，用一只手握住电源
模块上的拉手，另一只手托住电源模块底部，将电源模块沿着电源插槽导轨水
平插入，直到电源模块完全进入插槽。
(4) Use a Phillips screwdriver to fasten the captive screws on the power supply to
secure it in the chassis. 用十字螺丝刀按顺时针方向拧紧电源模块两侧的固定
螺钉，使电源模块固定在设备机箱中。

4. Removing the power supply 电源模块的拆卸
(1) Disconnect the power cord from the power supply and the external power
supply. 拆除电源线与电源模块和外置供电系统的连接。
(2) Face the front of the power supply. 操作者正对受电设备上要拆卸的电源模块。
(3) Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the captive screws on the power supply
until the captive screws are disengaged from the device. 用十字螺丝刀逆时针
方向拧松电源模块左右两侧的固定螺钉，直至固定螺钉完全与受电设备脱离。
(4) Grasping the handle of the power supply with one hand, pull it part way out.
Then supporting the power module bottom with the other hand, pull the power
supply slowly out of the slot along the guide rails. 用一只手握住电源模块上的
拉手，将电源模块拉出来一部分，然后另一只手托住电源模块下方，将电源模
块沿着插槽导轨水平缓慢地拉出。
(5) Put the removed power supply into an antistatic bag. 将拆卸下来的电源模块放
到防静电袋中。
Connecting the power cord 电源线的连接
Use an AC power cord to connect an AC power supply to the external AC
power supply system. Use a DC power cord to connect a DC power supply
to the external DC power supply system.
对于选用交流电源模块供电的设备，将通过交流电源线与外置交流供电系统
连接；对于选用直流电源模块供电的设备，将通过直流电源线与外置直流供
电系统连接。
1. Connecting an AC power cord 交流电源线的连接

(1) Attach the hooks of the power cord retainer clip into the holes on the two sides
of the AC-input power receptacle.Skip this step if the power cord retainer clip is
installed on the power supply. 将电源线防脱卡钩的两头分别插入交流电源输入
插口左侧的上下插孔中。若电源模块发货时已安装卡钩，请忽略此步。
(2) Pull the power cord retainer clip leftward. 将电源线防脱卡钩扳向左边。
(3) Connect one end of the AC power cord to the AC-input power receptacle. 将交
流电源线带插孔的一端插到电源模块的交流输入插口上。
(4) Pull the power cord retainer clip rightward to secure the power cord connector
in place. 将电源线防脱卡钩向右扳，卡住交流电源线。
(5) Connect the other end of the AC power cord to the external AC power supply
system. 将交流电源线的另一端插到外置交流供电系统的插座上。
The power cord and power cord retainer clip in the figure are for illustration
only. The power cord and power cord retainer clip delivered for your country
or region might differ from those in the figure.
不同国家和地区使用的电源线和电源线卡勾可能稍有差异，安装图仅为示意。
2. Connecting a DC power cord 直流电源线的连接
•The power cord color code scheme in the following figure is for illustration
only. The cable delivered for your country or region might use a different
color scheme. When you connect the power cord, always identify the
polarity symbol on its wires.
下图中的电源线颜色方案仅用于说明。为您的国家或地区提供的电源线可
能使用不同颜色方案。当您连接电源线时，总是要识别下电源线上的极
性符号。
•Connect the other ends of the wires for the PSR180-12D-B power supply
to a –48 VDC power source, with the negative wire (– or L–) to the
negative terminal (–) and the positive wire (+ or M/N) to the positive
terminal (+).
将PSR180-12D-B 电源线的另一端与-48V 直流供电系统相连，用负极线
（-或L）连接负极端子（-），用正极线（+或M/N）连接正极端子（+）。

(1) Correctly orient the DC power cord connector, and insert it into the DC-input
power receptacle on the power supply. 保证直流电源线插头上下方向正确，并
将其插入到电源模块直流输入插口上。
(2) Use a flat-head screwdriver to fasten the two screws on the DC power cord
connector to secure the connector to the power receptacle. 用一字螺丝刀顺时
针方向拧紧直流电源线插头两侧自带的螺钉，使电源线插头固定在电源模块直
流输入插口上。
(3) Connect the other end of the DC power cord to the external DC power supply
system. 将直流电源线另一端与外置直流供电系统相连。
If you insert the DC power cord connector upside down, you will feel hard
resistance because of the special structure designs of the DC-input power
receptacle and the connector. You need to remove the connector, orient it
correctly, and insert it again.
如果上下倒置，安装过程将受到电源模块直流输入插口和电源线插头特殊设
计的结构限制，不能顺利进行，必须先拔出，然后重新插入。
