Wear an ESD-preventive wrist strap, and make sure the wrist strap makes good skin contact and is
reliably grounded.
操作者需佩戴防静电腕带，确保防静电腕带与皮肤良好接触，并确认防静电腕带已经良好接地。
The switch provides a grounding sign at the primary grounding point but not at the auxiliary grounding
point. 交换机主接地点标有接地标识，备用接地点上无接地标识。
The two grounding screws at the primary grounding point are also applicable to the auxiliary grounding
point. 交换机主接地点上的两个接地螺钉同样适用于备用接地点。

Installation positions for accessories 附件安装位置介绍
Before mounting the switch in a 19-inch rack, determine the installation positions for the mounting
brackets, chassis rails, and grounding cable.
将交换机安装到19英寸机柜时，可以根据需要调整附件在交换机上的安装位置。
Mounting bracket installation position (three options) 挂耳安装位（三选一）
Near the network port side
安装在靠近端口侧 Near the power module side
安装在靠近电源侧 Mid-mounting position 安装在中部
The switch provides only three screw holes for installing mounting brackets near the network ports.
端口侧的挂耳安装孔只有三个。
If you install the mounting brackets near the power module side or network port side, you also need
to install chassis rails and slide rails for rack-mounting the switch.
挂耳安装在靠近端口侧或靠近电源侧时，需要有滑道、导轨配合才能将设备安装到机柜。
To rack-mount the switch by using only mounting brackets, you need to install the mounting bracket
at the mid-mounting position.
仅使用一对挂耳安装设备到机柜时，只能将挂耳安装在设备中部。

Attaching the accessories to the switch 安装附件到交换机
The installation positions of the accessories in the following figure are for illustration only.
Determine installation positions for the accessories based on the installation requirement.
以下图中附件的安装位置仅供参考，请根据实际安装场景的需要选择合适的安装位置。
The device provides multiple installation positions for chassis rails on two sides. Determine the
installation position for the chassis rails based on the rack depth. Ensure that slide rails can reach
out of chassis rails after their installation.
设备侧面板提供了多个滑道导轨安装位，用户可根据机柜的深度，调整滑道导轨的安装位置；为保
证设备安装后的稳定性，当滑道与滑道导轨安装完成后，请确保滑道的头部露出滑道导轨。
Use the provided long slide rails or optional short slide rails for the S6890-54HF switch based on
the rack depth. If the rack depth is in the range of 621 mm (24.45 in) to 854 mm (33.62 in), use the
provided lonG slide rails. If the rack depth is in the range of 401 mm (15.79 in) to 634 mm (24.96
in), use the optional short slide rails.
如果机柜前后方孔条间距在621～854mm范围内，请选用标配的长滑道进行安装。
如果机柜前后方孔条间距在401～634mm范围内，请选用选配的短滑道进行安装。
Install the grounding cable before installing the switch in the rack.
为了防止机箱安装到机柜后无法安装接地线，因此请先将接地线安装到交换机的侧面接地点上。
Installing the switch in a 19-inch rack 安装交换机到19英寸机柜
Before installing cage nuts, mark their installation positions on the rack posts.
安装浮动螺母前，建议用户先使用记号笔在机柜方孔条上标注浮动螺母安装位置。
Attach cage nuts to the square

Airflow direction of the switch 交换机的风向设计
The switch can provide airflow from the power module side to the port side, or from the port side to
the power module side, depending on the fan trays installed.
交换机采用前后风道设计，通过配置不同的风扇模块，可提供“电源侧到端口侧”和“端口侧到电源
侧”两种通风走向，满足不同环境下的散热要求。
