Turn o= the air.
[POWER OFF] the machine.
Lockout/tagout the main circuit breaker.
Remove the (16) screws [1] from the cover on the
slider casting.

Remove the (4) cable carrier screws [1] and the
cable carrier [2].

Remove the slider casting cover [1].

Remove the main air tube [1].
Remove the (2) cylinder air tubes [2].

Disconnect cable 36-3100 [1] and cable 30-30675
[2] from the bracket assembly.

Remove the:
• Pallet-pool lifter solenoid valve
assembly socket-head cap screws
(SHCS) [1].
• Pallet-pool lifter solenoid valve
assembly washers [2].
• The pallet-pool lifter solenoid valve
assembly [3].

Remove the (2) cylinder air tube ;ttings [1].

Install the mu<er [1] on the top air cylinder port
[2].

Install the replacement pallet-pool lifter solenoid
valve assembly from the kit [1] to the bottom air
cylinder port [2].

Connect the main air-tube [1] to the replacement
pallet-pool lifter solenoid valve assembly [2].

Connect cable 36-0675 [1] to cable 250 [2].
5
Change Parameter 747 PAL POOL LFT DN DWL
to 3000 [1].
Reinstall the slider casting plate and cable carrier.
