In order for the device to work, you will need a Wi-Fi router with an internet connecon. If your router doesn't support
WPS, you will need a smartphone with Android or iOS for the setup procedure.
Device installaon should be performed only by professionals (such as electricians) with the electri-
cal power disconnected
1. Disconnect electrical power.
2. (oponal) Install an S0 module.
3. Make the connecons like shown on the diagram on the right.
4. Check your connecons and restore electrical power.
5. Check that the device works properly by pressing the on/o buon a few mes. The red LED should
respond and the connected load should be acvated/deacvated. The red LED is lit when the output
is acvated.
6. Connect the device to the Wi-Fi router. If your router supports WPS, then push the WPS buon to
enable the WPS funcon. Press and hold the on/o buon on the device for a few seconds unl you
see the green LED blink. If WPS is not supported the use the Android or iOS app , choose the Setup
Device opon and follow the instrucons there.
7. Check the device is connected to the router and the internet by looking at the green LED. If the device is connected to
the HAM plaorm, the green LED should be lit.
8. Connect to hps://hamsystems.eu or open the smartphone app. If you don’t already have an account, create one.
9. Using the opon Claim device, input the device key that came with your device.
10. If the previous step was successful and the device is connected to the internet, then you will be redirected to the a
screen where you can control your device.
11. Check that the installaon is successful by turning on/o the device output through the screen.
In case there is an issues on the steps 5-10, try pushing the Reset buon and wait a few seconds.

You can manually control the device, even
without a network connecon, using the on/o
buons. By pressing the reset buon, the device
is restarted.

USAGE
SAFETY WARNINGS
• Device installaon should only be performed by
professionals to avoid the danger of electrocuon.
• In case you didn’t connect the device correctly it
may be damaged or destroyed. Recheck your
connecons before restoring power.
• The device is designed to be installed in electrical
panels where access should be restricted.
• The device is not protected for short-circuits and
an 10A rated fused must be used.
• The device does not oer protecon for overvolt-
age and overloading and it doesn’t replace circuit
breakers.
• Do not use the device to control crical appliances
or devices that in case they are disconnected it
may result in damages or death.
• For appliances rated above the rang of the
device, you can use a relay. Do not connect high
powered appliances like water-heaters, stoves etc.
directly to the output of the device
• If the internet connecon is lost, you will not be
able to control the device remotely. Do not leave
the device acve unaended for long periods of
me.
• Do not use the device to control the electrical
supply of the device or devices that are required so
the network can reach the internet, such as the Wi
-Fi router.
• Do not take apart the device and do not use
devices you have altered in any way.

TROUBLESHOOTING
The device does not respond to manual
control with the on/o buon
• Try reseng the device by using the reset
buon and wait a few seconds. Try a few
mes.
• Try to press the on/o buon a few mes. If
the device is not responsive then reset and if it
fails, try to reset the device by disconnecng
the power.
• Try to reset the device to the factory rmware
by pressing the reset buon 5-10 mes in a
row with a ~1 second delay between the
presses.
• Check if you have enabled the opon for
disabled local control in the device sengs.
The red LED doesn’t turn on or there is
no power supply to the output
• Check your connecons to the load.
• Check if the load is working by connecng it
directly to power.
The green LED does not turn on and the
device is reported as disconnected on the
internet plaorm
If the green LED is not lit, then the device may be
unable to be connected to the Internet Plaorm.
• Check your internet connecon. If you don’t
seem to be able to access the internet through
the Wi-Fi router then contact your Internet
Service Provider (ISP).
• Check that the server is accessible at hps://
hamsystems.eu or open the smartphone app.
If you are unable to access the server, try again
aer 5 minutes.
• Try to reset the device by using the reset
buon and wait a few seconds. Repeat a few
mes.
• Check that the device is connected to your Wi-
Fi router. A way this can be achieved is by
accessing the router’s conguraon page. If
none of the above suggesons worked, then
repeat the steps 5-6 of the setup instrucons.
