In order for the device to work, you will need a Wi-Fi router with an internet connecon. If your router doesn't support
WPS, you will need a smartphone with Android or iOS for the setup procedure.
Device installaon should be performed only by professionals (such as electricians) with the electri-
cal power disconnected
1. Disconnect electrical power.
2. (oponal) Install an S0 module.
3. Make the connecons like shown on the diagram on the right.
4. Check your connecons and restore electrical power.
5. Check that the device works properly by pressing the on/o buon a few mes. The red LED should
respond and the connected load should be acvated/deacvated. The red LED is lit when the output
is acvated.
6. Connect the device to the Wi-Fi router. If your router supports WPS, then push the WPS buon to
enable the WPS funcon. Press and hold the on/o buon on the device for a few seconds unl you
see the green LED blink. If WPS is not supported the use the Android or iOS app , choose the Setup
Device opon and follow the instrucons there.
7. Check the device is connected to the router and the internet by looking at the green LED. If the device is connected to
the HAM plaorm, the green LED should be lit.
8. Connect to hps://hamsystems.eu or open the smartphone app. If you don’t already have an account, create one.
9. Using the opon Claim device, input the device key that came with your device.
10. If the previous step was successful and the device is connected to the internet, then you will be redirected to the a
screen where you can control your device.
11. Check that the installaon is successful by turning on/o the device output through the screen.
In case there is an issues on the steps 5-10, try pushing the Reset buon and wait a few seconds.

To use the device, visit hps://hamsystems.eu or
download the app for your smartphone.

You can manually control the device, even
without a network connecon, using the on/o
buons. By pressing the reset buon, the device
is restarted.

USAGE
SAFETY WARNINGS
• Device installaon should only be performed by
professionals to avoid the danger of electrocuon.
• In case you didn’t connect the device correctly it
may be damaged or destroyed. Recheck your
connecons before restoring power.
• The device is designed to be installed in electrical
panels where access should be restricted.
• The device is not protected for short-circuits and
an 10A rated fused must be used.
• The device does not oer protecon for overvolt-
age and overloading and it doesn’t replace circuit
breakers.
• Do not use the device to control crical appliances
or devices that in case they are disconnected it
may result in damages or death.
• For appliances rated above the rang of the
device, you can use a relay. Do not connect high
powered appliances like water-heaters, stoves etc.
directly to the output of the device
• If the internet connecon is lost, you will not be
able to control the device remotely. Do not leave
the device acve unaended for long periods of
me.
• Do not use the device to control the electrical
supply of the device or devices that are required so
the network can reach the internet, such as the Wi
-Fi router.
• Do not take apart the device and do not use
devices you have altered in any way.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The device does not respond to manual
control with the on/o buon
• Try reseng the device by using the reset
buon and wait a few seconds. Try a few
mes.
• Try to press the on/o buon a few mes. If
the device is not responsive then reset and if it
fails, try to reset the device by disconnecng
the power.
• Try to reset the device to the factory rmware
by pressing the reset buon 5-10 mes in a
row with a ~1 second delay between the
presses.
• Check if you have enabled the opon for
disabled local control in the device sengs.
The red LED doesn’t turn on or there is
no power supply to the output
• Check your connecons to the load.
• Check if the load is working by connecng it
directly to power.
The green LED does not turn on and the
device is reported as disconnected on the
internet plaorm
If the green LED is not lit, then the device may be
unable to be connected to the Internet Plaorm.
• Check your internet connecon. If you don’t
seem to be able to access the internet through
the Wi-Fi router then contact your Internet
Service Provider (ISP).
• Check that the server is accessible at hps://
hamsystems.eu or open the smartphone app.
If you are unable to access the server, try again
aer 5 minutes.
• Try to reset the device by using the reset
buon and wait a few seconds. Repeat a few
mes.
• Check that the device is connected to your Wi-
Fi router. A way this can be achieved is by
accessing the router’s conguraon page. If
none of the above suggesons worked, then
repeat the steps 5-6 of the setup instrucons.
