iPad Bluetooth Keyboard
With Bluetooth® wireless technology
Thank you for choosing a Hama product. Please read
these operating instructions carefully before you use
the product.
Underside of keyboard:
1. Starting up the keyboard:
Insert the supplied batteries into the battery
compartment on the underside of the keyboard. Your
new keyboard is now ready for use.
2. Pairing the keyboard:
Step 1:
Make sure that the iPad is switched on.
Step 2:
Turn the keyboard on by switching the power button
on the underside to ON.
Step 3:
Activate the Bluetooth function on the iPad.
Open the settings via the following icon:
Activate the Bluetooth function on the iPad by
selecting “General” and then activating “Bluetooth”:
Make sure that the Bluetooth setting is “ON”.
Step 4:
Now start pairing mode using the corresponding
button on the underside of the keyboard (next to the
power button). Press and hold the pairing button
until the built-in blue LED on the F12 key ashes.
Now activate the “Bluetooth Keyboard” with your
iPad.

Step 5:
In the last step, the iPad prompts you to enter the
connection code.
Use the Bluetooth keyboard to enter the combination
set by your iPad. Press ENTER/RETURN to conrm.
Your new Hama Bluetooth keyboard is also
equipped the following specific iPad function
keys:
*These buttons work up to and including iOS 6.
Automatic inactivity after one minute
If the keyboard disconnects after one minute of
inactivity, press any key to reconnect.
3. Safety Information
• Do not expose the Keyboard to liquid, moisture or
humidity, or rain as it is not waterproof.
• Do not keep the Keyboard near a wash basin or
other wet places.
• Do not leave the Keyboard in direct sunlight for an
extended period of time.
• Do not expose the Keyboard to extremely high or
low temperatures.
•Observe all signs and displays that require an
electrical device or RF radio product to be switched
off in designated areas. These could include
hospitals, blasting areas, and potentially explosive
atmospheres.
4. Care and Maintenance
Dispose of the keyboard in line with local
regulations. Do not dispose as household waste.
Do not bring the Keyboard into contact with any
sharp objects as this will cause scratches and
damages.
Do not attempt to disassemble the Nova Smart as it
does not contain serviceable components.
If you do not plan to use the Keyboard for a long
period, please store it in a dry place that is free from
extreme temperatures and dust.

iPad Bluetooth Tastatur mit Bluetooth®
Wireless Technologie
Danke, dass Sie sich für ein Hama-Produkt
entschieden haben. Bitte lesen Sie vor der
Inbetriebnahme des Produktes die vorliegende
Bedienungsanleitung.
Rückseite der Tastatur:
1. Inbetriebnahme der Tastatur:
Legen Sie bitte die mitgelieferten Batterien
rückseitig in das vorgesehene Batteriefach ein.
Und schon ist Ihre neue Tastatur einsatzbereit.
2. Paaren der Tastatur:
Schritt 1:
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das iPad eingeschaltet ist.
Schritt 2:
Schalten Sie die Tastatur über den Power-Schalter
auf der Rückseite ein, indem Sie den Knopf auf ON
stellen.
Schritt 3:
Aktivieren Sie am iPad die Bluetooth-Funktion.
Öffnen Sie die Einstellungen über das folgende
Symbol:
Aktivieren Sie am iPad die Bluetooth-Funktion,
indem Sie „Allgemein“ auswählen und „Bluetooth“
aktivieren:
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Bluetooth-Einstellung
auf „Aktiviert“ steht.
Schritt 4:
Starten Sie nun den Paarungs-Modus mit Hilfe des
dafür vorgesehenen Buttons auf der Rückseite der
Tastatur (neben dem Power-Button). Halten Sie
den Paarungs-Button solange gedrückt, bis die
eingebaute blaue LED auf der F12-Taste blinkt.
Aktivieren Sie nun das „Bluetooth-Keyboard“ mit
Ihrem iPad.

Schritt 5:
Das iPad verlangt im letzten Schritt nach dem
Verbindungs-Code.
Tippen Sie die Kombination, die Ihr iPad vorgibt,
mithilfe der Bluetooth-Tastatur ein und bestätigen
Sie diese Eingabe mit der Enter-/Return-Taste.
Ihre neue Hama-Bluetooth-Tastatur verfügt
außerdem über folgende spezifische iPad-
Funktions-Tasten:
* Diese Tasten funktionieren bis einschließlich IOS6.
Automatische Inaktivität nach 1 Minute
Sollte sich das Keyboard nach 1 Minute Inaktivität
automatisch trennen, drücken Sie eine beliebige
Taste auf dem Keyboard - und die Verbindung ist
wieder hergestellt.
3. Sicherheitsinformationen
• Setzen Sie das Keyboard niemals Flüssigkeiten,
Nässe, Feuchtigkeit oder Regen aus, da es nicht
wasserfest ist.
• Bewahren Sie das Keyboard nicht in der Nähe
eines Waschbeckens oder anderer nasser Orte auf.
• Belassen Sie das Keyboard nicht über einen
längeren Zeitraum in direktem Sonnenlicht.
•Setzen Sie das Keyboard keinen extrem hohen oder
niedrigen Temperaturen aus.
• Beachten Sie alle Zeichen und Anzeigen,
die es verlangen, ein elektrisches Gerät oder
RF- Radioprodukt in bestimmten Gebieten
abzuschalten. Diese könnten Krankenhäuser,
Sprengzonen und potenziell explosive
Atmosphären sein.
4. Pflege und Wartung
• Entsorgen Sie das Keyboard gemäß örtlicher
Regelungen. Entsorgen Sie es nicht als Hausmüll.
•Bringen Sie das Keyboard nicht in Kont akt mit
scharfkantigen Gegenständen, da dies Kratzer und
Beschädigungen bewirken kann.
•Versuchen Sie nicht, das Keyboard auseinander zu
bauen, da es keine reparierbaren Bauteile enthält.
•Wenn Sie das Keyboard für einen längeren
Zeitraum nicht verwenden möchten,
bewahren Sie es bitte an einem trockenen Platz
auf, der keinen extremen Temperaturen ausgesetzt
und staubfrei ist.

Clavier Bluetooth iPad avec technologie
Bluetooth® sans fil
Nous vous remercions d‘avoir choisi un produit
Hama. Veuillez lire le présent mode d‘emploi avant la
mise en service du produit.
Face arrière du clavier :
1. Mise en service du clavier :
Insérez les piles fournies dans le compartiment
des piles situé sur la face arrière du clavier. Votre
nouveau clavier est prêt à l’emploi.
2. Couplage du clavier :
Etape 1 :
Assurez-vous que votre iPad est bien sous tension.
Etape 2 :
Mettez votre clavier sous tension en plaçant
l‘interrupteur Power de la face arrière sur « ON ».
Etape 3 :
Activez la fonction Bluetooth sur votre iPad.
Ouvrez les paramètres à l‘aide du symbole suivant :
Activez la fonction Bluetooth sur votre iPad
en sélectionnant « Général » et en activant
« Bluetooth » :
Assurez-vous que le paramètre Bluetooth est bien
réglé sur « Activé ».
Etape 4 :
Lancez le mode de couplage à l‘aide de la touche
prévue à cet effet situé sur la face arrière du clavier
(sur la droite (à côté de la touche Power). Appuyez
sur la touche de couplage jusqu‘à ce que la LED
bleue de la touche F12 se mette à clignoter.
Activez « Clavier Bluetooth » sur votre iPad.

Etape 5 :
Votre iPad exige encore un code de connexion.
Tapez la combinaison apparaissant sur votre iPad à
l‘aide de votre clavier Bluetooth et conrmez votre
saisie à l‘aide de la touche entrée/retour.
Votre nouveau clavier Bluetooth de Hama
dispose également des touches spécifiques
pour les fonctions iPad :
* Ces touches fonctionnent jusqu‘à IOS6 inclus.
Déconnexion automatique après une minute
En cas de déconnexion automatique du clavier après
une minute d‘inactivité, appuyez sur n‘importe quelle
touche an de rétablir la connexion.
3. Informations de sécurité
•LeKeyboard n‘étant pas étanche, évitez tout
contact avec l‘humidité, les liquides ou la pluie.
• Ne conservez pas le Keyboard à proximité d‘un
lavabo ou de tout autre endroit humide.
• Le Keyboard ne doit pas être exposé de manière
prolongée aux rayons du soleil.
• N‘exposez pas le Keyboard à des tempéra tures
extrêmement basses ou élevées.
•Tenez compte de tous les signes et a chages
indiquant la nécessité de désactiver un appareil
électrique ou un produit radio RF dans certains
lieux. Il peut s‘agir d‘hôpitaux, de zones explosives
et d‘atmosphères potentiellement explosives.
4. Nettoyage et entretien
•Eliminez le clavier usagé en respectant la
réglementation locale. Ne le jetez pas dans les
ordures ménagères.
• Evitez tout contact entre le Keyboard et les objets
tranchants car cela pourrait être à l‘origine de
dommages ou de rayures.
•N‘essayez pas de démonter le Keyboard, ce dernier
ne contient aucun composant réparable.
• Si vous ne souhaitez pas utiliser votre Keyboard
pendant une période prolongée, conservez-le dans
un endroit sec, propre et à température ambiante.

Tastiera Bluetooth iPad Con tecnologia
Bluetooth® Wireless
Grazie per aver scelto di acquistare un prodotto
Hama. Prima della messa in funzione del prodotto,
leggere attentamente le presenti Istruzioni per l’uso.
Retro della tastiera:
1. Messa in esercizio della tastiera:
Inserire le batterie in dotazione sul retro,
nell‘apposito vano. La tastiera è pronta per l’utilizzo.
2. Accoppiamento della tastiera:
Passo 1:
Accertarsi che l’iPad sia inserito.
Passo 2:
Accendere la tastiera mediante portando
l’interruttore Power sul retro in posizione ON.
Passo 3:
Attivare nell’iPad la funzione Bluetooth.
Aprire le impostazioni mediante il seguente simbolo:
Attivare nell’iPad la funzione Bluetooth, selezionando
“Generali” e dopo attivare “Bluetooth”.
Accertarsi che l’impostazione Bluetooth sia su
“Attivato”.
Passo 4:
Avviare il pairing mediante il pulsante corrispondente
sul retro della tastiera (vicino all‘interruttore Power).
Tenere premuto il pulsante di pairing nché non
lampeggia il LED blu integrato nel tasto F12.
Attivare adesso la „Bluetooth-Keyboard“ con l’iPad.

Passo 5:
Nell’ultimo passo l’iPad richiede il codice di
collegamento.
Digitare la combinazione prestabilita dall’iPad
usando la tastiera Bluetooth e confermare questa
immissione con il tasto Enter/Return.
La tastiera Bluetooth Hama è dotata, tra
l’altro, dei tasti delle funzioni specifiche
dell’iPad.
* Questi tasti funzionano no a IOS6 incluso.
Inattività automatica dopo 1 minuto
Se la tastiera si disattivasse automaticamente dopo
un minuto di inattività, premere un tasto qualsiasi e
ripristinare il collegamento.
3. Informazioni sulla sicurezza
• Non sottoporre mai il Keyboard a sostanza liquide
o condizioni di umidità in quanto non è resistente
all’acqua.
• Non riporre il Keyboard nelle vicinanze di un
lavandino o di un qualsiasi luogo bagnato.
•Non lasciare il Keyboard esposto alla luce solare
diretta per un lungo periodo.
• Non esporre l‘apparecchio a temperature troppo
elevate o troppo basse.
• Rispettare tutte le targhe o cartelli informativi che
richiedono lo spegnimento di apparecchi elettrici
o prodotti in radio frequenza in determinate aree.
Per esempio, ospedali, aree a rischio di esplosione
ed atmosfere potenzialmente esplosive.
4. Cura e manutenzione
•Smaltire la tastiera secondo le normative vigenti.
Non smaltirla come comune riuto domestico.
•Non avvicinare il Keyboard ad oggetti appuntiti
poiché potrebbe graarsi e
danneggiarsi.
•Non cercare di smontare il Keyboard in quando
non contiene parti riparabili.
• Se non utilizza il Keyboard per un lungo periodo,
riporlo in un ambiente asciutto non soggetto a
temperature estreme ed a polvere.
