General safetysummary

nUse ProperPowerCord. Usethe powercordauthorizedinyourcountry
only.
nCorrectlyPluginandPull out. When theprobesorthe testleadsare
connecting tothe voltage source,pleasedonot plug inorpullout.
nGroundtheproduct. Thisproductisgroundedthrough the grounding
conductorof thepowercord.Toavoidelectricshocks, the grounding
conductorsmust be groundedproperlybeforemaking connectionstothe
input oroutputterminalsof the instrument.
nCorrectlyconnectprobe. The probes groundterminalsareat thesame
voltage levelof the productground. Donot connect the ground terminalstoa
highvoltage.
nCheck theratingsofall terminals. Toavoidfireorshock hazard, check all
ratingsandmarks on the product. Followthe user sguidefordetailed rating
information beforemaking connectionstothe product.
nDonotoperatetheproductwhenthecase orpanel isremoved.
nAvoidCircuitExposure. Donot touchexposed connectionsand

DDS-3X25 ArbitraryWaveformGeneratorhasone channelof arbitrarywaveform
output, 12Bitsoutput, synchronized signaloutputs, 1channelsof

Usercan editthe waveformarbitrarilybythe mouseorchoosethe regular
waveformssuchasSine, Square,Tri-angle, Saw-tooth, TTL,WhiteNoise,Gauss
Noise,Trapeze, Exponent, AMand FM.The parameters, suchasamplitude,
frequencyand offset, arealsosettable.Thedataformat of DDS-3X25 is
completelycompatiblewiththatof Tektronix; itcan directlyread the waveform
datafilesproducedbytheTektronixoscilloscope orTektronixwaveformeditor
softwareand redisplaythewaveform. DDS-3X25 adoptstheDDStechnologyso

Installing Software
1.WhileinWindows, insertthe installation CD intothe CD-ROMdrive.
2.The installationshouldstart up automatically. OtherwiseinWindowsExplorer,
switchtothe CD-ROMdriveand run "Setup.exe".
3.The DDS-3X25 Installation isstarted. Click 'Next'tocontinue.
4.Chooseadestination directory. Click 'Next'tocontinue.

5.Check the setup information. ClickNext tostart copying of files.
6.ThisStatusdialogisdisplayedduringcopyingof files.

You can change thewaveformparametersuchasfrequency,amplitude,YOffset,
orphase.
