SPECIFICATIONS
SAVE THIS MANUAL
You will need the manual for the safety warnings and precautions, assembly
instructions, operating and maintenance procedures, parts list and diagram. Keep
your invoice with this manual. Write the invoice number on the inside of the front
cover. Keep the manual and invoice in a safe and dry place for future reference.
SAFETY WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
1. KEEP PRODUCT USAGE AREA CLEAN. Cluttered areas invite injuries. Place
product on flat, level surface such as carpet or grass for assembling.
2. THIS PRODUCT SHOULD BE ASSEMBLED BY AN ADULT. Keep children
away from assembly area until product is fully assembled. Do not let children
ride until all hardware in this product is fully in its designated place and tightened.
3. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ASSEMBLE THIS PRODUCT IF UNDER THE INFLU-
ENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS. Read warning labels on prescriptions to
determine if your judgement or reflexes are impaired while taking drugs. If there is
any doubt, do not attempt to assemble this product.
4. USE EYE PROTECTION. Wear ANSI approved safety impact goggles. Goggles
are available from Harbor Freight Tools.
5. PERIODICALLY CHECK. Check Bolts and Nuts periodically to be sure hardware
has not loosened.
6. STAY ALERT. Watch what you are doing at all times. Use common sense. Do not
assemble this product when you are tired or distracted from the job at hand.
7. CHECK FOR DAMAGED PARTS. Before using this product, carefully check that it
will operate properly and perform its intended function. Check for damaged parts
and any other conditions that may affect its operation. Replace or repair damaged
or worn parts immediately.

8. REPLACEMENT PARTS AND ACCESSORIES. When servicing, use only identical
replacement parts. Only use accessories intended for use with this product.
Approved accessories are available from Harbor Freight Tools.
9. THIS PRODUCT IS MANUFACTURED OF TUBULAR STEEL. Do not force any part
of the assembly and do not overtighten the bolts. Serious damage can occur. Do not
stand on Tricycle. Use only for intended purpose. Tricycle is not made for adults. Injury
could occur if Tricycle is overloaded. Use caution!
RECOMMENDED AGE APPROPRIATE USE is 3–7 year old children. Weight range,
30 to 70 lbs. Maximum weight capacity for Tricycle is 70 lbs.

10. AVOID ALLOWING TRICYCLE NEAR SWIMMING POOLS, STEPS, HILLS, ROADWAYS
or on wet slippery or rough terrain. Children should ride it on private property only.
11. THIS TRICYCLE IS NOT EQUIPPED WITH A BRAKING DEVICE.
12. KEEP SMALL PARTS, HARDWARE AND PLASTIC BAGS out of the reach of children.
13. FOR SINGLE PASSENGER ONLY. A second child could cause the Tricycle to tip over.
Never leave the rider unattended. Parental supervision is advised at all times.
14. CHILDREN SHOULD ALWAYS WEAR SHOES WHEN RIDING THIS PRODUCT. Hands,
feet, fingers, clothing and foreign objects should not be near moving parts while the unit is
being operated.
15. AVOID RIDING TRICYCLE AT DUSK OR AFTER DARK.
16. CHILDREN SHOULD ALWAYS WEAR A PROTECTIVE HELMET.
UNPACKING
When unpacking, check to make sure all parts shown on the Parts List (page 5) are
included. If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the
number shown on the cover of this manual as soon as possible.

TRICYCLE ASSEMBLY
1. Insert front (Head Tube) of the Frame Assembly (#1) into the space of Fork Crown (#7)
from the side (left or right). Go around the center stud and pull it back to fit the stud into
the opening in the back. See Figure B.

By following the few steps below, the Tricycle can be quickly and easily assembled.

2. Tighten the Frame Assembly (#1) with Bolt (#20). Center the assembly to insert Bolt (#20).
See Figure A and B.
3. Handlebar (#10) needs to be secured into the Front Assembly with the Stem Cap (#11)
with4 Bolts (#21). Tighten each Bolt 1/2 turn past snug. Adjust Handlebar (#10) to proper
angle and tighten each bolt completely making sure the torque is even.
4. Lubricate all moving metal parts that come in contact with other metal parts. Use a light
weight all-purpose oil. Do not oil plastic or nylon parts.
5. The tires are Pneumatic (air inflated) tires. After much riding or storage through winter,
inflate tires to tire pressure written on the side of the tires. First fill the tires to 1/2 the
recommended pressure, then check the alignment of the tire to see if it is seated
correctly. Fill the tires to full recommended pressure when you establish that they are
seated correctly.
