PRODUCTFEATURES
1. This cart provides a convenient, movable storage and work unit for pressure washers, air
compressors, tool chests and other items.
2. Hold up to 300 Lbs. recommended weight limit. Do not exceed this weight capacity.
3. Strong steel construction promises long service life.
4. Sturdy pneumatic wheels are inflatable, and have built in brass grease ports.
5. Built in hooks and tool hangers simplify storing and using pressure washer wand, hoses and
other tools.

SPECIALWARNINGSWHEN USINGTHIS PRESSUREWASHER CART
1. Wearappropriateworkgloves andsafetyshoeswhenhandling thiscartandheavy items.
2. Be careful whenhandlingpressurewashers,air compressors, orothertools.Eachof these
presenttheir ownhazards.Check withthemanufacturer’swarningsandinstructionswhen
usingthesetoolsandmaterials.
3. Keep the weightloadevenlybalancedonthecart. Excessively heavy loads onthetoporone
sideofthe cartmaycreateunstability,with dangerofthecarttoppling overandpossibly
injuringapersonorcausingproperty damage.
4. Do notusesolventsor flammablematerialstocleanthiscart.A milddetergentinwater
willbesufficient.Solventsmaydamagethewheelsorthepaint;andpossiblycreatefirehazard.
5. Be careful toavoidburningyourself on the pressurewashercompressoror air compressor.

WARNING
Do not overload this cart, recommended weight limit is 300 Lbs.
Do not unbalance the weight load of materials carried on this cart.
When parking this cart, make sure it is on a stable, level surface to prevent rolling.
MAINTENANCE
1. Occasionally lubricatewheelbearings withafew dropsofoil.
2. Keep the tires inflated to the pressure shown onthesideofthetires(30psi).
3. Keep the cart wiped down andclean.Do not expose it to prolonged wetorcorrosive
conditions.
4. Cover the cart andstoreitinadry,protectedenvironment when not in use.

ASSEMBLY
You will need a small adjustable or several small wrenches and a screwdriver to complete assembly
of this Pressure Washer Cart.
1. Find a suitable assembly area, andarrangethepartsandtoolsrequiredtoassembletheCart.
2. Position one Lower Handle Part (#D) onto an inside edge of the rear of the Main Cart (#A)as
showninFigure1.
3. Insert (2) m8 x 40Bolts(#K)throughtheMainCartandtheLowerHandle from the outside
inward,asshown.Fasteninplaceusing(2)m8 FlatWashers (#M) anfd m8 Nuts (#L).
4. Repeat Step3toinstallthe remainingLowerHandlePart.
5. Slide one PneumaticWheel (#B) onto an axle as shown. Slide an m06FlatWasher (#P) onto
theaxle.SecuretheWheelontotheaxleusingaPushNut(#C).SecurethePushNutontothe
axlebytapping itontotheaxle withasoft facedmallet.Donot hammerexcessivelyonthe
pushnut.
6. Install the otherwheelbyrepeating Step 5.
7. If the RubberFeet(#G)arenot already installed, installthemusing(2)m8 x 26 Bolts(#N)
andm8LockNuts(#O).Insert a bolt through the recessed side of a rubber foot, then through
aholedrilledin the bracket welded totheundersideofthemaincart. Secure in place witha
locknut.Repeatthisprocessto install the second rubber foot.
8. Slide the MainHandlewithPlate(#E)over the swaged endsofthelowerhandleparts. Hold
inplacebyinsertingaCarriageBolt(#F)througheachhandlefromtheinsideout,asshownin
thediagram.Besure the square under-head portionofeachboltfitsinto the square holesof
thehandle.Placean m20 FlatWasher (#J) over the threaded end of each carriage bolt, and
securein placewiththe AluminumKnobs(#F).
