UPDATE FOR IMMEDIATE ACTION:
CHANGING TABLE
PLEASE REMOVE AND DISPOSE OF
THE TWO (2) STRAPS WITH ‘C’-CLIPS.
TOREMOVESTRAPSWITH‘C’-CLIPS:
1. Undo the snap fasteners on the changing
table fabric from the plastic side panels.
2. Press release button on each end of the
metal support bar that holds the straps
with ‘C’-clips in place.
3. With the plastic side panels detached, slide out the metal
support bar from the changing table fabric, and slide off the
straps with ‘C’-clips. The straps with ‘C’-clips will come off
together.

LES DEUX (2) SANGLES AVEC PINCES
EN «C».
POUR RETIRER LES SANGLES AVEC
PINCES EN «C» :
1. Détacher les boutons-pression du tissu de
la table à langer des panneaux latéraux en
plastique.
2. Appuyer sur le bouton de dégagement à
chaque extrémité de la barre de support
métallique qui maintient les sangles avec
pinces en «C» en place.
3. Après avoir détaché les panneaux latéraux en plastique, faites
glisser la barre de support métallique du tissu de la table à langer
et enlever les sangles avec pinces en «C». Les sangles avec pinces
en «C» s’enlèvent ensemble.

4. Slide metal support bar back through the
changing table fabric.Re-attach plastic side
panels to each end of the metal support bar
by aligning the release button on each end
of the metal support bar to the holes on the
plastic side panels and push into place until your hear a ‘click’.
a. Ensure metal support bar is locked into plastic panel by
gently pulling on it.
b. Re-attach the snap fasteners on the fabric to the plastic side
panels.
TO INSTALL CHANGING TABLE:
1. Place changing table on the top rails
of the playard ENSURING THAT IT IS
POSITIONED AT THE CENTER OF THE
PLAYARD AS SHOWN.
PLEASE REMEMBER...
!Remove this accessory when a child is in the playpen or
bassinet.
!SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Babies have suffocated while
sleeping on changing tables: changing table is NOT
designed for safe sleep.
!DO NOT put a child to sleep or leave a sleeping child in or
on this accessory.
!STRANGULATION HAZARD: Child can lift changing table
and get neck trapped between changing table and
playard frame. ALWAYS remove the changing table when
your child is in the playard.
!DO NOT use this accessory for a child who has reached
6.8 kg (15 lbs).
!This product is NOT intended to be used as a changing
table without this Harmony playard model. DO NOT use
on the floor, bed, counter or other surfaces.
!Use of the product without playard may result in death or
serious injury to your child from falling.
!ENSURE changing table is properly secured to playard
BEFORE EACH USE by holding the changing table plastic
side panels and pushing downwards.
!ALWAYS remove the changing table when child is in the
playard or bassinet.
!Use changing table with one (1) child at a time.
!NEVER place child in bassinet or playard if changing table
is attached.

4. Faitesglisserlabarredesupportmétallique
à travers le tissu de la table à langer. Réattacher
les panneaux latéraux en plastique à chaque
extrémité de la barre de support métallique en
alignant le bouton de dégagement de chaque
extrémité de la barre de support métallique
sur les trous des panneaux latéraux en plastique et pousser en
place jusqu’à ce que vous entendiez un «clic».
a. S’assurer que la barre de support métallique est bien bloqué
dans le panneau latéral en plastique en le tirant doucement.
b. Re-attacher les boutons-pression du tissu de la table à langer
aux panneaux latéraux en plastique de la table à langer.
POUR INSTALLER LA TABLE À LANGER :
1. Placer la table à langer sur les traverses
supérieures du parc EN S’ASSURANT
QU’ELLE EST POSITIONNÉE AU CENTRE
DU PARC COMME INDIQUÉ.
S’IL VOUS PLAÎT, N’OUBLIEZ PAS...
!Retirer cet accessoire si l’enfant occupe le parc pour enfant
ou lit d’enfant.
!RISQUE DE SUFFOCATION : Certains bébés ont suffoqué
pendant qu’ils dormaient sur une table à langer : les tables
à langer ne sont pas faites pour dormir en sécurité.
!NE PAS utiliser cet accessoire pour y faire dormir un enfant
ou l’y laisser dormir.
!RISQUE DE STRANGULATION : L’enfant qui est capable de
soulever la table à langer risque de se coincer le cou entre la
table à langer et le cadre du parc.TOUJOURS enlever la table
à langer quand votre enfant se trouve dans le parc.
!NE PAS utiliser cet accessoire si l’enfant a atteint 6,8 kg (15 lb).
!Ce produit N’EST PAS destiné à être utilisé comme table à
langer sans ce modèle de parc Harmony. NE PAS utiliser au
sol, sur le lit, sur le comptoir ou sur toute autre surface.
!L’utilisation de ce produit sans le parc peut entraîner la mort
ou des blessures graves causées par une chute de votre enfant.
!S’ASSURER que la table à langer est bien attachée au parc
AVANTCHAQUE UTILISATIONentenant les panneauxlatéraux
en plastique de la table à langer et en appuyant vers le bas.
!TOUJOURS enlever la table à langer lorsque l’enfant est dans
le parc ou le lit d’enfant.

table à langer y est fixée.
