1.Description:
GU301AgeneratorMANcontrollercanusethekey
switchon paneltoMANstartandstopGenset,
displaythe runningstatusofGensetbyLEDon
panel.Controllerhasbaseprotectfunction;make
sureengine willnot bedamaged duringrunning.
ControlleradoptsDIN72standardenclosure,all
connectionsareconnected bysliceshapeterminal,
easierand moreconvenienttoconnect, move,
maintainandreplacethedevice.
2.ControllerPanel:
TheKey switchhas three positions:
l“ ” stopposition: inthisposition, controllerclosesall controloutput.
l“ ” runningposition: inthisposition, the fuelrelayof controlleroutput isactive.
l“ ” start:hasautoreturnfunction,Man.rotateto “ ”,startrelaymakingoutput,enginestart, once
engine ignition running,free fromhand,keyswitchautoreturnto “ ”,startmotorpoweroff,
“ ”position iselectricinterlocked incontrollerinner,rotatingform “ ” to “ ”, one timeisactive.
lStop button “ ”:wheneverusethisbutton can stopengine.
Protection and LEDIndicator:

Fuel level LED: when LEDon,meansfuelleveltoo low, alarmbuzzersounds, engine will not stop.
l
ChargeFail LED: when the DC chargeron enginecan notnormalworking,LEDflash,alarmbuzzer
sounds,engine will not stop.
l
OverspeedLED: the lamp displayexternaloverspeed devicehasbeenenabled,inordertoenablethis
alarmneed externalsignal.Thisprotectionenablesadelaystopperiod, theaudibleandvisualalarmand
LEDhavebeen permanent enabled.
l
High TemperatureLED: when engine coolanttemprisestoreachthe condition ofengine T-sensor
switchon,LEDon.Thisprotection enablesadelaystopperiod,the audibleandvisualalarmand display
LEDhavebeen permanent enabled.
l
LowOil PressureLED: afterenginerunningandsafe-ontimeover,theoilpressureofrunningengine
reducedbyoil,whenpressurereducedtoengineP-sensorswitchon,LEDon.Thisprotectionenablesa
delaystopperiod,theaudibleandvisualalarmand displayLEDhavebeenpermanentenabled.

4.Performance
Thegeneralinformation ofthe internallogicalofGU301Acontrollerasfollowing:
1)When controlstart, rotatingkeyclockwise, an autoLamptest period, alarmand an internaldiagnose
begins, LEDindicatorkeepson. Iftheprotect functionsofATAand BPAareenabled,the LEDwillturn
on, but alarmwill not sound, turnkeyrightwillstart engine, protect controlstayat monitoringmode.
2)Engine start period is10s,duringthe period, thealarm ofATAand BPAarenot enabled, but the
protection ofoverspeed isenabled andthealternatorofbatterychargerisexcited bythe D+ terminal
ofconnector, theprotect functionsofATAand BPAareenabled after10s,excitationperiod isfinished.
3)Ifone ofprotect functionsofBPA,ATAandoroverspeed isenabled, itsLEDwill turnon andsendout
alarm, and then beginsstopperiod for30s.
4)IfGU301Acontrolleralreadyconnectedtopowersource, but engine still can not successfullystart
after30s, controlwill enterintomonitoringmode tofind out possiblefailure.
