Y-axis assembly
1. Y axis motor section：
Find the belowing parts bag, Y-axis motor
Assembled parts are separated as shown below, note that the motor between the Y-axis motor bracket with
a nylon pad to use
Installed after the negative with a positive picture, note the Y-axis limit switch open

2.Y shaft portion of the belt tension
Find the belowing parts
Installed after the following chart, note that through the bearings do not tighten the screws, allow enough
space for the bearing rotation

3.Y axis rack assembly
Find the belowing parts
Axis rails 395mm * 2, screw 415mm * 2, screw 310mm * 2, screw 205mm * 3, * 4 linear bearings
First rail assembly with the direction as shown

The figure axis is 395mm to 415mm screw

4.Heating plate mounting
Find out the following diagram parts

Install the belt holder in accordance with the following diagram

Installation of heating plate
Note that the line toward the direction of the heating plate where the motor, spring screws installed in the
figure.
Installed after the Y-axis linear bearings card in care of the heating plate acrylic slot, tied with cable ties, as
shown below

X-axis assembly
Find out the parts shown below

Backlash spring mounting method
M5 nuts into the bottom of the tank, hand stand up, then M5 screw through the top nut, pressed into the
spring and then through the bottom of some nut. Note that spring is not too tight, properly press down into
the hole where he first entered the screw nut can. The following figure pressed into position and then
tighten the screw through the nut below.

Extruder assembly

Specific steps below
First aluminum block is fixed to the motor, note pad aluminum cylinder to a flat pad M3
Install gears, bearings, the pressure arm spring wire, as shown after the completion.

As shown fixed to the U-shaped mounting bracket, pipes pass through the extruder M6 holes and
U-backplane connection, note the direction of the pipe, which can be seen inside the end of the PTFE lined
pipe.
