Thank you for purchasing the Deluxe Ergo Comfort Rest™by HealthMate Products™. With
normal care and proper treatment, it will provide years of reliable service. Please read all
operating instructions carefully before use.
IMPORTANT−READ ALL DIRECTIONS BEFORE USING
• This appliance is designed for personal, non-professional use only.
• DO NOT use this product as a substitute for medical attention.
• Failure to unplug the unit while the vehicle is off may deplete your vehicle’s battery.
sNOT SUITABLE FOR PERSONS WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
• DO NOT use on an infant.
• DO NOT use on a disabled, sleeping, or unconscious person.
• This product should NEVER be used by any individual suffering from any physical
ailment that would limit the user’s capacity to operate the controls or who has sensory
deficiencies in the lower half of their body.
• DO NOT use on insensitive skin or on a person with poor blood circulation.
• NEVER use this product directly on swollen or inflamed areas or skin lesions.
• Individuals with pacemakers should consult a doctor before use.
• If you have any concerns regarding your health, consult your doctor before using
this product.
OPERATION
WARNINGS
• Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near children or
disabled persons.
• NEVER use while sleeping or fall asleep while using the product.
• DO NOT operate under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and cause fire,
electrocution, or injury to persons.
• If excessive heating should occur, discontinue use and allow the unit to cool before
operating. Extensive use could lead to the product’s excessive heating and shorten the
product’s life.
• DO NOT use this product for more than 20 minutes at a time.
• NEVER use pins or other metallic fasteners with this appliance.
• The unit should NEVER be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug the power cord
from the electrical outlet or vehicle cigarette lighter socket immediately after using.
• Keep dry—DO NOT operate in a wet, moist environment, or around water.
• DO NOT reach for an appliance that has fallen into water. Unplug it immediately.

• DO NOT operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is
being administered.
• Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual.
NOTE: This cushion has been built with an internal pressure-sensitive safety switch. After
plugging the DC cord into a power source, you will need to sit on the cushion in order to
activate the heating elements.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
1. Always unplug the unit before cleaning and allow it to cool.
2. Wipe with a soft cloth. DO NOT use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh detergents.
Never submerge the unit in any liquid.
3. Place massager in a safe, dry, and cool place. Avoid contact with sharp edges or
pointed objects which might cut or puncture the surface.
WARNINGS
• DO NOT insert or probe with any object into any opening.
• NEVER operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug.
• To avoid damaging internal components, DO NOT wrap the power cord around the unit
or place heavy objects on any part of the unit that my crush its mechenisms.
• Keep cord away from heated surfaces.

WAGAN Corp. Limited Warranty
The WAGAN Corporation warranty is limited to products sold only in
the United States.
Warranty Duration:
Product is warranted to the original purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the
original purchase date, to be free of defects in material and workmanship. WAGAN
Corporation disclaims any liability for consequential damages. In no event will
WAGAN Corporation be responsible for any amount of damages beyond the amount
paid for the product at retail.
Warranty Performance:
During the warranty period, a product with a defect will be replaced with a
comparable model when the product is returned to WAGAN Corporation with an
original store receipt. WAGAN Corporation will, at its discretion, replace or repair
the defective part. The replacement product will be warranted for the balance of the
original warranty period. This warranty does not extend to any units which have been
used in violation of written instructions furnished.
Warranty Disclaimers:
This warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied and no representative
or person is authorized to assume any other liability in connection with the sale of our
products. There shall be no claims for defects or failure of performance or product
failure under any theory of tort, contract or commercial law including,but not limited
to negligence, gross negligence, strict liability, breach of warranty, and breach of
contract.
Returns:
WAGAN Corporation is not responsible for any item(s) returned without an official
Return Authorization number (RA#). Please contact our customer service team by
phone or email to obtain an RA#. You can also visit our website and chat with our team
during our normal business hours. For more details and instructions on how to process
a warranty claim, please read the “Returns” section under the “Contact” page on our
website. WAGAN Corporation is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred in
returning the item(s) back to the company for repair or replacement.
