1.5 Configuringthe liftermechanics
Proper configurationofthetorchlifterisan importantfactor for
establishingthe accuracyofyour cuttingsystem.Be surethat:
Gear reduction isselected on thetorchliftersothatthe
maximumsuspension speed doesnotexceed 2000mm/min (120
IPM).Ifhigheraccuracyisrequired,maximumsuspension speed
shouldbesetto1500 mm/min(60IPM).

2.5 Aboutwire
The wire ofthedivide arc voltageboardtothe mainboardmust
be connectbythe twocore shieldedwire, whichis separated from
the arc startingswitchsignal.The plasmasourceandthetorch
heightcontroller mustbestrictlygrounded.
The installationpositionofthe divide voltageboardandthe
connection wire should be farawayfromthe plasmahigh frequency
circuit,and theinput andoutput wire should beseparatewire.
For someplasmasource,there isno arcvoltage output.The arc
votage mustbetaken from the positionbefore thehighfrequency
circuit.
The LEDinthe manual modeldisplaythe set arcvoltage (have
negativesign),Inautomodel displaythe actualarcvoltage (no
negativesign).
Whenthewire of LEDisverylong,mustusetheshieldedwire
connection.Otherwiseitmaycauseabnormal ordamagedthe
controller.
