U ist voll anbau- un anschlusskompatibel zum QAN 3 U / QAN 3 US.
Aus Sicherheitsgrün en empfiehlt HEIDENHAIN vor em Beginn er Arbeiten ein Backup
er Steuerungs aten urchzuführen.

Erforderliche Einstellungen in der HEIDENHAIN-Steuerung:
Nach em Einbau es QAN 200 U sin noch auerhafte Än erungen in er Maschinenparameter-
Liste un ggfs. Einträge in er Motor-Tabelle er HEIDENHAIN-Steuerung notwen ig.
1. Drücken Sie en NOT-AUS-Taster!
2. Schalten Sie en Hauptschalter er Maschine ein.
3. Mel ung "Strom-Unterbrechung" an er Steuerung NICHT quittieren!
4. Rufen Sie ie Maschinenparameter-Liste auf.
5. Rufen Sie ie Motor-Tabelle er HEIDENHAIN-Steuerung auf.
Wählen Sie en Motor anhan er unten stehen en Tabelle aus un weisen Sie iesen im
Maschinenparameter "Typ es Motors" (bei iTNC 530: MP 2200.x) er Hauptspin el zu, bei
er Sie en Motor getauscht haben.
Informationen hierzu fin en Sie im Technischen Han buch er jeweiligen HEIDENHAIN-Steuerung!

neuen Eintrag in er bestehen en Motor-Tabelle vor. Tragen Sie azu ie technischen
Daten in er Motor-Tabelle ein.
Anmerkung:
Der neue Spin elmotor QAN-200U-9000 bzw. QAN-200U-10000 arbeitet mit en
selben elektrischen Eigenschaften (z. B. Maximal rehzahl) an Ihrer Maschine wie er
entsprechen e QAN-3U / QAN-3US, wenn Sie ie Einstellungen an der HEIDENHAIN-
Steuerung vorgenommen haben.
6. Besitzt Ihre Hauptspin el kein separates Lagemessgerät, muss ie Strichzahl es Lagemess-
gerätes er Hauptspin el in en Maschinenparametern von 2048 auf 1024 geän ert wer en.
Lesen Sie hierzu ie Beschreibung im Technischen Han buch Ihrer HEIDENHAIN-Steuerung!
7. Verlassen Sie ie Maschinenparameter-Liste.
8. Schalten Sie ie Maschine komplett ein.
9. Kontrollieren Sie ie 0-Gra -Stellung Ihrer Hauptspin el un passen Sie iese ggf. an.
10. Legen Sie nach Abschluss er Arbeiten ein Backup er Steuerungs aten mit en geän erten
Einträgen in er Maschinenparameter-Liste bzw. Motor-Tabelle an.

Prüfungen nach dem Einbau des neuen Motors QAN 200 U
Gemäß DIN VDE 0113 Teil 1 / EN 60204-1 müssen nach em Austausch einer Komponente
folgen e Prüfungen urchgeführt wer en:
1. Überprüfen Sie, ob ie elektrische Ausrüstung mit er technischen Dokumentation übereinstimmt.
2. Prüfen Sie, ob eine urchgehen e Verbin ung es Schutzleitersystems besteht.
3. Führen Sie eine Funktionsprüfung urch.

you start working.

Settings required in the HEIDENHAIN control:
After mounting the QAN 200 U, permanent changes to the machine parameter list an possibly entries
in the motor table of the HEIDENHAIN control are require .
1. Press the EMERGENCY STOP button!
2. Switch on the main switch of the machine.
3. Do NOT confirm the "Power interrupte " message at the control!
4. Call the machine parameter list.
5. Call the motor table of the HEIDENHAIN control.
Select the motor accor ing to the table below an , in the machine parameter "Type of motor"
(iTNC 530: MP 2200.x), assign it to the spin le the motor of which you have replace .

If the new motor is not liste in the motor table, either loa the current motor table into
the control or a the motor to the exisiting motor table. For this purpose, enter the
specifications in the motor table.
Note:
The new spin le motor QAN-200U-9000 or QAN-200U-10000 works with the
same electrical properties (e.g. maximum spee ) at your machine as the correspon ing
QAN-3U / QAN-3US, provi e that you have ma e the stettings at the HEIDENHAIN
control.
6. If your main spin le oes not feature a separate position enco er, the line count of the spin le
position enco er must be change from 2048 to 1024 in the machine parameters.
Please refer to the escription in the Technical Manual of your HEIDENHAIN control!
7. Close the machine parameter list.
8. Switch on the machine.
9. Check the 0 eg. position of the main spin le an a just it, if require .
10. When you have finishe your work, create a backup of the control ata with the change entries
in the machine parameter list an the motor table.
