Achtung!
Der Austausch ist von einer Elektrofachkraft unter Beachtung der örtlichen Sicherheits-
vorschriften vorzunehmen.
Die Steck-, Klemm- und Schraubverbindungen dürfen nur spannungsfrei verbunden oder
gelöst werden.
Anbaukompatibilität:
Der QSY 155
D ist oll anbaukompatibel.
Aus Sicherheitsgründen empfiehlt HEIDENHAIN vor dem Beginn der Arbeiten ein Backup
der Steuerungsdaten durchzuführen.
Informationen hierzu finden Sie im Service-Handbuch der jeweiligen HEIDENHAIN-
Steuerung.
Anschlusskompatibilität:
Am Leistungskabel muss der Leistungsstecker (ID 333090-02, im Lieferumfang enthalten) motor-
seitig von Indramat auf HEIDENHAIN umgebaut werden.
Alternativ kann auch ein neues HEIDENHAIN-Leistungskabel ID 352963-xx verwendet werden.
Einbau des neuen Motors:
1. Schalten Sie den Hauptschalter der Maschine aus und sichern Sie diesen gegen Wiedereinschalten.
2. Prüfen Sie die Spannungsfreiheit.
3. Lösen Sie alle elektrischen Steckverbindungen am defekten Motor und bauen Sie den Motor aus.
4. Bauen Sie den neuen Motor ein.
5. Bauen Sie den Leistungsstecker am Leistungskabel motorseitig von Indramat auf HEIDENHAIN
um oder verwenden Sie ein neues HEIDENHAIN-Leistungskabel.
6. Stellen Sie wieder alle elektrischen Steckverbindungen her.

Erforderliche Einstellungen in der HEIDENHAIN-Steuerung:
Nach dem Einbau des QSY 155 D sind noch dauerhafte Änderungen in der Maschinen-
parameter-Liste und ggfs. Einträge in der Motor-Tabelle der HEIDENHAIN-Steuerung notwendig.
1. Drücken Sie den Not-Halt-Taster!
2. Schalten Sie den Hauptschalter der Maschine ein.
3. Meldung "Strom-Unterbrechung" an der Steuerung NICHT quittieren!
4. Rufen Sie die Maschinenparameter-Liste auf.
5. Rufen Sie die Motor-Tabelle der HEIDENHAIN-Steuerung auf.
Wählen Sie den Motor anhand der unten stehenden Tabelle aus und weisen Sie diesen im
Maschinenparameter "T p des Motors" (MP 2200.x) der Achse zu, bei der Sie den Motor getauscht
haben.

Bei Fragen wenden Sie sich bitte an den Maschinenhersteller oder an HEIDENHAIN.

Ist der Eintrag des neuen Motors in der Motor-Tabelle nicht vorhanden, so laden
Sie entweder die aktuelle Motor-Tabelle auf die Steuerung oder nehmen Sie einen
neuen Eintrag in der bestehenden Motor-Tabelle vor. Tragen Sie dazu die technischen
Daten in der Motor-Tabelle ein.
6. Anpassung der Maschinenparameter für den Stromregler:
Tragen Sie die alten Werte aus der Maschinenparameter-Liste in die untere Tabelle ein.
Tragen Sie die neuen Werte in den Maschinenparameter der Achse ein, bei der Sie den Motor
getauscht haben.

9. Überprüfen der Maschinenparameter für den Drehzahlregler:
Aufgrund der geänderten Massenträgheit des neuen Motors kann es notwendig sein, den
Drehzahlregler neu zu optimieren.
Gehen Sie hierzu wie folgt vor:

Prüfungen nach dem Einbau des neuen Motors QSY 155 D
Gemäß DIN VDE 0113 Teil 1 / EN 60204-1 müssen nach dem Austausch einer Komponente
folgende Prüfungen durchgeführt werden:
1. Überprüfen Sie, ob die elektrische Ausrüstung mit der technischen Dokumentation übereinstimmt.
2. Prüfen Sie, ob eine durchgehende Verbindung des Schutzleiters stems besteht.
3. Führen Sie eine Funktionsprüfung durch.

Caution!
The replacement is to be conducted b a specialist in electrical equipment under
compliance with the local safet regulations.
The plug, clamp and screw connections ma onl be engaged or disengaged
if the unit is free of potential.
For safet reasons, HEIDENHAIN recommends to perform a backup of the control data before
ou start working.
For information please refer to the Service Manual of the respective HEIDENHAIN control.
Mounting compatibility:
The QSY 155
D is fully compatible in its mounting dimensions.
Connection compatibility:
The power connector (ID 333090-02, included in deliver ) on the power cable on the motor side must
be modified from Indramat to HEIDENHAIN.
As an alternative, ou can also use a new HEIDENHAIN power cable ID 352963-xx.
Integrating the new motor:
1. Switch off the main switch of the machine and secure it against switching on again.
2. Ensure that the equipment is free of potential.
3. Disconnect all electric connections on the defective motor and remove the motor.
4. Integrate the new motor.
5. Modif the power connector on the power cable on the motor side from Indramat to
HEIDENHAIN or use a new HEIDENHAIN power cable.
6. Reconnect all electric connections.

Settings required in the HEIDENHAIN control:
After mounting the QSY 155 D, permanent changes to the machine parameter list and possibl
entries in the motor table of the HEIDENHAIN control are required.
1. Press the EMERGENCY STOP button!
2. Switch on the main switch of the machine.
3. Do NOT confirm the "Power interrupted" message at the control!
4. Call the machine parameter list.
5. Call the motor table of the HEIDENHAIN control.
Select the motor according to the table below and, in the machine parameter "T pe of motor"
(MP 2200.x), assign it to the axis of which ou have replaced the motor.

HEIDENHAIN control.

If the new motor is not listed in the motor table, either load the current motor table into
the control or add the motor to the exisiting motor table. For this purpose, enter the
specifications in the motor table.

6. Adaptation of the machine parameters for the current controller:
Enter the old values of the machine parameter list in the table below.
Enter the new values in the machine parameter of the axis on which ou have replaced the motor.

Note!
File the replacing instructions in the technical documentation of the machine
and record the changes!
Tests after mounting the new QSY 155 D motor
According to DIN VDE 0113, part 1 / EN 60204-1 the following must be checked after a
component has been exchanged:
1. Check whether the electrical equipment corresponds to the technical documentation.
2. Check whether the connections of the grounding conductor s stem are continuous.
3. Perform a functional test.
