The replacement is to be conducted b a specialist in electrical equipment under
compliance with the local safet regulations.
The plug, clamp and screw connections ma onl be engaged or disengaged
if the unit is free of potential.
For safet reasons, HEIDENHAIN recommends to perform a backup of the control data before
ou start working.
For information please refer to the Service Manual of the respective HEIDENHAIN control.
Mounting compatibility:
The QSY 155
D is fully compatible in its mounting dimensions.
Connection compatibility:
The power connector (ID 333090-02, included in deliver ) on the power cable on the motor side must
be modified from Indramat to HEIDENHAIN.
As an alternative, ou can also use a new HEIDENHAIN power cable ID 352963-xx.
Integrating the new motor:
1. Switch off the main switch of the machine and secure it against switching on again.
2. Ensure that the equipment is free of potential.
3. Disconnect all electric connections on the defective motor and remove the motor.
4. Integrate the new motor.
5. Modif the power connector on the power cable on the motor side from Indramat to
HEIDENHAIN or use a new HEIDENHAIN power cable.
6. Reconnect all electric connections.
