Achtung!
Der Austausch ist von einer Elektrofachkraft unter Beachtung der örtlichen Sicherheits-
vorschriften vorzuneh en.
Die Steck-, Kle - und Schraubverbindungen dürfen nur spannungsfrei verbunden oder
gelöst werden.
Anbaukompatibilität:
Der neue QAN 260
L ist voll anbauko patibel.
Aus Sicherheitsgründen e pfiehlt HEIDENHAIN vor de Beginn der Arbeiten ein Backup
der Steuerungsdaten durchzuführen.
Infor ationen hierzu finden Sie i Service-Handbuch der jeweiligen HEIDENHAIN-
Steuerung.
Anschlusskompatibilität:
Der Anschluss des Leistungskabels erfolgt bei neuen QAN 260
L über einen Kle kasten.
Bauen Sie das bestehende Leistungskabel auf Anschluss Kle kasten u oder verwenden Sie als
Altenative das Leistungskabel ID 348949-07.
Einbau des neuen Motors:
1. Schalten Sie den Hauptschalter der Maschine aus und sichern Sie diesen gegen Wiedereinschalten.
2. Prüfen Sie die Spannungsfreiheit.
3. Lösen Sie alle elektrischen Steckverbindungen a defekten Motor und bauen Sie den Motor aus.
4. Bauen Sie den neuen Motor ein.
5. Bauen Sie das bestehende Leistungskabel auf Anschluss Kle kasten u oder verwenden Sie
als Alternative das Leistungskabel ID 348949-07.
6. Stellen Sie wieder alle elektrischen Steckverbindungen her.

Erforderliche Einstellungen in der HEIDENHAIN-Steuerung:
Nach de Einbau des QAN 260 L sind noch dauerhafte Änderungen in der Maschinen-
para eter-Liste und ggfs. Einträge in der Motor-Tabelle der HEIDENHAIN-Steuerung notwendig.
1. Drücken Sie den Not-Halt-Taster!
2. Schalten Sie den Hauptschalter der Maschine ein.
3. Meldung "Stro -Unterbrechung" an der Steuerung NICHT quittieren!
4. Rufen Sie die Maschinenpara eter-Liste auf.
5. Rufen Sie die Motor-Tabelle der HEIDENHAIN-Steuerung auf.
6. Weisen Sie de Maschinenpara eter "Typ des Motors" (MP 2200.x), bei de Sie den Motor
getauscht haben, den neuen Eintrag QAN-260L-8000 zu.
Infor ationen hierzu finden Sie i Technischen Handbuch der jeweiligen HEIDENHAIN-Steuerung!
Bei Fragen wenden Sie sich bitte an den Maschinenhersteller oder an HEIDENHAIN.
Ist der Eintrag des neuen Motors in der Motor-Tabelle nicht vorhanden, so laden
Sie entweder die aktuelle Motor-Tabelle auf die Steuerung oder neh en Sie einen
neuen Eintrag in der bestehenden Motor-Tabelle vor. Tragen Sie dazu die technischen
Daten in der Motor-Tabelle ein.

Prüfungen nach dem Einbau des neuen Motors QAN 260 L
Ge äß DIN VDE 0113 Teil 1 / EN 60204-1 üssen nach de Austausch einer Ko ponente
folgende Prüfungen durchgeführt werden:
1. Überprüfen Sie, ob die elektrische Ausrüstung it der technischen Doku entation übereinsti t.
2. Prüfen Sie, ob eine durchgehende Verbindung des Schutzleitersyste s besteht.
3. Führen Sie eine Funktionsprüfung durch.

Legen Sie die Austauschanleitung in der technischen Doku entation der Maschine ab
und ver erken Sie die Änderungen!

Caution!
The replace ent is to be conducted by a specialist in electricity under co pliance with
local safety regulations.
Do not engage or disengage any plug, cla p or screw connections while under power.
Mounting compatibility:
The new QAN 260 L is fully co patible in its ounting di ensions.
For safety reasons, HEIDENHAIN reco ends to perfor a backup of the control
data before you start working.
Further infor ation can be found in the Service Manual of the respective
HEIDENHAIN control.
Connection compatibility:
The power cable on the new QAN 260 L is connected via a ter inal box.
Modify the existing power cable so that it can be connected to a ter inal box or use the
power cable ID 348949-07 as an alternative.
Integrating the ne motor:
1. Switch off the achine and take precautions against restart.
2. Ensure that the equip ent is free of potential.
3. Disconnect all electric connections on the defective otor and re ove the otor.
4. Integrate the new otor.
5. Modify the existing power cable so that it can be connected to a ter inal box or use the
power cable ID 348949-07 as an alternative.
6. Reconnect all electric connections.

Settings required in the HEIDENHAIN control:
After installation of the QAN 260 L, per anent changes in the achine para eter list and,
if necessary, entries in the otor table have to be ade in the HEIDENHAIN control.
1. Press the EMERGENCY STOP button.
2. Switch on the ain switch of the achine.
3. Do NOT confir the Power interrupted essage at the control.
4. Call the achine para eter list.
5. Call the otor table of the HEIDENHAIN control.
6. Assign the new entry QAN-260L-8000 to the achine para eter Type of otor (MP 2200.x),
in which you have changed the otor.
For ore infor ation, refer to the Technical Manual of the respective HEIDENHAIN control!
If you have any questions, contact the achine tool builder or HEIDENHAIN.
If the entry of the new otor is not available in the otor table, either load the current
otor table to the control or ake a new entry in the existing otor table.

Tests after mounting the ne QAN 260 L motor
According to DIN VDE 0113, part 1 / EN 60204-1 the following ust be checked after a
co ponent has been exchanged:
1. Check whether the electrical equip ent corresponds to the technical docu entation.
2. Check whether the connections of the grounding conductor syste are continuous.
3. Perfor a functional test.
