Rollator Series H1010
applies to H1010 - H1019

Our rollator is delivered pre-assembled. You can
assemble it on your own in a few steps. Assembly takes
about 10 minutes. No tools are needed for assembly. Put
a blanket underneath to protect your floor.
Important: Please check the rollator for transportation
damage. Do not use the rollator if there is obvious
damage. Contact us regarding repairs or return.

English user instructions
Intended use
This rollator is intended to be used by persons with
reduced mobility as a walking aid and for transporting
smaller objects. This rollator model is suitable for both
indoor and outdoor environments. It is intended for use
on solid ground by persons with a maximum weight of
300 lbs.
The user should have the necessary physical, visual and
cognitive abilities to operate the rollator safely.
Before using your rollator
Read the user instructions carefully before assembling
and using the rollator and keep it in a safe place. Consult
your medical professional to determine if the rollator is
suitable for your needs.

Safety
Warnung: The rollator can provide assistance to a
person with a maximum weight of 300 lbs.
Follow the safety instructions
1. Make sure the parking brake ("G") is active when the
rollator is parked.
2. Check the handle height and make sure the spring
buttons ("H") are locked before use.
3. Make sure the rollator is completely unfolded and
locked into position with a "click" sound.
4. Keep your hands away from the folding mechanism
to avoid entrapment.
What not to do
1. Do not use the rollator as a wheelchair.
2. Do not sit on the rollator if the parking brake ("G")
is not active or if it is at an angle.
3. Do not “drop” onto the seat ("B").
4. Do not hang any objects on the brake handles
("G") or hand grips ("F").
5. Do not stand on the rollator or use it as a
stepladder.

Remove the rollator from
the packaging and remove
the packaging material.
Lay the rollator down so
that the backrest ("A") is
facing up. Loosen the
wing screws ("D") on the
front wheels ("E").
Remove the orange
attachment strap. The strap
can be reused after final
assembly to secure the
rollator in its folded position.
Unfold the front wheels
("E"). Secure the wheels
with the previously
loosened wing screws ("D").

6. Unfold the rear wheel axle
of the rear wheel ("K").
Turn the rollator so that
the handles ("F") are facing
up. Pull the bracket off the
bolt (“I”) from the inside of
the rear wheel and pull the
bolt (“I”) out.
Fasten the bracket over the
unfolded rear wheel axle
("K"). Then pull the bracket
over the end of the bolt ("I").
Repeat steps 5 - 8 for the
second rear wheel.
Fasten the rear wheel axle
("K") with the previously
loosened bolt ("I"). To do
this, insert the bolt into
the provided hole.

Attach the
multifunctional bag
("C").
Check that the two bolts
("I") are properly secured
and that the wing
screws ("D") are securely
tightened.
Put the rollator in an upright
position and pull it apart by
both handles ("F"). Push it
down on both sides of the
seat ("B") as shown.
Important: For the rollator
to be fully unfolded, it must
lock into place with a "click"
sound.
Hook the tabs of the
multifunctional bag ("C") to
the brackets provided.

Adjusting the height
Press the spring button ("H") on the frame of the rollator
and adjust the handle to the appropriate height. Repeat for
the other side. Make sure the spring buttons on both
handles are locked. Make sure that both handles are set to
the same height.
Handle height: 31.1 - 37.4 inch
Your ideal handle height
Adjust the handles ("F") of the rollator so that they are at the
height of your wrist when your arms are hanging. When you
place your hand on the handle, your elbow should be
slightly bent. If you find that you need to bend over or keep
your arms bent at a right angle, adjust the height of the
handles.

Brakes

("G") up to brake the
rollator.
Push the brake handles ("G")
down to lock the rear
wheels. In this position, the
parking brake of the rollator
is active.
To release the parking brake
again, pull the brake handles
("G") upward.

Locking nut
Adjustment screw
Adjusting the brakes
To adjust the rear brake ("L"), adjust the adjustment
screw and locking nut. These are located on the rear
wheels ("K") of the rollator. Turn the
adjustment screw counterclockwise to increase the
tension. Then secure the adjustment by turning the
locking nut clockwise. Hold the adjustment screw in
place while doing so.
Important
If the brake adjustment has been made so that the rear brake ("L") is set too loose or too tight, this will affect the function
of the brake. If the brake is set too tight, it could drag on the wheel. If the brake is set too loose, it could affect the
operation of the brake.

Removable cane holders

holders ("J") to both
sides of the frame in
the provided positions.
To do this, slide the
cane holder ("J") onto
the holder from
above.

Folding and storing the rollator

Pull the handle in the middle
of the seat ("B") firmly
upwards to fold the rollator.
Secure the rollator with
the orange attachment
strap at the brackets
where the multifunctional
bag (“C”) hangs.

Continue to push the
rollator on both sides of the
frame.

The bag included in the delivery is a multifunctional bag ("C").
Open the zipper on the lower part of the multifunctional bag so that you can open it completely. Then pull the multi-
functional bag apart. Follow these steps in reverse order to shrink the multifunctional bag back down and attach it to
your rollator.

Transportation of the rollator
Set the height of the handles ("F") to the lowest possible level to prepare the rollator for transportation. (Also see chapter
"Adjusting the height"). Then follow steps 1 - 3 in chapter "Folding and storing the rollator".
2.1. Remove the bolt ("I") and fold
in the rear wheels ("K"). Then
push the bolts back through
the holes provided and fasten
the brackets (Also see steps 5
- 8 in the chapter "Assembly
instructions" in reverse order).
To store the rollator in the
multifunctional bag ("C"),
loosen the wing screws
("D") of the front wheels
("E"). Fold in the front
wheels. Fasten the front
wheels with the previously
loosened screws (Also see
steps 3 and 4 in the
chapter "Assembly
instructions" in reverse
order).

Cleaning
1. Check the rollator at regular intervals for loose
wing screws ("D") and defective spring buttons
("H").
2. Periodically check for proper operation of the
rear wheel brakes ("L").
3. Replace damaged or worn parts.
The rollator can be cleaned with a damp cloth / sponge and warm soapy water. If necessary, you can use an
antibacterial surface cleaner. Dry the areas thoroughly afterwards. When cleaning, take care not to leave any residue on
the seat and handles so that the surface does not become slippery in these areas. Do not use scouring pads or
scrapers to avoid damaging the surface coating.
