Rollator Series H1030
applies to H1030 - H1039

You can assemble this rollator on your own in a few
steps. Assembly takes about 10 minutes. No tools are
needed for assembly. Put a blanket underneath to
protect your floor.
Important: Please check the rollator for transportation
damage. Do not use the rollator if there is obvious
damage. Contact us regarding repairs or return.

English user instructions
Intended use
This rollator is intended for use by persons with
reduced mobility as a walking aid and for transporting
smaller objects. This rollator model is specially
designed for indoor use. It is intended for use on solid
ground with a maximum load capacity of 240 lbs.
The user should have the necessary physical, visual
and cognitive abilities to operate the rollator safely.
Before using your rollator
Read the instruction manual carefully before
assembling and using the rollator and keep it in a safe
place. Consult your medical professional to determine
if the rollator is suitable for your needs.

Safety
What not to do
1. Do not sit on the rollator or use it like a
wheelchair.
2. Do not hang objects on the brake handle ("H")
or the handle ("A").
3. Do not stand on the rollator or use it as a
stepladder.
Warning: The rollator is designed for a maximum load
of 240 lbs. The maximum load of the basket of 11 lbs
should not be exceeded.
Observe the following
safety instructions
1. Ensure that the parking brake ("G") is active when
the rollator is parked.
2. Check the handle height and make sure the height
adjustments ("I") are properly locked before use.
3. Make sure the rollator is fully unfolded and locked
into position with a "click" sound.
4. Keep your hands away from the folding
mechanism to avoid entrapment.

2. Remove the wing
screws on the frame
("K") marked "RB" on
the rollator.
Remove the rollator from
the packaging and remove
the protective foils. Spread
out the parts for assembly
as shown.
Fasten the rear wheel
axle with rear wheel
("L") with the
previously loosened
wing screw ("K").
Insert the rear wheel axle
with rear wheel ("L") with
the marking "RB" into the
frame at the corresponding
marking "RB". Both
markings point to the outer
side of the rollator.

Repeat steps 2. - 4. for the
second rear wheel axle with
rear wheel ("L") with the "LB"
mark on the other side of
the frame.
Remove the wing screw
("E") from the front wheel
("F") marked "RF".
Insert the front wheel ("F")
into the frame at the
corresponding mark "RF".
Fasten the front wheel
("F") with the previously
loosened wing screw ("E").
The wing screw points
inwards. When turning, the
screw head tightens in the
frame.

Repeat steps 6. - 8. for the
second front wheel ("F")
with the "LF" mark on the
other side of the frame.
Open the gray height
adjustment ("I") on both
sides of the frame.
Put the rollator in an upright
position to unfold it. To do
this, pull the "Pull" button
("J").
Important: In order for the
rollator to be completely
unfolded, it must lock into
position with a "click"
sound.
Attach the handles and
close the height
adjustment ("I") so that
both sides are at the same
height.

slip mat ("B") on the
frame.
Our recommendation: Fix
the brake cables on both
sides of the frame using
the velcro tape as shown.

Open the gray height adjustment ("I") and adjust the
handle into an appropriate height. Repeat for the other
side. Make sure the height adjustment on both sides
are securely locked and closed. Make sure that the
handle is set to the same height on both sides.
Handle height: 35.4 - 40.2 inch
Your ideal handle height
Adjust the rollator so that your arms are slightly
bending when holding onto the handle ("A"). If you find
that you need to bend over or keep your arms bent too
much, adjust the height of the handles.

Removable cup holder

To do this, slide the cup
holder ("C") onto the
bracket from above.
Attach the cup holder
("C") to the basket in
the provided position.

Brakes

Push the brake handle ("H")
upwards and fix it with the
parking brake ("G") to lock
the rear wheels. In this
position, the parking brake
of the rollator is active.
To release the parking
brake, push the brake
handle up slightly and pull
the parking brake forward.
Pull the brake handle
("H") upwards to brake
the rollator.

To adjust the rear brake ("M"), adjust the adjustment
screw and locking nut. These are located on the rear
wheels ("L") of the rollator. Turn the adjustment screw
counterclockwise to increase the tension. Then secure
the adjustment by turning the locking nut clockwise.
Hold the adjustment screw in place while doing so.
Adjusting the brakes
!Important
If the brake adjustment has been made so that the rear brake ("M") is set too loose or too tight, this will affect the
function of the brake. If the brake is adjusted too tight, it may drag on the wheel. If the brake is set too loose, it could
affect the operation of the brake.

Folding and storing the rollator
Remove the tray ("B").
Then activate the
parking brake ("G")
(See also chapter
"Brakes" point 2.).
Grasp the rollator by the
handle ("A") and tilt it in
your direction so that it
stands on the rear wheels
("L").
Pull the "Pull" button
("J") so that the rollator
folds up. If the rollator
does not fold
automatically, tilt it
more.
To unfold the rollator again,
lift it slightly by the front
edge of the basket ("D").
Important: For the rollator
to be completely unfolded, it
must lock into place with a
"click" sound.

Maintenance
1. Check the rollator periodically for loose wing
screws ("E" / "K") and defective height
adjustments ("I").
2. Periodically check for proper operation of rear
wheel brakes ("M").
3. Replace damaged or worn parts.
Cleaning
The rollator can be cleaned with a damp cloth / sponge and warm soapy water. If necessary, you can use an
antibacterial surface cleaner. Dry the areas thoroughly afterwards. When cleaning, make sure not to leave any residue
on the handle so that the surface does not become slippery. Do not use scouring pads or scrapers to avoid damaging
the surface coating.
