Materials
What material is the rollator made of?
The frame of the rollator is made of aluminum. Some safety-related parts are made of steel.
The handles are made of PVC. Further plastic parts are made of nylon and polyamide. The
wheels are PVC wheels.
What material are the tires of the rollator?
The tires are plastic tires made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride). With a perfect mix between
stability and comfort, they are great for outdoor and indoor use.
What material is the seat made of and is it comfortable?
Dear customer, the seat is made of PU material, which provides maximum comfort and safety.

Assembly and Service
Does the rollator arrive fully assembled?
No, the rollator is not assembled. Assembly is tool-free and can be done in less than 5
minutes. You will receive assembly instructions with detailed descriptions in the package. We
also provide video instructions for assembly. However, if you have any problems with the
assembly, please do not hesitate to contact us.
How to assemble the walker?
The assembly is toolless and can be done in under 5 minutes. You will receive assembly

Does it have a warranty?

Functionality
Can the rollator also be used outside?
Yes the rollator can be used outside. It’s a true all-rounder with great outdoor and indoor
performance. However, please make sure that you move on paved paths.
What are the pedals on the rear tires for?
The pedals serve as curb step aid. By stepping on one of the pedals with your foot, you can
lift the front wheels of your walker. This allows you to effortlessly overcome curbs or smaller
steps.
Can the handles be adjusted in height?
Yes, the handles are height adjustable. You can adjust them between a height of 30.7 and
35.8 inch, therefore the walker is suitable for both tall and short people.
Is the seat height adjustable?
No, the seat is at a fixed height of 22 inch.
Is the seat waterproof?
The seat of the rollator is made of impregnated polyurethane (PU) and is accordingly
water-repellent. However, if the rollator is exposed to prolonged heavy rain, it may happen
that the seat gets wet. This is not a problem, however, as the seat dries very quickly.
How to activate the parking brake?
The parking brake is activated by pushing the brake handle down. The parking brake is
locked until you move the handle up again.
Does the rollator come with a cane holder?
Yes, the rollator comes with a cane holder.
Is the bag sturdy enough to hold a few groceries?

Does the rollator come with a backrest or do I have to buy it separately?
