Desenrosque el aireador con la llave (incluida) y límpielo a chorro
de agua con un cepillo suave. / Unscrew the aerator with wrench
(included) and clean water jet with a soft brush.
Deje correr el agua caliente y fría durante al menos 15 segundos
cada una . para purgar / Let the hot and cold water flow for at least
15 seconds each to purge.

Posibles Causas y Soluciones / Troubleshooting
Es muy importante seguir las siguientes instrucciones para conservar los
acabados de los productos HELVEX, con brillo y en perfecto estado:
1. Utilice únicamente agua y un paño limpio.
2. No utilice fibras, polvos, abrasivos, ni productos químicos.
3. No utilice objetos punzo-cortantes para limpiar los acabados.
4. Se recomienda realizar la limpieza de su producto diariamente.

Valvex V
Desenrosque el opresor, retire la palanca para desenroscar el tornillo y
retirar el cuerpo maneral, desenrosque contratuerca con o´ring, y retire el
chapetón con su empaque, desenrosque el Valvex V y reemplácelo.
Ensamble nuevamente. / Unscrew the oppressor, remove the lever to
unscrew the screw and remove the handle body, unscrew the locknut with
o'ring, and remove the escutcheon with its gasket, unscrew the Valvex V and
replace it. Assemble again.
No se colocó el empaque. / The gasket is not placed.

Aireador obstruído / Clogged areator
La presión de operación no es la adecuada. /
The operating pressure is not adequate.
Retire el aireador y límpielo (pag. 5, pasos 18, 19 y 20).
/ Remove the aereator and clean (page 5, steps 18, 19 and 20).
Hay fuga en las conexiones.
/ There are leaks in the
connections.
Posiblemente no estén firmemente apretadas.
/ Possibly not tight.
Apriete firmemente las conexiones (pag. 3, paso 8). /
Thigten the connections (page 3, step 8).
No sella la contra.
/ Drain does not seal.
Coloque el empaque de la contra superior y apriete firmemente.
/ Place gasket drain and tighten.
Existe poco flujo de agua.
/ There is some water flow.
Verifique la presión en los requerimientos de instalación (Pag. 1). /
Verify the pressure in the installation requirements (Page 1).
El maneral está flojo.
/ The handle is loose. El tornillo no está apretado. / The screw is not tight. Apriete firmemente el tornillo. (pag. 4, paso 11).
/ Use the allen wrench and tighten (p. 4, step 11).
