VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN
Voor gebruik dient u alle onderstaande instructies te
lezen om letsel en schade te voorkomen en om de beste
resultaten met het apparaat te bereiken. Bewaar deze
handleiding op een veilige plek. Mocht u dit apparaat
aan iemand anders overhandigen, dient u ook de
gebruiksaanwijzing te overhandigen.
In geval van schade die wordt veroorzaakt doordat de
gebruiker de instructies in deze gebruiksaanwijzing niet
in acht heeft genomen, komt de garantie te vervallen.
De fabrikant/importeur is niet aansprakelijk voor
schade die wordt veroorzaakt door het niet in acht
nemen van de gebruiksaanwijzing, door nalatig gebruik
of gebruik dat niet in overeenstemming is met de
bepalingen van deze gebruiksaanwijzing.
1. Trek altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact als er geen
toezicht op het apparaat is, en voordat u het in elkaar
zet of reinigt.
2. Dit apparaat mag niet door kinderen worden gebruikt.
Houd het apparaat en het snoer buiten het bereik van
kinderen.
3. Apparaten kunnen worden gebruikt door personen
met fysische, zintuiglijke of mentale beperkingen, of
die het ontbreekt aan ervaring en kennis, mits ze
onder supervisie staan of instructies hebben
gekregen omtrent het veilige gebruik van de
apparaten en inzicht hebben in de risico's die er aan
zijn verbonden.
4. Laat kinderen niet met het apparaat spelen.

5. Als het snoer is beschadigd, moet het worden
vervangen door de fabrikant, zijn klantenservice of
gelijksoortig geschoolde personen om gevaar te
vermijden.
6. Schakel het apparaat uit en haal de stekker uit het
stopcontact voordat u accessoires vervangt of de
bewegende onderdelen aanraakt.
7. Waarschuwing: Door verkeerd gebruik bestaat een
potentieel letselrisico.
8. Voordat u de stekker in het stopcontact steekt, dient
u te controleren of de netspanning en de frequentie
overeenkomen met de specificaties van het
typeplaatje.
9. Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact als het apparaat
niet in gebruik is en voordat u het apparaat reinigt.
10. Let op dat de stroomkabel niet over scherpe randen
hangt en niet in de buurt komt van hete voorwerpen
en open vuur.
11. Dompel het apparaat of de stekker niet onder in
water of andere vloeistoffen. Er bestaat levensgevaar
als gevolg van een elektrische schok!
12. Om de stekker uit het stopcontact te halen, dient u
aan de stekker zelf te trekken. Trek niet aan de
stroomkabel.
13. Raak het apparaat niet aan als het in water is gevallen.
Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact, schakel het
apparaat uit en breng het ter reparatie naar een
geautoriseerd servicecenter.
14. Steek de stekker niet in het stopcontact en haal hem
er niet uit als u natte handen heeft.
15. Probeer nooit de behuizing van het apparaat te
openen en probeer nooit zelf het apparaat te
repareren. Dit kan een elektrische schok veroorzaken.
16. Laat het apparaat nooit onbeheerd achter wanneer
het in gebruik is.

17. Dit apparaat werd niet ontworpen voor commercieel
gebruik.
18. Gebruik het apparaat niet voor andere doeleinden
dan het beoogde doel.
19. Draai de kabel niet om het apparaat en buig hem niet.
20. Vermijd contact met de bewegende onderdelen.
Houd uw handen, haren, kleding maar ook spatels en
andere voorwerpen uit de buurt van de kloppers of
deeghaken om het risico op persoonlijk letsel en/of
schade aan de handmixer te verminderen.
21. Bevestig nooit accessoires met andere functies dan
de meegeleverde (deeghaken en kloppers etc.)
22. Verwijder de accessoires uit de handmixers alvorens
ze te wassen.
23. Het gebruik van opzetstukken of accessoires die niet
door de fabrikant van het product worden verkocht
of aanbevolen, kan brand, een elektrische schok of
letsel veroorzaken.
24. Draai de stroomkabel niet om het apparaat tijdens
het opbergen. Hierdoor kan schade aan de kabel
ontstaat welke tot gevaar door kortsluiting,
elektrische schok of brand kan leiden.
25. Met het oog op de instructies voor de reiniging van de
oppervlakken die in contact komen met voedsel,
snelheidsinstellingen en gebruiksduur, dient u de
onderstaande paragraaf in de gebruiksaanwijzing te
lezen.

BESCHRIJVING VAN DE ONDERDELEN

VOOR INGEBRUIKNAME
1. De handmixer uitpakken en de verpakkingsmaterialen verwijderen.
2. Reinig de kloppers en deeghaken voor gebruik met een warm sopje. Daarna afspoelen en grondig drogen.
GEBRUIKSAANWIJZING
1. Controleer of de regelknop op stand “0” staat en de stekker niet in het stopcontact is aangesloten.
2. Breng de kloppers/deeghaken één voor één in, door het stanguiteinde van de kloppers/deeghaken in de
onderkant van de mixer te steken. Verdraai de klopper licht en druk aan totdat deze op zijn plaatst klikt.
Let op dat de kneedhaken in de juiste positie worden bevestigd:
3. Steek de stekker in het stopcontact.
4. Plaats de gewenste ingrediënten in een kom, pak de handgreep van de mixer vast, en plaats de kloppers of
deeghaken in het midden van de ingrediënten die u wilt mixen.
5. Schakel de mixer in en stel de gewenste snelheidsstand in met behulp van de regelaar op het handvat.
6. Het apparaat is uitgerust met een turboknop om het apparaat onmiddellijk op vol vermogen in te stellen.
7. Zet de regelknop op stand “0” na gebruik van het apparaat.
8. Verwijder de stekker uit het stopcontact.
9. Druk op de uitwerpknop en trek gelijktijdig aan de kloppers/deeghaken.
Waarschuwing:
1. De behuizing van de motor nooit in water afwassen.
2. Altijd controleren of de regelknop op “0” staat en de stekker uit het stopcontact is verwijderd alvorens
de hulpstukken van het apparaat te verwijderen.
3. Tijdens het uitnemen van de accessoires, nooit naar mensen richten om het risico op letsel te vermijden.

Opgelet:
1. Gebruik nooit een grotere hoeveelheid of een langere verwerkingstijd dan wat in bovenstaande tabel
is aangegeven.
2. Na het voltooien van een recept, laat de mixer 10 minuten afkoelen.
HET APPARAAT REINIGEN
1. Schakel het apparaat uit en verwijder de stekker uit het stopcontact alvorens het apparaat te reinigen.
2. Was de kloppers/kneedhaken in een warm sopje. Spoel en veeg ze grondig droog. Deze onderdelen kunnen
tevens in de vaatwasmachine worden gewassen.
3. Maak de behuizing schoon met een vochtige doek en veeg deze vervolgens droog met een zachte, droge
doek. Dompel de behuizing niet onder in water of een andere vloeistof.
RECYCLING
Dit apparaat draagt het symbool voor gescheiden inzameling van afgedankte elektrische en
elektronische apparatuur.
Het valt hierdoor onder de bepalingen van richtlijn 2012/19/EU die voorschrijft dat het
gerecycled dan wel ontmanteld moet worden teneinde het milieu te sparen.
U kunt u voor nadere inlichtingen wenden tot uw gemeente.
Elektronische producten die niet gescheiden worden ingezameld vormen een potentieel gevaar voor het
milieu en de volksgezondheid wegens de gevaarlijke stoffen die deze apparatuur bevat.
KWALITEIT
HEMA hecht grote waarde aan veiligheid en kwaliteit. We beschikken over een eigen laboratorium. Dit
laboratorium beoordeelt vóór opname in het assortiment, alle apparaten op elektrische veiligheid en
gebruikseigenschappen. Daarnaast bewaakt HEMA samen met de fabrikant de productkwaliteit.
BEVEILIGING
Het is mogelijk dat dit HEMA-artikel voorzien is van een kunststof beveiligingsstrip. U vindt de strip dan aan de
onderzijde van het apparaat. Deze strip heeft geen invloed op de kwaliteit of werkwijze van het artikel en kan
zonder problemen worden verwijderd.
STORINGEN EN REPARATIE
Bij een defect toestel, het apparaat ter reparatie aanbieden bij een Hema-vestiging.
Voer zelf geen reparaties uit aan het toestel.
Ingeval reparatie nodig is, kunt u het apparaat goed verpakt, bij voorkeur in de originele verpakking, inleveren
bij een Hema-vestiging. Indien binnen de garantietermijn, de garantiebon meebrengen.

GARANTIE
Garantietermijn is 2 jaar na de datum van aankoop. Bewaar altijd goed uw bon. Het is handig als u een foto van
de bon maakt en deze ergens opslaat. Dan heeft u altijd een goed leesbare bon in het bezit.
GARANTIEBEPALINGEN
HEMA-kwaliteitsgarantie
HEMA garandeert dat het door u gekochte artikel aan de kwaliteit en eigenschappen voldoet die u ervan mag
verwachten. Deze garantiebepalingen gelden onverminderd de wettelijke rechten van de klant en zijn van
toepassing in alle landen waar HEMA-vestigingen heeft.
Aanspraak op garantie
Als u aanspraak wenst te maken op garantie dan dient u het artikel samen met het aankoopbewijs in een van
onze vestigingen aan te bieden. De betreffende vestiging bepaalt dan of het artikel (door hetzelfde of een
gelijkwaardig artikel) wordt vervangen, binnen een redelijke termijn wordt gerepareerd of u uw aankoopbedrag
terugkrijgt.
Verval van garantie
De garantie op het artikel vervalt indien het gebrek of defect is veroorzaakt door:
a) normale slijtage;
b) een gebeurtenis van buitenaf (bijvoorbeeld zand-, val- of vochtschade);
c) verkeerd of oneigenlijk gebruik; of
d) achterstallig of onjuist onderhoud, waaronder mede wordt verstaan een reparatie die niet op initiatief
van HEMA is verricht.
Deze opsomming is niet limitatief.
Extra zekerheid voor een goede keus
U mag het artikel binnen 30 dagen na aanschaf (mits onbeschadigd en met aankoopbewijs) ruilen of retourneren.

4. Les enfants ne doivent pas utiliser l'appareil comme
un jouet.
5. Si le câble d'alimentation est endommagé, il doit être
remplacé par le fabricant, son service après vente ou
des personnes de qualification similaire afin d'éviter
un danger.
6. Mettre l'appareil à l'arrêt et le déconnecter de
l’alimentation avant de changer les accessoires ou
d'approcher les parties qui sont mobiles lors du
fonctionnement.
7. MISE EN GARDE: Une mauvaise utilisation peut
entraîner des blessures.
8. Avant d’insérer la fiche de l’appareil dans une prise
secteur, vérifiez que la tension et la fréquence du
secteur correspondent aux spécifications indiquées
sur la plaque signalétique.
9. Débranchez la fiche électrique de la prise électrique
quand l’appareil n’est pas utilisé et avant de le
nettoyer.
10. Veillez à ce que le cordon d’alimentation ne pende
pas sur des arêtes coupantes et maintenez-le éloigné
des objets chauds et des flammes nues.
11. N'immergez jamais l'appareil ou sa fiche dans de l'eau
ni dans aucun autre liquide. Cela peut provoquer un
choc électrique !
12. Pour débrancher la fiche de la prise, saisissez la fiche
et tirez-la hors de la prise. Ne tirez pas sur le cordon
d’alimentation.
13. Ne touchez pas l’appareil s’il tombe dans de l’eau.
Débranchez la fiche de la prise électrique, éteignez
l’appareil et rapportez-le au centre de réparation
agréé pour le faire réparer.
14. Ne branchez pas et ne débranchez pas l’appareil de la
prise électrique avec les mains mouillées.
15. N’essayez pas d’ouvrir le boîtier de l’appareil ni de
réparer l’appareil vous-même. Cela peut provoquer

un choc électrique.
16. Ne laissez jamais l'appareil sans surveillance quand il
est en fonctionnement.
17. Cet appareil n’est pas conçu pour un usage
commercial.
18. N’utilisez pas cet appareil à un usage autre que celui
pour lequel il a été conçu.
19. N’enroulez pas le cordon d’alimentation autour de
l’appareil et ne le pliez pas.
20. Évitez tout contact avec les pièces mobiles. Pendant
l'utilisation, maintenez vos mains, cheveux,
vêtements, ainsi que les spatules et autres ustensiles
éloignés des fouets ou des pétrins pour réduire les
risques de blessures corporelles et/ou de
détérioration de l'appareil.
21. N’installez jamais en même temps d’accessoires
ayant des fonctions différentes (pétrins et batteurs,
etc.).
22. Démontez les accessoires de l’appareil avant de les
laver.
23. L’utilisation d’accessoires non recommandés ou non
vendus par le fabricant peut provoquer un incendie,
un choc électrique ou des blessures corporelles.
24. N’enroulez pas le cordon d'alimentation autour de
l'appareil quand vous le rangez. Cela peut
endommager le cordon d’alimentation et engendrer
un risque de court-circuit, de choc électrique et
d’incendie.

AVANT D’UTILISER VOTRE MIXER POUR LA PREMIÈRE FOIS
1. Déballez soigneusement le mixer à main et retirez tous les emballages.
2. Nettoyez les différents accessoires de votre appareil dans de l’eau chaude savonneuse, rincez et séchez-les
soigneusement avant de les utiliser.
INSTRUCTIONS DE FONCTIONNEMENT
1. Assurez-vous que le bouton de contrôle de la vitesse est en position «0» et que l’appareil n'est pas branché
à une prise électrique.
2. Insérez les fouets / crochets pétrisseurs un à la fois, en plaçant l'extrémité de la tige du fouet / crochet
pétrisseur dans le fond du mixeur. Tournez le batteur légèrement et poussez légèrement jusqu’à ce qu’il
s’enclenche en position.
Faites attention à la position des deux crochets pétrisseurs :
3. Branchez à une prise adéquate.
4. Placez les ingrédients dans un bol adapté au mixage, prenez le mixer par la poignée, et positionnez les
batteurs au centre de la nourriture à mixer.
5. Mettez le mixeur en marche et ajustez le réglage de la vitesse en utilisant le contrôle sur la poignée.
6. L'appareil est équipé d'un bouton turbo, ce qui vous permet un accès instantané à toute la puissance de
votre appareil.
7. Lorsque vous avez fini de l’utiliser, réglez le bouton de contrôle de la vitesse en position «0».
8. Débranchez l'appareil.
9. En pressant le bouton d’éjection, retirez les batteur/crochets pétrisseurs.
Attention:
1. Ne lavez jamais le logement du moteur dans l’eau.
2. Assurez-vous que le bouton de contrôle est en position «0» et que le cordon n'est pas relié à une prise
avant de retirer les accessoires du logement.
3. Lors de l’éjection des accessoires, ne pointez jamais les accessoires vers une personne ; cela peut
entraîner des blessures.

crèmes. Faire des jus, des sauces et sauces de viandes.

les crochets pétrisseurs lorsque vou mixez une pâte ou des mélanges à gâteau plus

Attention :
1. N’utilisez jamais une quantité plus importante que celles indiquées dans le tableau ci-dessus et ne
faites jamais fonctionner le mixeur plus longtemps qu’indiqué.
2. Laissez le mixeur refroidir 10 minutes après avoir terminé une recette.
NETTOYAGE DE L’APPAREIL
1. Avant de nettoyer, éteignez le mixer et débranchez le cordon de la prise.
2. Nettoyez les batteurs / crochets pétrisseurs dans de l’eau chaude savonneuse. Rincez et séchez-les bien. Ils
peuvent également être lavés dans le lave-vaisselle.
3. Essuyez le corps principal avec un torchon humide et polissez-le avec un torchon sec. Ne plongez pas le
corps principal dans l’eau ou un autre liquide.
RECYCLAGE
Cet appareil est marqué du symbole du tri sélectif relatif aux déchets d’équipements électriques
et électroniques.
Cela signifie que ce produit doit être pris en charge par un système de collecte sélectif
conformément à la directive européenne 2012/19/EU afin de pouvoir soit être recyclé soit
démantelé afin de réduire tout impact sur l’environnement.

Ce laboratoire évalue la sécurité électrique et les propriétés d’utilisation de tous les appareils avant leur
insertion dans l’assortiment. En outre, HEMA contrôle la qualité du produit en collaboration avec le fabricant.
SÉCURITÉ
Il est possible que cet article HEMA soit pourvu d’une bande de protection en plastique. Cette bande se trouve
en dessous de l’appareil. Elle n’a aucune influence sur la qualité ou le fonctionnement de l'article et peut être
enlevée sans problème.
RÉPARATION
Si une réparation est nécessaire, vous pouvez rapporter l’appareil, bien emballé, dans un magasin HEMA. S’il est
toujours sous garantie, il doit être accompagné du bon de garantie et du bon d’achat. Vous pouvez porter votre
appareil à réparer dans tous les magasins HEMA. Vérifiez régulièrement si le cordon n’est pas abîmé. Lorsque le

cordon est abîmé, faites réparer l’appareil dans un magasin Hema. Ne pas remplacer le cordon soi-même. Pour
des raisons de sécurité, il est conseillé de ne pas réparer soi-même des appareils électriques.
GARANTIE
La période de garantie est de 2 ans à compter de la date d'achat. Gardez toujours votre reçu dans un endroit
sûr. C’est pratique de prendre une photo du reçu et de l’enregistrer quelque part. Vous avez alors toujours sur
vous un reçu facile à lire.
CLAUSES DE GARANTIE
Garantie de qualité HEMA
HEMA garantit que l'article que vous avez acheté satisfait à la qualité et aux caractéristiques que vous pouvez en
attendre. Ces clauses de garantie valent sans préjudice des droits légaux du client et sont applicables dans tous
les pays où HEMA possède des magasins.
Réclamation au titre de la garantie
Si vous souhaitez faire une réclamation autitre de la garantie, vous devez présenter l'article ainsi que le justificatif
d'achat dans l'une de nos magasins. Ce magasin déterminera alors si l'article doit être remplacé (par le même
article ou un article équivalent), réparé dans un délai raisonnable ou si le prix d'achat doit vous être remboursé.
Annulation de la garantie
La garantie sur un article est annulée si le défaut ou la panne sont dus à :
a) une usure normale ;
b) un événement extérieur (par exemple dommages causés par du sable, une chute ou de l'humidité) ;
c) une utilisation incorrecte ou impropre ; ou
d) un manque d'entretien ou un entretien impropre, ce qui inclut entre autres une réparation qui n'a pas
été effectuée par HEMA.
Cette énumération n'est pas limitative.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before use make sure to read all of the below
instructions in order to avoid injury or damage, and to
get the best results from the appliance. Make sure to
keep this manual in a safe place. If you give or transfer
this appliance to someone else make sure to also
include this manual.
In case of damage caused by user failing to follow the
instructions in this manual the warranty will be void. The
manufacturer/importer accepts no liability for damages
caused by failure to follow the manual, a negligent use
or use not in accordance with the requirements of this
manual.
1. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it
is left unattended and before assembling,
disassembling or cleaning.
2. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the
appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
3. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and if they understand the
hazards involved.
4. Children shall not play with the appliance.
5. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

6. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply
before changing accessories or approaching parts
that move in use.
7. Warning: There is a potential risk of injuries from
misuse.
8. Before inserting the plug into the mains socket,
please check that the voltage and frequency comply
with the specifications on the rating label.
9. Disconnect the mains plug from the socket when the
appliance is not in use and before cleaning.
10. Ensure that the mains cable is not hung over sharp
edges and keep it away from hot objects and open
flames.
11. Do not immerse the appliance or the mains plug in
water or other liquids. There is danger to life due to
electric shock!
12. To remove the plug from the plug socket, pull the plug.
Do not pull the power cord.
13. Do not touch the appliance if it falls into water.
Remove the plug from its socket, turn off the
appliance and send it to an authorized service center
for repair.
14. Do not plug or unplug the appliance from the
electrical outlet with a wet hand.
15. Never attempt to open the housing of the appliance,
or to repair the appliance yourself. This could cause
electric shock.
16. Never leave the appliance unattended during use.
17. This appliance is not designed for commercial use.
18. Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.
19. Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not
bend it.
20. Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hands, hair,
clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away
from beaters or dough hooks, to reduce the risk of
injury to person and/or damage to the hand mixer.

21. Never fit accessories with different functions at the
same time (dough hooks and beaters etc.)
22. Remove accessories from hand mixer before washing.
23. The use of attachments or accessories not
recommended or sold by the manufacturer may
cause fire, electric shock or injury.
24. Do not wind the power cord around the appliance
during storage. This could cause damage to the cord
and lead to danger of short circuit, electric shock or
fire.
25. Regarding the instructions for cleaning the surfaces
which come in contact with food, speed settings and
operating times, please refer to the below paragraph
of the manual.

BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Carefully unpack the hand mixer and remove all packaging material.
2. Clean the various accessories of your appliance in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly before use.
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
1. Be sure speed control in the “0” position and the appliance is unplugged from an electrical outlet.
2. Insert beaters/dough hooks singly at a time, by placing the stem end of beaters/dough hooks into the
bottom of the mixer. Turn the beater slightly and push in until it clicks into position.
Pay attention to the position of two dough hooks:
3. Plug into an appropriate outlet.
4. Place the ingredients into a bowl suitable for mixing purposes, grip the mixer handle, and position the
beaters or dough hooks in the centre of the food to be mixed.
5. Turn the mixer on and adjust speed setting by using the control on the handle.
6. The appliance is equipped with a turbo button, which allows you instant access to the full power of your
appliance.
7. When you have finished using it, set the speed control switch to “0” position.
8. Unplug the appliance.
9. While pressing the eject button, pull out the beaters/dough hooks.
Caution:
1. Never wash the motor housing in water.
2. Be sure the control knob is turned to position “0” and the cord is removed from the electrical outlet
before taking out the attachments from the housing.
3. When ejecting the accessories, it must be noted never face the accessories to person; it may result in
hurt.

Caution:
1. Never use more load then mentioned in the table above and never operate the mixer longer then
mentioned.
2. Allow the mixer to cool down for 10 minutes after finishing a recipe.
CLEANING THE APPLIANCE
1. Before cleaning, switch off and unplug the cord from the electrical outlet.
2. Wash beaters/dough hooks in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry them well. They can also be cleaned in the
dishwasher.
3. Wipe the main body with a damp cloth and polish with a soft dry cloth. Do not immerse the main body in
water or other liquid.

(WEEE).
This means that this product must be handled pursuant to European Directive 2012/19/EU in
order to be recycled or dismantled to minimize its impact on the environment.

QUALITY
Safety and quality is very important to HEMA. We have our own laboratory, which assesses all equipment in
terms of electrical safety and ease of use, before it is included in our range. HEMA also monitors the product
quality in collaboration with the manufacturer.
SECURITY
This HEMA item may be fitted with a plastic anti-theft strip. You will find the strip on the bottom of the product.
This strip does not influence the quality or the operation of the product and can be removed without a problem.
FAULTS AND REPAIRS
If this device needs to be repaired, you can hand it in at a HEMA branch after packing the product securely. Do
not try to repair this product yourself. For repairs that fall within the warranty period, you will need to show a
proof of purchase and the warranty document. Regularly check the power cord for damage. If there is any
damage to the cord set, please return the item to a HEMA branch for repair. Do not try to replace it yourself.
For safety reasons we recommend that you do not carry out any repairs to an electrical device yourself.

WARRANTY
The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase. Always keep your receipt in a safe place. It’s handy if
you take a picture of the receipt and save it somewhere. Then you will always have an easy-to-read receipt in
your possession.

in terms of quality and product properties. These warranty conditions do not affect your statutory or consumer
rights and apply in all countries where there are HEMA branches.
Warranty claims
If you wish to make a warranty claim, please return the product with proof of purchase to one of our stores. The
store will determine whether to replace the product (with an identical or equivalent product), accept the product
for repair within a reasonable period of time or refund the price of the product.
Invalidation of warranty
The warranty on this article is invalidated if the fault or defect is caused by:
a) normal wear and tear
b) external damage (for example, damage caused by exposure to sand or moisture or due to falling of the
product, etc.)
c) improper or inappropriate use
d) overdue or incorrect maintenance, including repairs that were not authorised by HEMA
The above list does not exclude other possible reasons for defects not being covered by the warranty.

You may swap or return the product within 30 days after purchase (provided it is undamaged and you have proof
of purchase).
