VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN
Voor gebruik dient u alle onderstaande instructies te lezen om
letsel en schade te voorkomen en om de beste resultaten met
het apparaat te bereiken. Bewaar deze handleiding op een
veilige plek. Mocht u dit apparaat aan iemand anders
overhandigen, dient u ook de gebruiksaanwijzing te
overhandigen.
In geval van schade die wordt veroorzaakt doordat de
gebruiker de instructies in deze gebruiksaanwijzing niet in
acht heeft genomen, komt de garantie te vervallen. De
fabrikant/importeur is niet aansprakelijk voor schade die
wordt veroorzaakt door het niet in acht nemen van de
gebruiksaanwijzing, door nalatig gebruik of gebruik dat niet in
overeenstemming is met de bepalingen van deze
gebruiksaanwijzing.
1. Trek altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact als er geen
toezicht op het apparaat is en voordat u het in elkaar zet of
reinigt.
2. Dit apparaat kan worden gebruikt door kinderen vanaf 8
jaar en ouder, indien ze onder supervisie staan of gepaste
instructies hebben gekregen zodat ze het apparaat op een
veilige manier kunnen gebruiken en de gevaren die het
gebruik van het apparaat met zich meebrengt begrijpen.
3. Laat het reinigen en het onderhoud van het apparaat niet
uitvoeren door kinderen tenzij ze 8 jaar of ouder zijn en
onder toezicht staan.
4. Houd het apparaat en snoer buiten het bereik van kinderen
jonger dan 8 jaar.

5. Apparaten kunnen worden gebruikt door personen met
fysische, zintuiglijke of mentale beperkingen, of die het
ontbreekt aan ervaring en kennis, mits ze onder supervisie
staan of instructies hebben gekregen omtrent het veilige
gebruik van de apparaten en inzicht hebben in de risico's
die er aan zijn verbonden.
6. Laat kinderen niet met het apparaat spelen.
7. Schakel het apparaat uit en haal de stekker uit het
stopcontact voordat u accessoires vervangt of de
bewegende onderdelen aanraakt.
8. Waarschuwing: Het apparaat verkeerd gebruiken kan letsel
veroorzaken.
9. Met het oog op de instructies voor de reiniging van de
oppervlakken die in contact kunnen komen met voedsel,
dient u de instructies in de paragraaf "Reiniging en
onderhoud" van de gebruiksaanwijzing in acht te nemen.
10. Als het snoer is beschadigd, moet het worden vervangen
door de fabrikant, zijn klantenservice of gelijksoortig
geschoolde personen om gevaar te vermijden.
11. Dit apparaat is bedoeld voor huishoudelijk en vergelijkbaar
gebruik zoals: in personeelskeuken in winkels, kantoren en
anderen werkomgevingen; op boerderijen; door hotel,
motelgasten en andere residentiële omgevingen; in bed
and breakfast soortgelijke omgevingen.
12. Voordat u de stekker in het stopcontact steekt, dient u te
controleren of de netspanning en de frequentie
overeenkomen met de specificaties van het type plaatje.
13. Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact als het apparaat niet in
gebruik is en voordat u het apparaat reinigt.
14. Als u gebruik maakt van een verlengkabel, dient dit geschikt
te zijn voor het stroomverbruik van het apparaat, anders
kan oververhitting van de verlengkabel en/of stekker het
gevolg zijn. Er is risico op letsel door het struikelen over het
verlengsnoer. Wees voorzichtig om gevaarlijke situaties te
vermijden.

15. Let op dat de stroomkabel niet over scherpe randen hangt
en niet in de buurt komt van hete voorwerpen en open vuur.
16. Dompel het apparaat of de stekker niet onder in water of
andere vloeistoffen. Er bestaat levensgevaar als gevolg van
een elektrische schok!
17. Om de stekker uit het stopcontact te halen, dient u aan de
stekker zelf te trekken. Trek niet aan de stroomkabel.
18. Raak het apparaat niet aan als het in water is gevallen. Trek
de stekker uit het stopcontact en breng het ter reparatie
naar een geautoriseerd servicecenter.
19. Steek de stekker niet in het stopcontact en haal hem er niet
uit als u natte handen heeft.
20. Probeer nooit de behuizing van het apparaat te openen en
probeer nooit zelf het apparaat te repareren. Dit kan een
elektrische schok veroorzaken.
21. Laat het apparaat nooit onbeheerd achter wanneer het in
gebruik is.
22. Dit apparaat werd niet ontworpen voor commercieel
gebruik.
23. Dit apparaat is alleen bestemd voor huishoudelijk gebruik.
24. Gebruik het apparaat niet voor andere doeleinden dan het
beoogde doel.
25. Draai de kabel niet om het apparaat en buig hem niet.
26. Plaats het apparaat op een stabiele, vlakke ondergrond
waar het niet vanaf kan vallen.

VOOR EERSTE GEBRUIK
1. Verwijder alle verpakking.
2. Reinig het apparaat volgens de sectie “Reiniging en onderhoud”
3. Zet het apparaat voor gebruik in elkaar.
MONTAGE
1. Plaats het sapreservoir op de motoreenheid.
2. Plaats de zeef in het sapreservoir. Plaats de perskegel op de aandrijfas.
3. Draai de kap in de pershendel vast. Zorg dat deze stevig vastzit.
GEBRUIK
1. U kunt de schenktuit omhoogduwen om ervoor te zorgen dat het geperste sap in het reservoir blijft of u
kunt de spuit omlaaghouden zodat het geperste sap onmiddellijk in een gepaste houder stroomt die onder
de schenktuit is geplaatst. (Fig. 1)
Opmerking: De inhoud van het sapreservoir is 350 ml.

2. Steek de stekker in het stopcontact.
3. Snij de citrusvrucht in tweeën en duw één van de helften lichtjes op de perskegel omlaag met de gesneden
kant naar onder gericht.
4. De aandrijfas start automatisch met draaien zodra er druk op de perskegel met behulp van de pershendel
wordt uitgeoefend. Het apparaat stopt met werken, zodra de druk van de perskegel is afgehaald. (Fig. 2)
5. Maak de zeef regelmatig leeg tijdens het verwerken van grote hoeveelheden fruit.
6. Plaats een gepaste beker of glas onder de schenktuit om het sap op te vangen. Duw de schenktuit omlaag.
Het geperste sap stroomt nu direct in het reservoir. Wanneer de gewenste hoeveelheid sap in het reservoir
is bereikt, duwt u de schenktuit opnieuw omhoog.
7. Haal de stekker na gebruik uit het stopcontact.

REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD
Haal de stekker eerst uit het stopcontact voordat u het apparaat reinigt.
Om een elektrische schok te vermijden, maak de motoreenheid en het snoer niet in water schoon.
Maak het product niet schoon met een schuurmiddel, agressief schoonmaakmiddel of een harde borstel.
Veeg de buitenkant van de motoreenheid schoon met een licht bevochtigde en pluisvrije doek.
Haal het apparaat uit elkaar om de opzetstukken te reinigen. Draai de kap eerst met de klok mee om het
van de pershendel af te halen. Breng de perskegel vanaf de aandrijfas omhoog en trek de filter van het
sapreservoir omhoog af. Haal het sapreservoir vervolgens van de motoreenheid af. Maak de opzetstukken
grondig schoon in een warm sopje. Spoel grondig en veeg ze droog. Alleen de perskegel en de zeef zijn
vaatwasmachinebestendig.
RECYCLING
Dit apparaat draagt het symbool voor gescheideninzameling van afgedankte elektrische en
elektronische apparatuur.
Het valt hierdoor onder de bepalingen van richtlijn 2012/19/EU die voorschrijft dat het gerecycled
dan wel ontmanteld moet worden teneinde het milieu te sparen.
U kunt u voor nadere inlichtingen wenden tot uw gemeente.
Elektronische producten die niet gescheiden worden ingezameld vormen een potentieel gevaar voor het
milieu en de volksgezondheid wegens de gevaarlijke stoffen die deze apparatuur bevat.
KWALITEIT
HEMA hecht grote waarde aan veiligheid en kwaliteit. We beschikken over een eigen laboratorium. Dit
laboratorium beoordeelt vóór opname in het assortiment, alle apparaten op elektrische veiligheid en
gebruikseigenschappen. Daarnaast bewaakt HEMA samen met de fabrikant de productkwaliteit.

BEVEILIGING
Het is mogelijk dat dit HEMA artikel voorzien is van een kunststof beveiligingsstrip. U vindt de strip dan aan de
onderzijde van het apparaat. Deze strip heeft geen invloed op de kwaliteit of werkwijze van het artikel en kan
zonder problemen worden verwijderd.
STORINGEN EN REPARATIE
Bij een defect toestel, het apparaat ter reparatie aanbieden bij een Hema-vestiging.
Voer zelf geen reparaties uit aan het toestel.
Ingeval reparatie nodig is, kunt u het apparaat goed verpakt, bij voorkeur in de originele verpakking, inleveren
bij een Hema-vestiging. Indien binnen de garantietermijn, de garantiebon meebrengen.
GARANTIE
Garantietermijn is 2 jaar na de datum van aankoop. Bewaar altijd goed uw bon. Het is handig als u een foto van
de bon maakt en deze ergens opslaat. Dan heeft u altijd een goed leesbare bon in het bezit.
GARANTIEBEPALINGEN
HEMA-kwaliteitsgarantie
HEMA garandeert dat het door u gekochte artikel aan de kwaliteit en eigenschappen voldoet die u ervan mag
verwachten. Deze garantiebepalingen gelden onverminderd de wettelijke rechten van de klant en zijn van
toepassing in alle landen waar HEMA-vestigingen heeft.
Aanspraak op garantie
Als u aanspraak wenst te maken op garantie dan dient u het artikel samen met het aankoopbewijs in een van
onze vestigingen aan te bieden. De betreffende vestiging bepaalt dan of het artikel (door hetzelfde of een
gelijkwaardig artikel) wordt vervangen, binnen een redelijke termijn wordt gerepareerd of u uw aankoopbedrag
terugkrijgt.
Verval van garantie
De garantie op het artikel vervalt indien het gebrek of defect is veroorzaakt door:
a) normale slijtage;
b) een gebeurtenis van buitenaf (bijvoorbeeld zand-, val- of vochtschade);
c) verkeerd of oneigenlijk gebruik; of
d) achterstallig of onjuist onderhoud, waaronder mede wordt verstaan een reparatie die niet op initiatief
van HEMA is verricht.
Deze opsomming is niet limitatief.
Extra zekerheid voor een goede keus
U mag het artikel binnen 30 dagen na aanschaf (mits onbeschadigd en met aankoopbewijs) ruilen of retourneren.

l’appareil n’est pas utilisé et avant de le nettoyer.

14. Si vous utilisez une rallonge électrique, elle doit être
appropriée à la puissance consommée par l’appareil, sinon
la rallonge et/ou la fiche risquent de chauffer
excessivement. Il existe un risque potentiel de blessures
par trébuchement sur le cordon électrique. Prenez vos
précautions pour éviter toute situation dangereuse.
15. Veillez à ce que le cordon d’alimentation ne pende pas sur
des arêtes coupantes et maintenez-le éloigné des objets
chauds et des flammes nues.
16. N'immergez jamais l'appareil ou sa fiche dans de l'eau ni
dans aucun autre liquide. Cela peut provoquer un choc
électrique !
17. Pour débrancher la fiche de la prise, saisissez la fiche et
tirez-la hors de la prise. Ne tirez pas sur le cordon
d’alimentation.
18. Ne touchez pas l’appareil s’il tombe dans de l’eau.
Débranchez la fiche de la prise électrique et rapportez-le au
centre de réparation agréé pour le faire réparer.
19. Ne branchez pas et ne débranchez pas l’appareil de la prise
électrique avec les mains mouillées.
20. N’essayez pas d’ouvrir le boîtier de l’appareil ni de réparer
l’appareil vous-même. Cela peut provoquer un choc
électrique.
21. Ne laissez jamais l'appareil sans surveillance quand il est en
fonctionnement.
22. Cet appareil n’est pas conçu pour un usage commercial.
23. Ce produit est conçu uniquement pour une utilisation
domestique.
24. N’utilisez pas cet appareil à un usage autre que celui pour
lequel il a été conçu.
25. N’enroulez pas le cordon d’alimentation autour de
l’appareil et ne le pliez pas.
26. Placez l’appareil sur une surface horizontale et stable, de

AVANT LA PREMIERE UTILISATION
1. Retirez tous les éléments d'emballage.
2. Nettoyez l’appareil selon la section « Nettoyage et entretien ».
3. Assemblez l’appareil avant de l’utiliser.
ASSEMBLAGE
1. Placez le récipient pour jus sur le bloc moteur.
2. Placez le filtre dans le récipient pour jus. Placez le presse-agrumes sur l’arbre de transmission.
3. Faites tourner le couvercle sur le levier de pression. Vérifiez qu’il est fermement attaché.
UTILISATION
1. Vous pouvez soit pousser le bec vers le haut pour vous assurer que le jus extrait reste dans le récipient, ou
garder le bec vers le bas pour collecter le jus directement dans un récipient adapté placé juste sous le bec.

Remarque : La capacité du récipient pour jus est de 350 ml de jus collecté.

2. Branchez l'appareil.
3. Coupez l’agrume en deux parties égales et appuyez légèrement l’une des moitiés sur le presse-agrumes, la
partie coupée orientée vers le bas.
4. L’arbre de transmission se mettra automatiquement à tourner une fois qu’une pression sera appliquée sur
le presse-agrumes via le levier de pression. L’appareil s’arrête une fois la pression sur le presse-agrumes
relâchée. (Schéma 2)
5. Lorsque vous pressez de grandes quantités de fruits, le filtre doit être occasionnellement vidé.
6. Pour récupérer le jus, placez un récipient adapté sous le bec. Poussez le bec vers le bas. Le jus extrait coulera
alors directement dans le récipient. Une fois la quantité de jus voulue récupérée, poussez de nouveau le bec
vers le haut.
7. Vérifiez que la fiche est débranchée de la prise secteur après l’utilisation.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
Avant de nettoyer l’appareil, débranchez sa fiche de la prise secteur.
Pour éviter tout risque de choc électrique, ne nettoyez pas le bloc moteur ou le cordon d’alimentation avec
de l’eau et NE PLONGEZ PAS L’APPAREIL DANS L’EAU.
N’utilisez pas de produits abrasifs, de solutions nettoyantes agressives ou de brosses dures pour le nettoyage.
La surface du bloc moteur peut être essuyée à l’aide d’un chiffon non pelucheux légèrement humidifié.
Désassemblez l’appareil pour nettoyer les accessoires. Tout d’abord, faites tourner le couvercle dans le sens
des aiguilles d’une montre pour le retirer du levier de pression. Ensuite, soulevez le presse-agrumes pour le
séparer de l’arbre de transmission, puis tirez le filtre vers le haut pour le retirer du récipient pour jus. Enfin,
retirez le récipient pour jus du bloc moteur. Les accessoires doivent être nettoyés dans de l’eau chaude
savonneuse. Rincez-les bien et essuyez-les pour les sécher. Seuls le presse-agrumes et le filtre peuvent être
passés au lave-vaisselle.
RECYCLAGE
Cet appareil est marqué du symbole du tri sélectif relatif aux déchets d’équipements électriques
et électroniques.
Cela signifie que ce produit doit être pris en charge par un système de collecte sélectif
conformément à la directive européenne 2012/19/EU afin de pouvoir soit être recyclé soit
démantelé afin de réduire tout impact sur l’environnement.

SÉCURITÉ
Il est possible que cet article HEMA soit pourvu d’une bande de protection en plastique. Cette bande se trouve
en dessous de l’appareil. Elle n’a aucune influence sur la qualité ou le fonctionnement de l'article et peut être
enlevée sans problème.
RÉPARATION
Si une réparation est nécessaire, vous pouvez rapporter l’appareil, bien emballé, dans un magasin HEMA. S’il est
toujours sous garantie, il doit être accompagné du bon de garantie et du bon d’achat. Vous pouvez porter votre
appareil à réparer dans tous les magasins HEMA. Vérifiez régulièrement si le cordon n’est pas abîmé. Lorsque le
cordon est abîmé, faites réparer l’appareil dans un magasin Hema. Ne pas remplacer le cordon soi-même. Pour
des raisons de sécurité, il est conseillé de ne pas réparer soi-même des appareils électriques.
GARANTIE
La période de garantie est de 2 ans à compter de la date d'achat. Gardez toujours votre reçu dans un endroit
sûr. C’est pratique de prendre une photo du reçu et de l’enregistrer quelque part. Vous avez alors toujours sur
vous un reçu facile à lire.
CLAUSES DE GARANTIE
Garantie de qualité HEMA
HEMA garantit que l'article que vous avez acheté satisfait à la qualité et aux caractéristiques que vous pouvez en
attendre. Ces clauses de garantie valent sans préjudice des droits légaux du client et sont applicables dans tous
les pays où HEMA possède des magasins.
Réclamation au titre de la garantie
Si vous souhaitez faire une réclamation au titre de la garantie, vous devez présenter l'article ainsi que le justificatif
d'achat dans l'une de nos magasins. Ce magasin déterminera alors si l'article doit être remplacé (par le même
article ou un article équivalent), réparé dans un délai raisonnable ou si le prix d'achat doit vous être remboursé.
Annulation de la garantie
La garantie sur un article est annulée si le défaut ou la panne sont dus à :
a) une usure normale ;
b) un événement extérieur (par exemple dommages causés par du sable, une chute ou de l'humidité) ;
c) une utilisation incorrecte ou impropre ; ou
d) un manque d'entretien ou un entretien impropre, ce qui inclut entre autres une réparation qui n'a pas
été effectuée par HEMA.
Cette énumération n'est pas limitative.

environments; bed and breakfast type environments.
12. Before inserting the plug into the mains socket, please
check that the voltage and frequency comply with the
specifications on the rating label.
13. Disconnect the mains plug from the socket when the
appliance is not in use and before cleaning.
14. If an extension cord is used it must be suited to the power
consumption of the appliance, otherwise overheating of
the extension cord and/or plug may occur. There is a
potential risk of injuries from tripping over the extension
cord. Be careful to avoid dangerous situations.
15. Ensure that the mains cable is not hung over sharp edges
and keep it away from hot objects and open flames.
16. Do not immerse the appliance or the mains plug in water
or other liquids. There is danger to life due to electric shock!
17. To remove the plug from the plug socket, pull the plug. Do
not pull the power cord.
18. Do not touch the appliance if it falls into water. Remove the
plug from its socket and send it to an authorized service
center for repair.
19. Do not plug or unplug the appliance from the electrical
outlet with a wet hand.

BEFORE INTITIAL USE
1. Remove all packaging.
2. Clean the appliance according to the section “Cleaning and maintenance”.
3. Assemble the appliance before use.
ASSEMBLING
1. Place the juice container onto the motor base.
2. Place the filter in the juicer container. Place the squeezer on to the drive shaft.
3. Rotate the cap to the presser lever. Make sure it’s locked firmly.
USE
1. You can either push the spout upwards to ensure that the extracted juice remains in the container, or keep
the spout downwards to collect the juice straight into a suitable container placed under the spout. (Fig. 1)
Note: The capacity of the juice container to collect juice is 350ml.

2. Plug in the appliance.
3. Cut the citrus fruit in half and push one of the halves lightly down on to the squeezer with the cut section
facing downwards.
4. The drive shaft will start rotating automatically once pressure is applied to the squeezer by the pressure
lever. The appliance switches off when pressure on the squeezer is lifted. (Fig. 2)
5. When processing larger quantities of fruit, the filter must be emptied from time to time.
6. To collect the juice, place a suitable container under the spout. Push the spout downwards. The extracted
juice passes now straight into the container. Once the desired amount of juice has been collected, push the
spout upwards again.
7. Ensure the plug is removed from the wall socket after use.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning the appliance, remove the plug from the wall socket.
To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not clean the motor base or power cord with water, and DO NOT
IMMERSE UNIT IN WATER.
Do not use abrasives, harsh cleaning solutions or hard brushes for cleaning.
The surface of the motor base may be wiped with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth.
Disassemble the appliance to clean the attachments. Firstly, rotate the cap in a clockwise direction to
remove it from the pressure lever. Secondly, Lift the squeezer from the drive shaft and then pull the filter
upwards from the juice container. Lastly, remove the juice container from the motor base. The attachments
should be thoroughly cleaned in warm, soapy water. Rinse well and wipe them dry. Only squeezer and filter
are dishwasher proof.
RECYCLING
This product bears the selective sorting symbol for waste electrical and electronic equipment
(WEEE).
This means that this product must be handled pursuant to European Directive 2012/19/EU in
order to be recycled or dismantled to minimize its impact on the environment.

Electronic products not included in the selective sorting process are potentially dangerous for the environment
and human heath due to the presence of hazardous substances.

quality in collaboration with the manufacturer.

SECURITY
This HEMA item may be fitted with a plastic anti-theft strip. You will find the strip on the bottom of the product.
This strip does not influence the quality or the operation of the product and can be removed without a problem.
FAULTS AND REPAIRS
If this device needs to be repaired, you can hand it in at a HEMA branch after packing the product securely. Do
not try to repair this product yourself. For repairs that fall within the warranty period, you will need to show a
proof of purchase and the warranty document. Regularly check the power cord for damage. If there is any
damage to the cord set, please return the item to a HEMA branch for repair. Do not try to replace it yourself.
For safety reasons we recommend that you do not carry out any repairs to an electrical device yourself.
WARRANTY
The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase. Always keep your receipt in a safe place. It’s handy if
you take a picture of the receipt and save it somewhere. Then you will always have an easy-to-read receipt in
your possession.

in terms of quality and product properties. These warranty conditions do not affect your statutory or consumer
rights and apply in all countries where there are HEMA branches.
Warranty claims
If you wish to make a warranty claim, please return the product with proof of purchase to one of our stores. The
store will determine whether to replace the product (with an identical or equivalent product), accept the product
for repair within a reasonable period of time or refund the price of the product.
Invalidation of warranty
The warranty on this article is invalidated if the fault or defect is caused by:
a) normal wear and tear
b) external damage (for example, damage caused by exposure to sand or moisture or due to falling of the
product, etc.)
c) improper or inappropriate use
d) overdue or incorrect maintenance, including repairs that were not authorised by HEMA
The above list does not exclude other possible reasons for defects not being covered by the warranty.

You may swap or return the product within 30 days after purchase (provided it is undamaged and you have proof
