STAGE 1
Ensure you have all the correct items
before you begin the assembly
process.
STAGE 2
Lay the main body of the fountain on
its side ensuring not to damage the
fountain; use some cardboard or matting
for protection. thread the loose end of the
pump cable through the centre of the
fountain and feed through leaving approx
30cm of cable between the fountain and
the pump. Locate the rubber stopper and
open it up wrapping it around the pump
cable. Do not push the rubber stopper
into the hole yet.
STAGE 3
Locate the L.E.D. light plume light and
large black plastic tubing and slide the
tubing over the ‘stork’ end of the light.
STAGE 4
Feed the light cable and black plastic
tubing through the top of the fountain
and feed all the way through. This will
be an extremely snug fit; use washing
up liquid or petroleum jelly to lubricate
the tubing if it is too tight.
STAGE 5
Feed the metal ‘clamp’ over the
protruding end of the black rubber
tubing and tighten just enough to hold
it in place; this can later be used to
control the water flow. Locate the
threaded nozzle adaptor and thread the
wide end into the open end of the black
rubber tubing.
STAGE 6
Locate the small black tubing and push
one end on to the pump’s adaptor (this
adaptor may be too small but there
should be another one in the
pump/instruction pack) push the other
open end on to the nozzle end of the
threaded adaptor.

STAGE 7
Feed the light cable through the same
hole as the pump cable and feed it all
the way through, wrap the rubber
stopper around the cable and push the
stopper into the hole as far as it will go;
this will create a tight water seal. Put
the pump and tubing into the cavity
and rest the small part of the fountain
on top ensuring it is centred.
STAGE 8
Fill the fountain with sufficient water.
Once the fountain is running, adjust the
water flow using the metal clamp (fitted
in STEP 5 ensuring that the pumps flow
adjuster is set to fully open.
IMPORTANT - WINTER CARE
Winter Ice build-up can cause
damage to concrete statuary.
Follow these tips to reduce winter
weathering to your fountain:
•Disconnect power to pumps.
• Remove adapter from bottom
bowl to open drains and let
all moisture out. Keep drains
open throughout winter.
• Place an absorbant material
like burlap, blankets etc inside
vases/bowls and cover all with
a fountain cover.
• Do not allow snow or ice to
build up on or against the
concrete. Remove snow before
it turns to ice. Do not use
salt or chemical ice removers
as these may damage concrete.
