ServerCall® Paging w/Rugged Staff Pagers
Quick Setup Guide
Components

Mount the transmier to the cook line using the
included brackets. Bracket can also be used as a
stand by reversing its posion on the back of the
transmier.
Step 1
Lock the antenna to the transmier by placing the
antenna on the connector and twisng le to lock
into place.
Step 2
Plug the power supply in to the transmier and
then into a standard outlet. A surge protector is
recommended.
Step 3
Compile charger bases and connector wires if
applicable. Plug charger power supply into
charger and then into a standard outlet. Surge
protecon is recommended for charging bases.
Step 4 > ‘LO’ on the number display: Baery is below
20% charged and SHOULD NOT be used.
> Flashing BLUE: Pager is charging and CAN BE
used.
> Solid BLUE: Pager is fully charged.
> Allow 4 hours for a complete charge of the
pagers.

Step 5
Add pagers to charger slots. You will see a BLUE
light on each pager. This indicates the charging
status.

Using your ServerCall Paging System
1. Server is assigned a pager for the shi. Write the server name next to the pager number with a white grease pencil
(included).
2. When needed, press the number that corresponds to the server’s name.
3. When the server returns to pick up the order, press the number again to cancel the page.
By default, servers will be paged 3 mes before the page is escalated to a manager*. Each page is indicated by a
colored LED on the transmier.

By default, all messages are sent as a SINGLE vibraon. To send 2x or 3x vibraon paerns, press the corresponding buon on the
transmier PRIOR to selecng the server’s number.
 GREEN – 1st page has been sent to server
 YELLOW – 2nd page has been sent.
 SOLID RED – 3rd page has been sent.
 FLASHING RED – page not canceled, manager has been noed. *
*When used with a manager’s messaging pager, the manager will receive a page with the number of any server who has not cancelled their page.
• To renumber the pagers, with ALL of the pagers
in the charging base, PRESS and HOLD the
PROG buon on the charger for 8 seconds.
• Charger will beep twice indicang the cycle has
begun.
• The pagers will renumber starng at the loca-
on indicated by the  on the charging base.
1. Mount the Cancel Panel on the expo line in the kitchen.
2. Connect the Cancel Panel to the ServerCall transmier using the Ethernet cable (provided).
3. When the server returns to pick up the order, the server will cancel the page on the Cancel Panel.
