Recommendations for use
The Bol d'air®aéro2 can be used:
- at home, by the whole family, every day or for seasonal treatment;
- under the guidance of a professional (at a surgery, health centre, sports centre,
or wellness centre) as part of a consultation, as treatment support, or as a self-
service course of treatment.
The first session is always short and lasts no more than one minute. Users should
increase the session length gradually depending on how they respond and their
condition.
(See contraindications and precautions for use p. 11).
When used to support a specific course of treatment, two sessions should ideally be
offered:
• One session before treatment helps to achieve relaxation and an improved state of
mind: One minute will suffice.
• One session after treatment helps to ensure long-lasting results: One to two
minutes' long.
Used as a course of treatment:
Bol d’air®courses of treatment are recommended to help counteract the limiting
factor of hypoxia, such as during changes of season, before and during allergy
periods or to support rehabilitation therapy.
A Bol d’air®course of treatment comprises a series of 20, back-to-back sessions.
Depending on the individual and his or her disposition, the ideal session time should
vary between one and four minutes.
Good results are usually achieved by carrying out three sessions per week, however
daily use will still produce the best results. Several two to four minute sessions may
be performed over the course of a day.
Healthcare professionals may set up a Bol d’air®space in a quiet, pleasant
environment.
This does not have to be room used for that sole purpose, rather it could be part
of the reception room to serve as a focal point.
Provide a space measuring approx. 1 m2.
After one or two sessions, users will be able to use the appliance unattended,
so it can be made freely accessible.

p.11
Our customer services department is on hand should you require any further
information and can be contacted on: 03 85 25 29 27
www.holiste.com
The flexibility of the rotating corolla on the aéro2 means it can be used whilst:
• Seated or in a semi-recumbent position: a comfortable seat that is suited to the
user's morphology should be provided.
• Lying face upwards or downwards: as part of a treatment (acupuncture, a massage,
etc.) or for users with reduced mobility.
Note:
Allowing intervals between sessions or stopping them will bear no consequences:
this method does not result in dependency or addiction. Sometimes, after a few
days, users may notice purifying effects, namely elimination reactions, not unlike
after a spa treatment. However, these reactions are rare, and may present
themselves in the form of fatigue, the return of old aches and pains, discharge or
itchiness.
Should any of these reactions occur, reduce the time and power setting of the
sessions [ ] [ ] and, if necessary, the frequency.
Contraindications and precautions for use
Do not use if you are allergic to turpentine essential oil or if you suffer from epilepsy
caused by a terpene allergy or convulsions.
Users are always advised to begin with short sessions and progress gradually,
particularly if they suffer from asthma, spasmophilia, allergies or hyperthyroidism.
The Bol d’air®appliance is not recommended for pregnant women or women
breastfeeding children under the age of 36 months.
Bol d’air®must not replace any prescribed course of regular treatment that cannot
be interrupted without seeking the advice of your doctor first.

p.12
The spécial Bol d’air®- Orésine® compound
The special Bol d’air®Orésine®compound is derived from an oleoresin of pine, Pinus
Pinaster (French and Portuguese forests only), and selected by Holiste®.
This turpentine essential oil chemotype does not contain delta-3-carene (an allergen).
Collection and production methods are designed to ensure that the qualities and
active ingredients remain unchanged. Only this terpene compound may be used in
the Bol d’air® appliance.
To ensure the correct application of the method, no other essential oil or product
must be used or added.
IMPORTANT: Results are dependent on the quality of the product. Each batch undergoes a
chromotographic analysis.
The colour of the product may vary from one batch to another, ranging from colourless to a pale
yellow, and it may have a rather potent odour.
1. Use
For the product to be effective, the compound must be changed completely every three to
four weeks, even if the appliance has not been used.
If the appliance will not been used for a long period of time, the bubbling bottle should be
emptied completely and cleaned properly before being fitted back in the appliance.
(See p. 14 > Maintenance and cleaning).
The approximate consumption for two to three people is 1 litre over three months, depending
on the length and frequency of sessions.
2. Storage
The product must be stored away from light and in a temperature controlled room.
The Orésine®compound must be stored in a tinted glass bottle.
Under these conditions, the compound can be stored for approximately one year from
opening and for three years before opening. A batch number is shown on each bottle.
For example, batch 160104-B2 means that the product was distilled on 04/01/2016, and
therefore must be used before January 2019.
3. What to do with the used product
Any used Orésine®compound must be stored in a glass bottle and may be:
• disposed of at a waste recycling centre or at a Holiste store;
• used for maintaining and sanding unpolished waxed furniture, which requires immediate
treatment;
• used to clean painting tools or to paint with when added to linseed oil.
Food product, may be used in aromatherapy
In a herbal tea: 2 drops added to a herbal infusion of mallow, thyme or rosemary.
In the bath: Up to 10 drops mixed with 4 caps of base solution for bath water.

2 / Changing the filter
The aéro2 appliance has a dust filtration system which requires the filter to be
changed on a regular basis. The filter should be changed as soon as it becomes
dirty, every time a litre of Orésine®has been changed or after three months of use.
Each appliance comes with one pack of three filters. Filters are then attached to
each bottle of Orésine®.
To change the filter, simply follow the instructions below:
!The bottle should be cleaned once every three months.
When the bottle is empty, clean using household alcohol (70° or 90°).
Then clean with a grease remover (washing up liquid), rinse with warm
water and dry thoroughly.
