We couldn’t be more excited that you've taken a huge step in your
skincare routine by purchasing your new BFF. Before you begin taking
advantage of all the benefits your new friendship has in store for you,
please take your time to read through the instructions in this manual.
It’s time to get acquainted with your new BFF. Below you will find it’s
cheat sheet, which explains all the different sections your new best
face friend has to offer.
This beauty tool is super easy to use, and once you play around with
its functions you will figure out what side you like to use and your
prefered intensity. Let’s also get familiar with some important
features like the power button, and the intensity buttons.

In the box you will find a USB charger. When you're ready to charge
your BFF, plug the USB into a computer or into a USB interface.
Charging should take up to one hour and can hold it's charge for up
to 400 uses. Li-ion batteries are particularly maintenance-free but
the battery lasts longest when operating between 30 and 80
percent. So what that means for you is try not to let your BFF battery
sit at 0% charged or in the charger at 100% for long periods of time
because this can impact the longevity of your battery overtime.

Your best face friend was made for everyday use and for all skin
types, even sensitive skin. With it’s silicone nibbles rest assured you
will finally get the exfoliation your skin needs without irritation. Be
advised your skin might turn red after each use. This is due to fresh
blood coming to the surface which is nourishing your skin cells and
keeping them vital. Blood flow also helps carry away waste products
including free radicals from your healthy cells. Your BFF has 15
custom frequency settings. We advise playing around and finding
out what setting is best for you as everyone’s preference will differ.
Thanks to the BFF’s unique design you have two sides you can use,
the front for more sensitive skin that is perfect for a gentle lighter
cleanse or the back side with bigger bristles for oily congested skin
and facial massage. You can also use the tip of BFF to get into hard
to reach areas like the nose. The bigger bristles are better for the oily
spots like the chin and forehead. It's completely up to you and your
personal preference. To be sure that you're not missing any areas
when you cleanse with the BFF, we advise counting to 20 for each
quarter of the face and neck.
Step 1: Remove any heavy makeup and apply a suitable amount of
cleanser to your device or directly on the skin. Turn on by pushing the
power button and adjust your intensity using the +/- buttons.
Step 2: Cleanse using circular motions starting with your forehead,
then moving to your cheeks, nose, chin and neck.
Step 3: Rinse your face with lukewarm water, and dab with a towel.
Be sure not to rub.
Step 4: Clean your BFF with soap and water, and let it air dry.

Do not use silicone soluble or granular cleanser as they may
damage the device.
If you have a skin conditions or any medical concerns please
consult your dermatologist before use.
If you experience any discomfort discontinue use immediately and
contact a physician.
Practice precaution when using device around eyelids. We advise
using the lowest intensity. Keep away from eyelids.

Make sure to not leave any soapy residue or product on the BFF after
each use. Rinse the brush with water, and let it air dry. Be sure not to
use any toxic cleansers that might irritate your skin.
