Operating Instructi ns
Free Hand Operati n
1. Plug Power supply into power outlet and connect the Rod to the
9' cord.
2. Turn the ON/OFF switch to ON position.
3. Wait approxi ately one inute to heat the Rod.
4. Once the Rod is hot, it is ready to cut the aterial.
5. After cutting is co plete, turn the power switch to OFF position.
6. Disconnect Rod fro the power cord and power cord fro outlet.
Sled Guide Operati n
1. Asse ble the Sled guide.
2. Point the Rod downward and push into the U shaped Rod Holder
on the sled.
3. Adjust the angle and depth of the Rod and tighten screw to secure
the position.
4. Place the Sled Guide on top of the foa with Rod pointing down
next to the cutting line.
5. Slide the Sled and Rod along the top of the foa with proper
speed.
Table Adapt r Operati n
1. Asse ble the Sled Guide/Table Adaptor.
2. Tape or bolt the table Adaptor to the edge of a table or piece of
plywood with the U-shaped Rod Holder facing out.
3. Attach the 6" or 9" Rod to the Table Adaptor with the blade facing
upward.
4. Set angle and tighten the screw to secure the position.
5. Place foa on the table and push foa toward and through the
heated Rod at the cutting line with proper speed.
